It didn’t take many years for the roof that mike woods replaced to fail. This amateur did not secure our flat roof properly from the start, causing it to leak, leading to it being replaced in less than 4 years.

The main roof of the same house was also replaced at the same time, by the same amateurs. It also only took 4 years to need replacing. It was so bad, all of the boots could easily be pulled up by hand. It took $3,300, just to fix the rotted wood caused by mike woods amateur roofing. That doesn’t include replacement of the main or flat roof, another $11,000.

When we attempted to call mike woods (before we knew how bad it actually was), he refused to answer or return any calls for weeks; but when I called him from a different number, for an estimate on another house, I received a return call within a day! Crooked way of doing business.

mike woods and his company is a joke.

If you want your roof done right, don’t use this amateur. If you already used this amateur, get a third party inspection immediately!

Mike Wood was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and busy!. He came out and gave me an estimate ( 1 of 3 contractors, I spoke with). We had a good conversation and after about a week, I hired his team. My roof looks amazing! I had a couple of questions, after completion and he came back and explained his answers and provided follow up. Only reason, not 5 stars is because I'm waiting for my new recycling bin that he accidentally ran over on trash pick up day.

Woods roofing contractor is an outstanding company. they came in and took off and put on 33 square of shingles in one day. As a form of roofer I inspected their work as to nail placement number of nails for shingle and quality workmanship overall. They did an outstanding job I would have no problem hiring them again and I refer them as often as possible. If you call anyone else you will pay too much.
