XFactor installed a new roof for us, and it was a very pleasant and easy experience. Greg and team engaged with us multiple times to discuss types and styles of roofing. Greg even met with me to review the roofing material after the delivery came and I was not sure on the color.

The installation team was on time, courteous, and cleaned up better than any crew my neighbors have used in the past.

The most impressive part of the experience was there was one item that needed follow up after installation. Unlike my experience with other contractors, Greg was extremely responsive and quickly resolved the item. In my experience that is when the character of a business shows through.

I would gladly recommend XFactor to anyone for roofing needs and intend on using them on future home projects.

We are overwhelmingly pleased with the magnificent job that was done replacing our roof. I can’t say enough great things about the crew that did the job. They worked tirelessly and diligently. The professionalism was exceptional!
