I purchased my 2 Family Home from my Landlord in 1999. About 1994, 2 years into me Renting she put up a New Roof.
Now 28 years later it was time for me to do the same. I have never done this before, so the whole process was new to me.
I did what any smart Home Owner would do & got numerous Quotes. (7 to be EXACT).
My Brother saw his neighbor 2 Houses down was having a New Roof put on. He saw the Old Roof come down & the New one go up & the Meticulous Job they did not only with the Roof but the Clean Up afyerwarfs as well.
He sent me the Roofers Info & I reached out to Exterior Solutions & spoke with the Owner Mike explaining ALL of the above.
He came & Measured, answered ALL of my Questions & Explained the process to me.
His Quote was quite Fair, in the Middle of the pack.
What SOLD me on Exterior Solutions was not JUST my Brother's neighbors Roof but Mike himself!
He was Nice, Patient, Professional & Honest!
I signed the Contract on 10/07 & the Roll Off & Work started on 10/11!
There were 3 Layers of Roofing on the Rental Side & 2 Layers on Mine. ALL had to be removed & ALL NEW WOOD had to be put up on the Rental Side & a DEAD Chimney was taken down below the Roof Line as well as Vents moved!
They moved EVERYTHING from around the ENTIRE HOUSE & Layed Tarp over EVERYTHING! My ENTIRE Front, Sides & Backyard!
They worked ALL DAY & by the end of it I had a BEAUTIFUL NEW ROOF! The DEAD Chimney was GONE! New Pipes & Vents on the Roof & my Property looked BETTER than it did the Day BEFORE when my Landscaper came!
I also asked Mike about Gutter Guards. AGAIN he gave me a GREAT PRICE & on THAT Friday 10/14 they were INSTALLED!
I HIGHLY recommend Exterior Solutions!

All I want to say is this company is a lifesaver, and I really do appreciate Mr.Mike help! I 100% recommend! I called around 3 in the morning and he came as soon as possible! We really appreciate it, thank you so much for coming out today to help get my cat off the roof. We tried so many different companies and they all told us no they can’t help us, we even called the fire department and they told us no, we called animal control and they told us no. But when I called Mr.Mike he was the first to say he’ll come. And that’s exactly what he did, and he went the extra mile to keep calling and texting to check up on us. I have found that is sometimes hard to come by. I will definitely be keeping Exterior Roofing Solutions in mind for any of our exterior building projects.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job helping us with a roof repair. He was always responsive, did it for a fair price and the roof looks great. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped us with one other small task on the roof unrelated to the job they were doing. Amazing customer service! Mike did our roof around this time last year and they did an amazing job. We needed a minor repair due to high winds etc and Mike had it taken care of within 3 days of me contacting him and he did so at no charge! They really know what they are doing and are on top of taking care of everything client they have! If you need any type of roofing repair etc Exterior Roofing Solutions are top notch!

Came out to make a repair on my roof on short notice. Called on Wednesday and repair was done on Friday. The price was very fair considering how quickly they got the job done.
