Had extensive work done by Another Man’s Treasure. Richie and Isabella were very professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The work done was excellent and done in a timely manner. Very glad I chose them to fix my house. Will have no problem using them again should the need arise.

I called for an estimate for stucco and I was greeted by a lady named Courtney and she was very polite and professional! I look forward to working with this company in the future.

We asked AMT for an estimate to fix a water intrusion problem at my window. The owner apparently came out in 2021 and alleges he recommended to my tenant and property manager to replace the windows (I did not hear of this). No written proposal was received. The leak started again, and I reached out in the fall of 2022. I learned later that someone who was untrained in dealing with doors and windows, but qualified only in stucco and painting, was sent for the estimate. They recommended stucco work to the tune of $5000+ The leak continued. It was then recommended the window be changed for another $6000+ I objected and said the initial diagnosis was incorrect and that the window alone should have changed in the first place. AMT says I asked for the stucco to be changed because of my lay opinion to them in an email that said that I thought the stucco didn’t go down deep enough into the soil and that’s why the moisture was coming in. The same email also said, ‘Can you please come out and take a look and give me your professional opinion and a quote?’ I did not say, ‘fix the stucco,’ as AMT is claiming. I am pursing other legal options but, in the meantime, I want to warn the public to be on the alert when you do business with AMT and ensure that you get professional, not novice, advice. I am out of $6000 and the problem remains unfixed.

Excellent work dealing with a problem that initially was only a stucco repair and paint. Many thanks to Isabella for correcting a significant problem with damage neglected by a previous owner. She quickly identified and bounded the problems and found the time to fix the underlying wood structural issues. Another Man’s Treasures LLC was my pick out of the few estimates I received for stucco repair and painting. To start the estimate was extremely detailed and clear about what the issue was instead of just the area of damage. The price was more than others, however the amount of work and the type of work required to fix the area was given to me in the beginning so I could anticipate and understand what damage I had before we started. Isabella was the estimator I met during the walk around. She was extremely knowledgeable on my issue. She even showed me pictures of current jobs going on and how it was similar to mine so I could understand better as the homeowner. I highly recommend Brent and his team at another mans treasure! We had fire damage and then water damage and we had to have our window and stucco redone. The quality and craftsmanship of their work was the best. His guys came in and put everything back together the right way.
We had them paint our house with the best paint out there the Behr elastomeric paint. They made sure any cracks in our stucco were sealed and then painted it. Our house looks so much better now.

During the insurance claim process for the fire damage we had a 3rd party umpire come and do an inspection of the house and he even complimented us on how nice the paint job was on our house. HomeOwners Beware. To Get an estimate of the work, you must pay $150 up front. Isabella the estimator refuse to call or explain. She texted money needs to be paid via email before there is any verbal communication and yet I received no emails from the company. I found it very confusing despite my attempts to talk to the company or with Brent the owner ( she refused to contact him or give me a phone number) for a clear understanding and just gave up. Of note I had called multiple times and left messages and received no reponses until 14 days later

We have used this company for quite a few interior and exterior jobs. They do such great work. The employees are knowledgeable and reliable. We will only use Brent and his team for future projects!

We hired Another Mans Treasure for several projects in our new home including building a laundry/wash room with cabinets and couter, building out a new closet, converting a bedroom into a suite with a new door to bathroom, tile work, installing a window pane door in an office, along with a number of other projects. From the start they came in with the lowest estimate and were responsive to all our questions and concerns. All the work was done within budget and schedule. Not only were they professional, and clean but willing to work with us in order to build our vision. Anytime we had questions they were always in communication with us and their project manager would come by the house. They did an accent wall for an electric Fireplace, the work was Awesome and better than we expected. Great quality all the way!! We fully recommend the fireplace since it give the house a great look and is a pleasure to watch TV and the electric fireplace now.

We contracted Another Man’s Treasure to replace an old stuccoed crawl space under our house that had not been originally completed properly. Brent and his team
Did an excellent job assessing the situation and making a determination of how it should be replaced properly. They tore out and removed all of the old stucco and debris and replaced with concrete block and re-stuccoed to match the remaining portion of the house. They were on time each day and worked late into the day to ensure they stayed on schedule. The owner Brent regularly stopped by to check the work and they did an impeccable job.
