Dan and his team are extremely good at what they do. As the General Contractor on our build, Dan has a ton of things and people to manage. After being a client of Woodworth Builders for nearly a year, one thing I would highlight about Dan Woodworth is how well he communicates. When you contract with Dan, it is instantly clear that he wants to deliver a high quality product that meets or exceeds your expectations. Along the way, he maintains constant communication with his clients so that there are no surprises. As the cost of materials changes frequently, Dan has done a great job staying organized and discussing options at every turn to keep us on budget. As my wife and I are fairly young, we do not have huge amount of wiggle room in our budget and Dan has done a great job ensuring that fluctuating material costs do not prevent our project from being completed. The next time I need any kind of building, remodeling, or repairs to my home, I wont be shopping around because I have full trust in Woodworth Builders.

We hired Dan and his team to complete the construction of our new beach home. This involved Dan needing to "pick up where my prior contractor left off". This was no small undertaking! We needed to have dormers added, roofing done, interior finish carpentry (inclusive of numerous mitered molding cuts!), an outdoor shower added, two decks and a shed built. Dan was able to quickly assess the situation and complete all of this work exceptionally well. He uses quality products and has a team that is hard-working and professional. We highly recommend Woodworth Builders!

I contracted with Dan on a restoration of a 1900’s house in Dover, NH. From the start, Dan had a positive, can-do attitude and was willing to work with me to try to achieve our vision within a constrained budget. As with any project, we ran into unforeseen issues, the project got larger than expected and I leaned on Dan to come up with solutions. If I could do one thing differently, I would start the project with a firmer set of plans and costs. We were always working on the trade-off between cost and timing. Dan’s specialty is carpentry, and he also knows quality subcontractors who work with integrity, due to his 20+ years in construction. He and his team have a good work ethic and have even followed through in the months since completion to address a few small problems that cropped up. I can recommend Woodworth Builders.

I recently was hired by Daniel Woodworth of Woodworth Builders to do some drywall on one of his projects. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years but Dan stood out as being very friendly, communicative and an excellent contractor to work for. We had no sooner finished our drywall and they already had the walls painted, ready for the next step in their project. I highly recommend him as a general contractor for your next project and hope to work with him again myself in the future.
