I hired North Point to re-side my house last fall after the previous vinyl was warped from heat. Through one winter I am incredible happy with how it turned out.

Being a newish homeowner, this was my first large project. Alex was incredibly helpful and answered my questions clearly and quickly, while not making me feel dumb for asking things that might be obvious to a more experienced homeowner.

The team was clean and timely with the whole project coming in on time and budget with a great result. From the smooth full facades, to the angled corners, to the detail around the external hookups, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

North Point Services have been great to work with! Our very old roof had hail damage and we chose North Point to take on the project because of North Point's representative, Alex's, patience and clarity. Our long-time insurance covered us well, but negotiating the cost coverage was long and painful. Happily, those negotiations were handled completely by Alex. The roof was put on in a day and the clean-up was thorough. Our questions, which were plentiful, were always answered completely, patiently and kindly. Communication throughout the project was always clear and we didn't have to hover over the company to get information - it was offered proactively. We would rehire them again (but hope we don't have to!) and highly recommend Alex and North Point Services to others.

Aleksey and his team are incredibly talented and detailed oriented. We remodeled two bathrooms with Davis Interiors who used North Point for all of the work. They deliver craftsmanship and take pride in their work. Working with them is stress free!

We worked with North Point Services to deal with the aftermath of some major ice dams over the winter. We were concerned about the state of our roof and siding as we had water freezing behind the siding in multiple locations. Alex came over to conduct a really detailed examination of our property to understand the issue and what needed to be done for repairs.

We ended up deciding the new siding was the best course forward. Alex made sure he understood everything we wanted to accomplish with project to make sure that was integrated into the final plan. Alex was just so wonderful through this process. He treated our home with the same care he would have treated his and made sure we were happy every step of the way.

The overall work was incredible. We worked with a number of different crews on this project and they all did an amazing job. Every aspect of the project was completed with the utmost care and an incredibly high level of execution. We couldn’t be any happier with the quality of the work. We’ve gotten so many compliments from the neighborhood about the new look of the house. We really couldn’t be any happier.

They did awesome work, were fast, and easy to work with. Will be using them again for future contracting needs.

Aleksey from North Point Services had done my floor tile and backsplash when I remodeled my kitchen a few years ago. He did a great job for a reasonable price, so I didn’t hesitate to call him to replace the bathroom floor tile and bathtub surround in one of my bathrooms recently. He came out to my house the next day and gave me a quote. Again, the price was very reasonable and he was able to start the job as soon as the tile I selected was delivered. He and his crew did a great job with the tile and left everything very clean and looking great. I highly recommend North Point Services for any of your remodeling needs.

We engaged North Point to replace the old cedar siding on the front of our house with James Hardie Fiber Cement siding.
Alex was very responsive to our request for bid, and provided design ideas in the very first proposal. We selected North Point based on competitive pricing and responsiveness to our questions. They performed siding removal, carpentry work to repair damage beneath the old cedar, installation of James Hardie product, hauled away the debris, and painting. We were very pleased with the result and passed inspection very easily. Many people commented on how great the house looked!

North Point did an excellent job with siding on a recent project in Edina for us. It was done in the late fall and we weren't able to paint it however whatever they used was almost impossible to tell it wasn't painted. The siding they matched was almost an exact match even with color before painting. They are extremely professional and punctual. We love working with North Point!

Team from North Point Services performed high quality repair of water damaged siding and wall of my house. This work required not only change of siding, but also removal and replacement of beams and bearing studs. Source of water damage was identified and well engineered solution to the problem was designed. In addition, although initially, the scope of work, was difficult to estimate, project was performed within estimated budget and with high quality materials. Finally work was done in very timely fashion and with guaranteed 15 years warranty.

These guys are the best! When Aleksey looked at the job (leaky shower) he knew exactly what it was. He had done a lot of these jobs before, so that gave me confidence. That was well placed. They did great work from start to finish. They cut in tile and redid the shower floor. Excellent attention to detail. The guy who did the work was so conscientious. I would hire him again in a minute. Aleksey’s price was about 25% less than another quote and he offered a warranty. Unbeatable!! Thanks guys!!

Excellent work! We had a crack in the grout on our shower floor, caulk that needed to be replaced, and some of the travertine was discolored from soap residue. Alexey gave us an estimate on the spot that was very reasonable. He not only regrouted the travertine floor, recaulked the shower, but was also able to clean the travertine to look like new. I highly recommend North Point Services!
