Franco and the crew did a great job. I was very impressed with the level of attention I received. This was for a relatively small job but I feel that I received white glove service. Communication was crisp and precise, crew was tidy and respectful of property and work was performed is a high quality fashion.

Also, their online phot gallery of before and after pictures and videos documents all of the work performed.

I would highly recommend this company for any job, large or small or in-between.

Quality roofing is absolutely a top class company. Franklin and crew are the most professional roofing/construction company I have come across. From the very beginning of the process I could see that they are very thorough with how they do their estimates. I haven't seen a better laid our proposal calling out everything that is included in installation. During the install they exceeded the expectations again. Very professional with plenty pictures of the progress and kept me updated every step of the way. I will not hesitate to recommend Quality to anyone who is looking for a professional company with fair price for their roofing or siding projects.

I had a great experience with Quality Roofing. When Franklin came to me to provide an estimate, I found him to be very knowledgeable and he spent time with me to answer all my questions. He uses the complete GAF roof system and the best materials for a superior result. I found the price quote - which he stuck to - to be very fair. He communicated with me throughout the process. His team showed up on the day they said they would and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Every day they cleaned up the site when they were done for the day. When they completed the work, they cleaned up everything. I have an old house with steep roof pitches and that that had many layers of roofing on it. It wasn't an easy job, but the result is fantastic - the roof looks straight, crisp and clean. I would definitely use Quality Roofing again, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work.

All that glitters is not gold. Initially, Quality Roofing presented itself impressively, offering exceptional customer service, a comprehensive contract, efficient installation, live webcam footage, and efficient responsiveness. Everything was great until it wasn’t. The first leak appeared less than three months after the install, which was more than a leak. It was literally a hole in my ceiling caused by water pouring into my home. Franklin came out, responding quickly as I would hope. Then there was a subsequent leak in December and then another, most in places that had not leaked prior to the installation. Suddenly, the responsiveness decreased and has devolved to the point where all communication has ceased. We set up appointments, and he failed to show up, didn’t answer his phone, and didn’t answer texts. We even tried calling from different phone numbers. To add insult to injury, he left my roof door open because the way the roof was repaired, it’s now unable to close, and he never told me. I didn’t find out until months later as it’s not a door I access, so I now have interior damage due to their negligence. No matter how he responds to this review (actually, I look forward to a response since he hasn’t done so by phone), I have proof in the form of photos, phone logs, and texts, all of which will be useful for my only recourse—litigation. Fifteen months later and $25,000 down the drain, Franklin has failed to honor the 10-year warranty on a roof that failed in less than a year. Take my advice and do your due diligence when looking for a roofer because Quality Roofing is not it.

Please note the owner’s response. How is it that a brand new roof can leak? He installed a brand new roof, so how could it possibly be a problem caused by old issues when he installed a new roof, allegedly?

I came back to show buckets running over with water leaking in my home, but I’m unable to post it here. Run away from this company as fast as you can!

I recently had Quality Roofing replace my entire roof, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and highly organized. The crew was very neat and clean throughout the project, ensuring that my property was left spotless each day.

They used top-of-the-line materials, including a weather blocker system that provides extra protection against the elements. Excellent, professional, reliable and reasonable. Really thankful to have gotten a referral to call Quality Roofing. The team is very professional. The quote was very reasonable to replace my entire roof. They did not try to overprice me then come down in price. It was very reasonable. The quality of work was 2nd to none. They were excellent. Day 1 they took before pictures of the entire site, covered and protected all delicate areas of my home, then began work on the roof. Torn down everything to the boards. Took pictures of every step and shared with me what they were going to do. We were informed of every step with pictures to prove what they did. All before and after pictures. Showed pictures of all certified roofing materials as well as the install. They must have taken at over 100 pictures and video. They cleaned up everything at days' end and left everything like no one has been there to work on the roof. The next day they started laying the roofing tiles and the gutters and were completed by end of day. Same as the day before took and shared pictures and ensured all was done to perfection! When they were finished it was as if they were never there. No nails on the ground, no garbage on the ground. My puppies appreciated it greatly!
In the end we did a walk around and validated all was good.

Juan was the project manager and he and his team were unbelievably great! They did everything they had promised and then more. I would recommend Quality Roofing to anyone needed professional roofing replacement. We are beyond happy with the work that was done. They have been the best contractors we have ever worked with.

Overall a great experience with this company. They did the roof and siding of our entire house, plus the framing for a dormer in our attic. They work real fast once at your home. They have a big crew. Everything looks beautiful!

I’m sure that seeing a ‘bubble’ on your kitchen ceiling is never a welcome sight for any home owner! And yet what great experience we had with Quality Roofing from initial phone call, to free estimate, to on time show up for working, to cleanup after fixing our roof, to the final check by owner Franklin! Absolutely amazing experience. Quality Roofing came out to do an estimate for my roof replacement and they were very professional and knowledgeable about my needs. Start to finish I was able to understand the process and the job was done quickly and efficiently. The staff cleaned up the job site and the project manger did a double walk through to make sure everything was back to its original condition. I love the technology used to allow me to see photo status of my roof throughout the entire replacement. Payment was fast, safe and convenient! I would 100% recommend them and I would leave 6 stars if I could.

After having a problem with my roof that was done 2 years earlier from another company I contacted this company. Franklin reached out immediately and set a time to check it out for me. He took tons of pictures to show me what was wrong and even contacted the other company to see if they would correct the work that was messed up(they would not). Franklin sent me a quote with different options and price points and answered all questions that I had. The work was done quickly with pictures and videos sent to me all day. I cannot recommend this company and Franklin enough.

They were hired to replace the roof and any damage wood under the roof. They failed to replace the damage wood in multiple locations, they just covered over it. These pictures are just a few examples. Had to hire another roofing company to fix a leak. And despite what the owner says, this is a true and accurate review.

Quality Roofing came quickly to inspect the job, listened to my concerns and thoughts, and gave me a quote very quickly. As you can see from the pictures the siding job came out fantastic, everything looks great and it speaks for itself. We are very happy with it and would highly recommend Quality Roofing.

Quality Roofing provided an affordable quote, outlined all of the items that would review and complete and kept us updated throughout the process. I had a very complicated project with adding dormers to the attic and Quality Roofing were very understanding of the timing. They quickly stepped up when there was rain and did an incredible job on securing the newly created dormers from leaks. Franklin and Juan were always available and answered all the questions we had. I called 5 other contractors to look at my roof and give me the details about the warranty, the process, the shingle replacements, etc. etc. --- Some of them offered the same service for cheaper, but none of them even came close to the level of communication that Quality Group Roofing has. Quality Roofing was hands down the best.

My sales/service person was Ricardo and he did an absolutely spectactular job at explaining every single detail that was going to take place. Everything he discussed was very thorough but more importantly he made sure I understood everything so I felt at ease when even asking my "dumb" questions about my roof.

He's a very chill and relatable dude. I'm really grateful for the excellent communication they have always given and Ricardo's helpful insight on things when providing me estimated dates for insurance, loan coverage, etc.

Quality Group Roofing Unprofessional. Unreliable. No call no show. We confirmed twice. The appointment was confirmed 12 hours ago. The appointment was made in advance. I have picture proof they decided to cancel 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. That's the epitome of unprofessional service. I will never hire you again.

I engaged Quality Group Roofing to replace my dated roof and install attic venting. They arrived promptly on the day and time promised with a qualified six-man crew and supervisor, Juan. From past experience, I was expecting the project to last for several days but the roof was removed and replaced in less than a full day. I was able to examine the quality of the work from numerous drone photographs taken at various angles and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their workmanship. What was even more amazing was after the crew left there was no indication a roof had been replaced that day - the grounds were left spotless. After completion of the work, the owner, Franklin stopped by to make sure the project was completed to his and my satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about this company and recommend them highly for all your roofing needs.

Franklin and his team were amazing. I had them install a new roof and siding on my house. Once I put the deposit, they started the job within a week and finished in about a week. Once the job was done, we did a final walk through and I was very happy with the quality of the work. I would recommend them.

The crew at quality contracting were A-1 from the moment I inquired about getting a new roof and gutters. Ricardo was prompt, concise and courteous coming over to get an estimate together for me within a days notice of calling. He, Juan and Franklin scheduled the tear off within a week and followed through in completing the job from start to finish in 2 days. I am extremely satisfied with the materials, workmanship and warranty. A pleasant and extremely helpful surprise was the hourly photographic link to the progress as it was being done. Quality provided in excess of 70 photos from the start of the job though finish including detail shots, wide angle views and even drone videos! Each of these guys really went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. Attention to detail and cleanup were excellent!

Small patch job was needed on our vinyl siding. Franklin was incredibly fast with coming for an estimate and scheduling the job. From first call to finished job everything was done in a timely professional manner and seamlessly.

Quality Contracting Group were very professional who completed everything on time. They were diligent, trustworthy and reliable and delivered everything on time per schedule and costs.

I saw Quality roofing next door doing a complete roof installation, the work there was top notch.. I spoke with one of the reps that was next door and showed him the repairs I needed done for now.. he took my info. Said the scheduler would call me to set up my repairs, that call came within a couple of hours and set up for next day repairs, talk about responsive and professional service. Next day they were out.. a complete repair, complete clean up of the area, service like this is far and few between from what I have experienced with other contractors.. Will be call them this fall for a complete new roof install, if you need Quailty work done right.. Call Quality roofing.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. While it seemed to be a good fit initially, they have failed to take responsibility for poor workmanship. Due to their negligence my ceiling and walls were soaked from rain (they covered an open flat roof with tarp and the water pooled beneath the tarp) and I am now having to pursue the matter legally to recoup damages. If you want an honest contractor I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I hired Quality Contracting to replace a siding on an Investment Property. Their work is outstanding. The team was on time on the job site every time. They provided explanations of every step of the way. The siding came out perfectly.
In addition, around the time that they were working on the siding a large branch of a tree fall on the roof. Franklin went there with his team and removed the branch and made a repair to the roof to help me out. At that time there was a hurricane coming, so I need it to be fixed urgently. I am so grateful for their work.

Simply amazing! Can't recommend them highly enough! They promptly came to look at the situation and come up with a solution for both my shingle roof and fiberglass roof. I never write reviews but in this case I'm so so happy and excited with the results of my new roof. My home was built 2013 and the roof was done totally horrible incorrectly. I requested a roof inspection and the quickly received quotes the two options with hatch and without hatch for my new roof. They are professional, attentive, knowledge of all the questions I asked. The day of roof replacement they arrived on time early, worked professionally, cleaned up after themselves and were done the same day. I have recommend them to my neighbor's that have similar issues. I called this company in desperation because a storm blew up the vent cap and birds were beginning to nest. I call them and the next day they were here. Edwin and two other guys showed up in time. They assessed the problem, showed me pictures and listened to my special request. They were professional and took care of my property.
