Customer feedback on Quality Roofing is notably mixed, reflecting both positive experiences and significant complaints. Many customers commend the company's professionalism, prompt communication, and quality of work, often highlighting efficient service and thorough updates throughout the project. However, serious issues are raised in a few reviews, including substantial damage caused during repairs and repeated leaks shortly after installation. This suggests that while some clients are highly satisfied, others have faced considerable challenges that undermine the overall perception of the company.

Extremely happy and positive experience working with Quality Roofing. Franklin, Juan and his team were all very knowledgeable and responsive. Their prices were reasonable and the work was top notch. We had our roof replaced as well as the replacement of 6 skylights. I enjoyed the drone photos to show the progress of the work. They were done in 2 days - extremely quick and efficient. They were referred to me by my neighbors, who also had a positive experience. No complaints here. I would gladly use them again and refer them to anyone looking for a roofer.

I hired this company to repair both my main roof and the roof over my balcony. While the roofing work itself was completed, the damage they caused during the reinstallation of my balcony fencing and flooring has been both extensive and unacceptable.
The workers damaged nearly all the fences and flooring materials during the process, and they reinstalled everything incorrectly, upside down they work was done as if these men never put fences and flooring down before. At first, the company took responsibility and told me they would fix the damage. They had their manager Juan come himself to see the work in person to tell me there was nothing they can say because they understood and knew it was 100 their fault and just to send them the quotes but once they realized how expensive the repairs would be, their stance completely changed. Despite the fact that this should have been covered by their insurance (if they have proper coverage), they backed out & stopped answering my emails and texts leaving me with $7,500 in damages.
This has not only caused a significant financial burden but also the stress and inconvenience I am experiencing and will experience pursuing legal action due to the company’s lack of accountability & this isn't something anyone should have to go through. No one wants to go to court, but if companies did good business and stood by their work, situations like this wouldn’t happen. This entire experience has cost me twice what it should have and caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress. They also damaged my lightning in the master bedroom from the work performed on the roof but that I had fixed and they reimbursed me. In my opinion, they clearly do not have properly trained workers for this type of job. What started as a simple home upgrade has now created major damage, extra expense, and a legal headache.. Franklin the owner also assured me they took out a work permit with NB town and we just found out from the town no permit was ever taken out.
I feel it’s important to share this so others are aware of what they may be risking. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I waited a year to review to see how the roof would hold up and if there would be issues, but it's doing great! Franklin and his team did a great job and all in one day to finish the project. Although they had to come back and fix the flashing on my chimney, there was a torential downpour and leaked into the house, which was the only way of knowing that. I was happy with the communication and response he gave to make sure the project was completed to my happiness. I had to push for a few pieces of wood replacement, cause the foreman didn't change them out during the tear down, but was happy when it was replaced and looked good as new. I did appreciate the updates on the project as his crew took pictures of every step, so even when I was at work, I can see what's going on.
I also asked to keep the remainder of the material in case I need any patch work, cause you never know, the workers almost took it home.
I would hire Franklin and his team again for the overall success of the job and fairness in price.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
