I had an outstanding experience with YG&Y Roofing Repair & Chimney Sweep Cleaning And Gas Fireplace Services! From the moment I called, Dan and his team were professional and friendly. They arrived on time and walked me through every step of the process. They started with a vent inspection, and I was shocked to learn how clogged my dryer vent was. Their air duct inspection showed significant dust buildup, which was likely the cause of my allergy problems. After their air duct cleaning, I could immediately tell the air quality in my home had improved. Lastly, they performed a chimney inspection and fireplace cleaning, removing years of soot buildup. Now, I feel much safer using my fireplace. Their attention to detail and professionalism were incredible. Highly recommend!

I called and made appointment for service between 4p-6pm. No one called nor show up. I called several times. Even at 6:48 pm I called, Robert answered the phone and stated he will call the technician and call me back in 10 mins . It’s 7:42 pm and no call. I guess common courtesy is over rated for this business

Very unprofessional!! Called and made appointment to get some work done the contractor never got back to me with an estimate or had the courtesy to call back and say they were not interested in doing he job ! The person on the phone was dishonest saying they will be coming over. Glad they didn’t do the job very bad character would never hire these people what a waste of my time!!

Had an appointment set and no guy showed up or called to cancel. I had to contact the business the next day to make sure they would come within 24 hours if the missed appointment since it was an emergency.
When my husband called, he was asked why nobody called when the repair man didn't show up. Literally put all the blame on us for noone showing up or contacting us. Very unprofessional.

The problem was my tenant never told us that the handyman didn't show up, so we didn't know until the next day. It's a very unprofessional business. We will not use them again.

However I will say, the person who did show up to do the repair was very friendly, courteous and he did a good job. The two stars is based off the unprofessional attitude of the head handyman and how he spoke to my husband.

I needed the front door eased as it was difficult to open and lock. Job done at time stated and price stated. Rang day before to confirm. No complaints and workman very courteous.
