I highly recommend Yerzin Construction to anyone looking to remodel their home. Yuriy and his crew are professional, honest and attentive from start to finish. They remodeled 2 bathrooms and a sunroom among many other indoor and outdoor projects. The quality of work is amazing and very neat. They will not disappoint!

This crew was one of the best that I’ve worked with. They remodeled my garage, built a brand new bathroom and remodeled 2 bathrooms. Very professional. Very clean. Very responsive. Extremely pleasant to work with. Everything what we discussed, was completed without the usual “we didn’t discuss this” or “this wasn’t in the scope”. Yuri is a very professional and knowledgeable person. It was a pleasure to have them work on my house.

We could not be more satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work we have received from Mr. Yerzin and his crew. From painting and interior wall sand finishes, to stripping and staining, to carpentry and electrical work, and more. They can do it all! And do it well. They are thoughtful and creative and are terrific problem solvers. We saw these qualities on full display in their work on our nearly 120-year-old, historically significant home where attention to authentic detail is a must. They are responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We recommend them strongly, without any hesitation or equivocation.

House!
When this word is pronounced, then so many different images comes to the mind and so many different feelings come the heart: it is our Sanctuary, our Temple and the place where we come to escape and take a rest from everything that life brings to us.
It is really major that it has to have a beautiful creation.
That what “Yerzin Construction Company” does!
Perfect on all levels: professionalism, brilliant ideas how to bring your dreams to reality in any endeavors to the point of total joy and satisfaction: either if it comes to kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, backyard or something else!

We had two bathrooms and kitchen of a 100 year old home updated and the entire place painted. Work was excellent- very high quality, great attention to detail, good solutions to the oddities you run into in an old building. The entire team was nice and very neat!
