Absolutely outstanding. I can't recommend them enough. I recently had my roof replaced by them, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. A big shout-out to one of the owners, Alejandro, who operates this business that is based on honesty, integrity, and high quality work. That's a rare find for general contractors.

Alejandro's crew were incredibly hard-working, arriving on time and working diligently throughout the project. Alejandro provides his honest feedback and let you make the decision. The costs were very fair and competitive for the exceptional service. There were no hidden fees or unexpected surprises and they were upfront about everything which gave me peace of mind.

I highly recommend Ya Constructions for any roof-related work. They worked at my property to repair the damaged roof (damaged during the December 2024 wind storm). They gave a reasonable quote and were prompt in completing the work. Their work was good, and they cleaned up the place when the work was done. Additionally, they performed gutter cleaning which was not in the original work order. He and his team were friendly and respectful.

These guys have done two projects for me now and I was very happy with their speed to respond and get the projects done. They did a good job and responded to every request in a timely and professional manner

I highly recommend YasmiAlex and his crew. I had a fifty year roof installed in 2003 and in 2024 Alex came to repair it for a leak. It was installed incorrectly so they had to tear it off and install new roofing on one 20' x 30' section. It ended up needing 16 sheets of new plywood and all new roofing materials. Alex was able to match the color perfectly and the look as well.

The only way I can think of to thank Alex and his crew is to post this review and assure you he is the one to call. Great workmanship, great products used, great price, and a great hard working crew. Thank you guys.

Very prompt, fair price, clean work, very honest. After the estimate was accepted, they had the the roofing material delivered to the roof in 2 days. Then started the work, thankfully not much of leaks, still in few areas had to replace boards and few sidings also needed replacement. They even painted the areas to get everything look good. Thank you Alejandro and crew for their dedication and work.

We recently had our roof replaced and are very happy with the finished product. Alex and his crew were friendly, fast, and did fantastic work. He doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need but is happy to take on whatever you have and provide great suggestions. Reroofing is a very messy job and I was very impressed by the clean up. I was especially thankful for the diligent clean up in the backyard where our dog hang out.
