Sergie and his crew at Rooster were a pleasure to work with. He was referred to me by my family who was referred to him by our Insurance agent, so that says something right there. I had no idea I even had a chance of having a total roof replacement free of cost to me, yes his detail orientation was able to pinpoint the damage my insurance company would recognize. His crew under Gilberto worked their butts off to install the whole roof in a day, and Sergie is a strong and responsive communicator. Easiest exterior decision I ever made. Thanks Rooster

My roof has storm damage and insurance claim is not smooth process. Sergie from Rooster Exteriors has come to assist. He helped me to find a public adjuster to work with insurance company to reinspect and defined the project scope. I finally got approval for full roof replacement. The new roof is using ridge venting rather than venting box. It suppose to have better airflow. We will find out in the coming summer. The material used is Timberline HDZ architecture shingles and he is factory certified. I am glad the roof is fully replaced and ready for winter.

I highly recommend Rooster Exteriors. They were so easy to work with and completed all work in a professional manner. Communication from Sergie was outstanding.

Great company - professional owners and a very excellent crew.
They work long hours to complete the job. I cannot tell you enough on what a terrific company this is. They will try to accommodate your needs.
They clean up around your home at the end of every day. They use a nail detector and it collects the nails so not to worry about your car tires, etc.
One other important item - They cover all items around your home, business or whatever the structure may be.
I could go on and on about what a great company and staff they are. Whatever you would expect or hope for in a roofing company, you will definitely have with Rooster Exteriors.

I would not recommend this contractor for doing any exterior work. He replaced the roof of my house. Prior to doing the work, Sergei would stop by a lot and convince me that he is best in the business and this work is perfect and he honors any issues that will come up. He would call a lot and pick up anytime you call him and answer any questions.

After he installed the roof, I found nails and debris all over the yard. I had to call several times and finally he sent this foreman to take a look and he spent over an hour clearing up. Even now, about 8 months afterwards, I still find nails and debris. I had a flat tire during this time and I bet it came thanks to Rooster. Last month I found a leak in my roof and Sergei did not even bother to stop by and take a look. He said his work is perfect and there is no possibility of error. He even refused to stop by. A completely changed man -- Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I hired another contractor and he found that they did not seal around a vent and water leaked through that area. I had to pay someone else to fix it. He refused to honor his warranty.

Anyway buyer beware. There are lots of other reputable ones. I see lots of good reviews, but you always welcome to come by to my house and see it. Maybe we can find a few more nails when you are here!!

I did not write reviews at google but I must come here to praise Travis and Sergi's help on my roof and windows insurance claims and replacements. I had roof and window damaged by hail but the claiming process was not smooth at the beginning of myself dealing with my insurance company. Travis and Sergie helped me to go through and provided very timely and helpful suggestions. The actual contractor work on roof and windows replacement goes very well. Tarvis and Sergie answered all of my questions and my details concerns with professional technical details and I really appreciate their help. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking help on their claims.

Had a chance to work with Rooster this summer. To begin, Sergi and Travis did a great job working with our insurance to ensure we were fully compensated for our storm damage to our roof. Once that was settled, the crew that replaced our roof was professional, quick, paid close attention to detail, and removed all debris when the project was done. We are very happy with the final result!

Sergie, the owner, is very knowable about roofs and how to work with insurance companies to get storm damaged roofs replaced. He spent a considerable amount of time meticulously inspecting our roof and facia and documented the damage with photos which I was able to send to my insurance company.
When the insurance company adjuster inspected the roof with Sergie it was essentially a matter of him verifying the damage already reported. My claim was approved on the spot.
The installation crew was fast and efficient. They were careful to protect our property from damage, including the shrubs around the house, and were diligent about cleaning up the debris. The finished roof looks beautiful.

Attention to all details start to finish of roofing house . Rooster has outstanding supervision owner Sergie, company office staff workers . Hard working employees climb ladders , tear off shingles , nail new shingles , clean up yard haul away rubble . These workers start at 7 AM. and work till 10 PM.. The next morning workers finish cleaning and final roof needs . Make no mistake about how hard this type of work is . Summer time heat is extreme on top of a roof . These workers are a team getting the job done . My house in the middle of 3 houses re-roofed by Rooster Exteriors . All 3 houses had storm damage . Insurance covered the cost complete shingles material labor inspection . As a house owner you need to contact Rooster Exteriors after damage has happened . I am completely satisfied with all of my dealings with Rooster Exteriors for my roof replacement. I found each of the people with whom I interacted (Sergie, George, Gilbert) to be thoughtful, good listeners, and good problem-solvers for my situation. When I had questions or concerns, they were either addressed quickly or acknowledged and addressed in a reasonable amount of time. I have an 1890's home for which we have had many contractors over the years. Our experience with Rooster Exteriors is the kind of process and result I really value; good people who know their work and do their best to apply good work to my situation so that I feel happy with the results and the process.

Our roof is complicated and steep. It looks great, cleanup was excellent (you will still find bits and pieces later). The team seemed to work smoothly and well with each other. Good effort was made to protect the property and listen to our concerns about special spots. They used a large crew in hopes to get it done all on one day, and came very close to succeeding. I had some questions about vent installation placement when they were about done...certainly a most frustrating time for a contractor to have the homeowner second-guessing a first-step in the construction process. I was referred to the foreman, Gilbert, who both indicated his willingness to go back and move them if I needed that, and also thought through the pros and cons of alternatives with me. I felt good about our decision to leave them as-is, knowing that if I have issues in the future, the comapany is inclined to be responsive.

There were no hitches in my process, from beginning to end. We had our roof inspected late in the fall season, put it off to spring (for obvious reasons in Minnesota). COVID-19 stay at home disrupted everything right about the time we were supposed to schedule the roof. I had some issues and Rooster handled my need to delay with grace and consideration. They kept in touch, but didn't pressure me more than necessary.

Three houses in a row in my neighborhood are all getting new roofs with this company.

They are easy to work with and did a great job when my parents got their roof replaced. They were attentive and did the job quickly and efficiently. Would recommend them for your roofing or exterior needs.

Rooster Exteriors installed the roof on my home seven years ago and did an excellent job. I just had them come back, a couple of days ago, after we had a strong winds that took a few shingles off some homes in our neighborhood. Not only was Rooster Exteriors responsive, but they came back and replaced the shingles (on a home they shingled 7 years ago!!) at no cost to me and did it the same day I called. They exceeded my expectations when they installed my roof, and their service after the sale is unsurpassed. In this current economic crisis, it is nice to know that there are still businesses that put their integrity above profit. I, for one, really appreciate it! Thank you, Sergie!!

It takes work for me to give a rating below 2 stars, and Rooster is working hard at it. No communication from them once they got my check. It took them almost 3 weeks from the original scheduled date before they did the roof. The rest of the work still isn't even scheduled, even though we've had nice weather most of the past two weeks. When I call to inquire, they never return my calls. Will not recommend.

Please do not hire Rooster Exteriors for anything. Everything started out great and running smoothly. But then, the insurance check came and all of a sudden there was no communication, we didn't know when the workers were going to show up or when they were going to be done. They would just show up unannounced. We never knew what was going to happen next. Then, We were lied to by Sergie the business owner. He offered us this 0% financing for a 12 month loan and it turns out I'm going to have to pay 18% interest. I wouldn't have even bothered using this company if I would have known we were going to get charged 18% on a small loan. We also found a ton of nails in our yard and scraps of wood in our garage that fell from our roof. We thought we were getting a deal . We will never use this company again and I dont think you should either.

My girlfriends house was severely hail damaged. The process from the insurance company was extremely painful but the people from Rooster exteriors were able to take some of that responsibility off of her plate. With the many delays as a result of the insurance company, Rooster Exteriors uses great subs and makes sure everything is done right. I would recommend to use them for someone who has a storm claim.

The experience started out great, then went terribly wrong. However, Sergie came to my house and personally went over my concerns and had them all corrected. I appreciate the hard work and dedication this man has to his business. Thank you Sergie!

A year later, the skylight window they replaced is to small and leaks inside my house, now there is mold starting to show. The shinges on my roof are staring to bow as they were put on too close and when I called to let them know they Sergie tried making excusses and hung up on me. I am still dealing with there incompetence a full year later. Iam so disappointed and am tired of dealing with them.

Sergie is great! We are first time homeowners and Sergie took time to educate us about our homeowner's insurance and walk us through the process. We have a beautiful new roof on our house and garage that comes with a 50 year warranty--which can be transferred to the new owners should we ever decide to sell. The installation crew was professional and finished on time. Everyone I worked with was friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Rooster Exteriors to anyone.
