WOW Window Cleaning

Had them out to clean my windows inside and out. This was the second time I had used them. The first time was fine. This time the inside tracks were not cleaned on at least 9 windows. When I reached out the owner told me “I personally cleaned them myself. I must have missed the slider.” That was the last contact. I waited to see if he would adjust the bill since I went and cleaned the tracks myself. No replies at all. Their invoice says “if our service didn’t completely satisfy, call and we will make it right”. Did that and they didn’t do anything to make it right.

July 13th was your last communication and you never once said you would come back and I had already told you I had cleaned them myself. Not fair is not responding to me for nearly a month to let me know anything.

Thank you, WOW team for your great work! We had 3.5 foot drifts of snow and terrible ice dams on our roof after a huge storm and WOW Window Cleaning came to the rescue. Their entire team was calm, professional, worked with our schedule, and super careful in bringing equipment through the house. They did excellent work and we'd highly recommend them.

Ice dams on either side of our roof were causing water to leak inside our house. I left messages throughout town and WOW was the first to respond and the first to get me on their schedule. I know they already had a full schedule and am beyond grateful as their quick service significantly reduced damage to our house. Ice dam removal is dangerous and I was impressed with the work ethic, organization and safety measures taken by the two employees who did the work.

On Dec 2nd had WOW do a chimney sweep. The service provider arrive on time, did a quality job, was careful to cleanup and was professional and friendly. The cost of the service was competitive and the scheduled the job promptly. I was delighted and will use the service again next fall.

Great experience with this business. We hadn’t had our windows cleaned in many years. They were quick to get back to us, scheduled within a few weeks, provided plenty of reminders, and arrived on time. Workers were quick and friendly. We have a lot of windows, and all look fantastic!

I use WOW windows every year and they do a fantastic job. I have triple pane windows. They clean inside the panes and inside and out and the screens. All I can say is WOW! My windows look spectacular!

How on earth they have gotten 5 stars this many times is beyond me. I’m assuming they’ve had their closest friends and family “rate them”. I’ve given them my business 3 times hoping it was just a fluke situation, but between breaking my screen on a couple windows, charging an astronomical price lately, damaging a window and not handling the customer service professionally or at all even, I’m not impressed. Either they need to change some of the people working for them or they need to fix customer service and train better. Their response to my google review is that they have no proof of me as a customer and they say they never received a phone call regarding the issues they have caused??!!! Yikes! Poor business ownership if that’s the case.

Very fast and efficient cleaning of our second story windows. We were especially impressed at how careful the worker was in ensuring that the interior drapes and floor were well protected when he cleaned the upper inside windows.

Three young men showed up on time to do my windows. They were polite and professional and gave me an estimate before they started. They worked hard and cleaned my windows, inside and out and screens. The windows look beautiful and I am so pleased with the job they did. I would highly recommend them!

Outstanding service and quality of work: The WOW team, under new ownership in 2019, were very careful to protect our furniture and floors while working inside, and just as diligent outside the house. Windows, shower enclosure, and nicely dusted ceiling fan and high-altitude window sills in our house are all as clean as they've every been. Highly recommended!
