We received storm damage to our home back in April of 2022. We contacted Raul Garzon (owner) to see if he could fixe our siding. Boy were we taken for a load of ^*%. Mr. Garzon stated he would submit a quote to our insurance company which he did. But when insurance declined several of their “fees”. This was the start of the issues. Mr. Garzon, took a large piece of our siding so he could color match and get the mfg. code off of it. Do you think we got it back? Nope! Anyway, Mr. Garzon promised that the siding was ordered and he would get back to us asap as he was in Mexico for a family emergency. Well apparently, Mr. Garzon is in Mexico a lot or on his boat fishing. He stole my property, never responded to calls. When we finally threaten legal action he promised to return our siding so we could at least replace the missing piece. We guess what? It is December and still nothing. Yet, I have water damage from the missing siding. Guess where we are taking Mr. Garzon? You guess it. To court. See you soon!
In June, 2022, fascia blew off and was hanging from my roof. I contacted several businesses to remove it. Raul responded, came by the house, removed the fascia. We had a conversation where he convinced me to file a claim for storm damage, so I did. My insurance cut me a check so I wrote a check to Raul Garzon for $1000.00 as down payment.
The amount in the claim was only a small percentage of what I needed (old roof). Raul encouraged me to use the money for other repairs on my old home. We agreed that he/his company would take care of it. I asked for estimates, etc.
In July, I was still waiting for estimates. We were in contact, but very sporadically. Once he did not show up for an appointment and did not call. He continued to with promises to send estimates, but never did.
I tried to be patient, but third and last time he promised to send an estimate, in August, he did not. So, I asked for my deposit back via text. He said he would get it in the mail that day. That was TWO WEEKS ago. I do not have the check and I have not heard from him and no work has been done on my house.
STAY AWAY! He is a liar. I will be taking him to small claims court. Stay tuned.
