Dennis is the man! I had my entire shingled roof replaced with black metal roofing, all of the fascia metal surrounding the house and all new vents as well. Not to mention I had quite a few boards underneath that were in rough shape that he replaced too. I promise you won’t find a better price with how good the quality of work comes out. This guy gets it done!

Dennis & his team did an amazing job on my 1880’s antique cape- I was way in over my head and ready to flip the house with just the basics but Dennis took the time to include details that fit with the homes historic style. He even showed me how to finish some projects I was overwhelmed with. He can do it all- siding, decking, roofing and also did some interior trim and drywall work so I had a clean slate to work with. By the time his team was done and my house was totally transformed I felt like I could handle the projects left to do and absolutely love how the house turned out. Will definitely call Prescott & sons for all my future projects!

Did a nice job replacing our porch roof. Professional workers and work done looks really good. Did a nice job cleaning up after the roof replacement. I would recommend them if you are lookig at having roofing work done.

I called because of a leak in a rubber roof and was concerned about rain in the forecast. Dennis came that day and found where he suspected the leak to be and repaired it. He was prompt and professional and I will be calling him again for gutter work!

We called because we thought our roof was leaking. Prescott and Sons came that day and found out the leak was from a pipe only accessible by the roof. He fixed the issue right away. He also let us know about the condition of our roof, talked us through some future options and is coming back to give us an estimate on roof replacement so we can start to budget and plan for that. Very professional, skilled, and reasonable customer service. Really appreciated the quality of the siding and soffits on my new house. They did not finish all of my trim work which I assumed would be included in their labor costs so make sure you get all the details in writing.

They showed up by 7:45am and were done by 6p. The end result looks fantastic and they even tore off and redid the side porch roof as well. They were all very professional and did multiple cleaning sweeps after to make sure they got everything. Will definitely contact again if I need anything else done they specialize in. Five stars hands down.

I called Dennis to give me and estimate on a leak in my roof. He came the next day and was very professional and honest. He checked my roof and said it was a minor hold and that my roof was in pretty good shape. I truly appreciated his honesty and not try to do a repair I didn’t need. Dennis and his team did a fantastic job on my roof. They were done in one day, they cleaned up every speck of debris and they even did some work that they really did not have to. If you are looking for a stand up guy with good pricing and great work this is who you want. He will be coming back to fix my deck too....

they left. I got several estimates before i decided to go with them and they were very competitive cost wise. My house looks new and i would definitely recommend them.

These guys went way above and beyond what was expected and replaced trim boards and any other damage they found while redoing the roof.
They hauled off all the old materials and didn't leave a single thing behind.
These guys are experienced and they work fast and efficiently!
We plan on hiring them again for more work in the near future.

Called Dennis for an estimate he came that day to give me estimate on my roof. Best estimate around. He was very professional and kind. Pretty funny too.
He came the day he was supposed to with his crew and was faster than planned. My roof looks amazing. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends.
We even planned for him to come back and do our deck in the spring.

I used Dennis to build a large deck extension. He always showed up when he said he would & picked up the phone when I called. Not common amongst other contractors I have used in the past. He has a high attention to detail and with his crew they are able to move quickly. The deck came out great and I would recommend him highly!

Dennis Prescott and his guys repaired our mobile home walls which had significant water damage from windows leaking inside where we couldn't see. He and his crew worked in 90⁰+ weather with 75% humidity, they were phenomenal. I plan on hiring him for a few more future projects. I would recommend him and his crew any day!

These guys installed siding, fixed and painted my decks, fixed water pump / pressure problem, did electrical work in my attic to get the attic fan to work. These guys do it all and do it well.. if there's something they did that you don't like, they'll make it right, no questions asked. Dennis and his crew are great guys who actually want to please the customer and actually take pride in the little details!! It's not often you find that these days. I won't go anywhere else, Prescott is one stop shopping, they do most anything. Thanks guys!!

Dennis and crew replaced the roof on our home and barn. They did an excellent job at a very competitive rate. Our bow roof made their job extra difficult as it gets progressively steeper. I expressed specific expectations for details like drip edge, flashing and roof vents. They rose to the occasion and we are very happy with the results. We
