I needed a detailed quote on how much it is going to be to either fix or demolish my house. They came over , looked at my house, said it was extremely bad, but they would be able to at least give me a quote to get it demolished. They set up another meet for Friday 07/11/25 but the communication stopped, texts didnt go through, calls went straight to voice mail. Today 07/16/25 I called the company on my phone, and got an immediate answer. I was very polite as for my house is not his fault, but I was confused why the communication was not there any longer and wanted to figure out what we did wrong ?. He then told me that everyone in tupelo has been talking about us and practically getting together and saying they will not help us at all because my house was supposed to go FHA but is a hazard, I guess I screwed up and trusted the wrong people with the wrong information and let them know too much about what was going on in real life, he stated they are to scared that "they are going to get sued" which we made it very clear this is not going to happen! , he said " my house is a hazzard" but refuses to to even write it down or text it, he just dropped all communication thinking that would be best for his company. I definitely understand from a company's point of view with not doing the work, that is a okay, but to not communicate block my husband number and leave us thinking everything was okay and they still were going to help is the problem. The best of luck to anyone who uses this company , I hope you have a better experience than I did. They taught me to not trust anyone in Tupelo thank you for that I appreciate the knowledge, it was needed .
