When we were building our home, we lived seven hours away and did everything virtually, except for one walkthrough visit. Kelly and Tyler went above and beyond to make the process easy, ensuring we stayed informed and confident every step of the way. They use an app to keep everything updated, including pictures, status, and timelines, which made remote communication seamless.

Hired A+ in 2022 to make repairs to our house following a hail storm. Kelly and Tyler were excellent with communication and timely with scheduling the repairs. Jobs were completed on time and to our satisfaction. Their sub-contractors were great to work with and very respectful. We would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Honestly this is one of the worst companies I've dealt with! They overcharged us on multiple bills and didn't like it when confronted. Also, I couldn't deal with the son because when things went wrong he bounced out and had daddy handle it. We never received answers for why some prices were doubled and the work was subpar at best. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
