Highly impressed with Woodard Renovations. Communicates when and where materials will be delivered and installed. Workmanship of Mark's team is impeccable. They are neat and clean up job after complete. Highly recommend for renovations on your home.

Hired them to do a fence. Was originally told week of April 19th after my yard was graded which there was absolutely no rain that week. Never heard from them so I called on the 19th, man stated last part of the week. No one showed again with no call. I called again and was told early part of the following week. Again no call and no one showed up, called a third time and told last part of the week. A team finally showed up on Friday, April 30th at 10 and worked to tear down old fence until about 4. They piled the old fence on top of my $5,000 newly graded yard and didn’t show up again until Tuesday the following week after it had rain and the yard was now muddy from the grading. They worked 2 days that week, left 4 different piles of old fence, new wood for fencing is in the driveway, trash in my yard that I had to go pick up. Threw concrete into the neighbor’s yard that I have to now pick up, electrical cords all over the yard and their trailer sitting on the side of the road in front of my house. My neighbor is not happy, my home owners association is not happy with the old wood and trailer and I am certainly not happy because now after paying them $5,700 I have to go find another fencing company to fix this mess. Worse company in the world!!!
