Came for estimate, showed up to do job when he said he would! Cleaned out gutters and even video while he was on the roof to show us what he did! Did an awesome job, fine young man that I hope continues to do an excellent job for all! We will definitely be calling him back for other jobs!

Highly recommend. Have a metal roof that needed a deep cleaning to say the least. Rolando was very informative on how the process worked and what he would be doing. I wish I took before an afters because it was a great outcome! Great pricing and effort put in.

I called to get an estimate on the outside of my home, the owner can right away! I have a two story home, so I was expecting prices out of the roof! The estimate was a great price. The owner and his team did an AMAZING job on the house! It was literally sparkling after. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone that needs these services. Rolando and his team were one of the only ones to quickly come out to give me a quote on getting my house, driveway, and fence pressure washed and cleaned. Rolando went far out of his way to do a great job for us! Our home had been somewhat neglected, and our lanai was green all over. He power washed the entire lanai, pool deck, house, gutters and driveway. Everything is spotless, clean, and new again. Amazing attention to detail. Highly recommended, will use this service again.

This review is LONG overdue. I contacted Xterior Pressure regarding a quote for pressure washing the xterior of our home. Within days, Rolando was at our house and gave us a quote which beat everyone else by far. Initially I was a little skeptic because of that old saying; you get what you pay for. However; in this case that is far from true. The service, absolutely INCREDIBLE. They are professional and did a better job than anyone would have. I will be using xterior pressure washing every time I need our home done. I HIGHLY recommend them.

They took their time doing a professional job on my windows, eaves, sides of my gutters next to the eaves and my screen room. I told them what I wanted, they did it, and everything they did looks clean and great and I will definitely use them again.

We stumbled across them on one of our community's Facebook pages, and our neighbors were raving about this company. We did a review search (as usual) and then called them up.

Rolando arrived on time for the estimate, was super friendly, assessed what our house needed, helped us understand how their service, method, and cleaning products are different for different problem areas and types (it's not just blasting away dirt and mold with as much water pressure as possible). He provided the estimate, which was very reasonable for the substantial amount of work we needed done to the house, driveway, gutters, fencing, etc.

We agreed on the estimate and the team arrived as scheduled and got to work. My wife and I both have a certain level of OCD when it comes to how we clean, but Rolando and crew put us to shame. The house, driveway and fence look AMAZING and every detail was carefully addressed and cleaned. It actually looks ~better~ now than the day we bought it! Without hesitation we recommend Xterior Experts to anyone!

Rolando and colleague did an excellent job pressure washing my entire home, lanai & driveway at a reasonable price. Results were beyond my expectations as their service included cleaning all of my lanai furniture, my summer kitchen & they cleaned & squeegeed all the windows & doors.
