We have employed Isai to do a wide variety of jobs over the past few years. His work and professionalism is outstanding. From the normal home improvement projects to installing a farm gate and even hanging a buffalo shoulder mount in a difficult to access area, we haven’t found anything that he isn’t capable of or willing to tackle.

We bought a brand new condo but some items needed some improvements. We used I and A in our home in Pittsboro so when we moved to Raleigh we called Isai first. I and A do amazing work. They work fast, they are very tidy. Isai is very friendly. He will make anything you want come to life. We installed wooden shelving in all the closets and pantries. (Replacing the builder provided steel mesh junk). He built bookshelves. Installed TV mounts. Built a bed head board. Everything he did was of the highest quality. I cannot recommend Isai and I and A Home Improvements enough.

I had an excellent experience with I & A ! They recently did some painting for me, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team was not only incredibly skilled but also conscientious about the details, ensuring everything was done perfectly. They worked quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining a high standard of quality. I felt completely comfortable with them in my home, they were trustworthy and reliable throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing home improvements. 5 stars all the way!

We hired I & A Home Improvement to patch and paint a room in our home. They had to do some large patches and then paint the room and it came out perfect. We have hired Isai and his talented crew for at least four projects so far. He just finished an exterior wood replacement project. Fixed water-damaged wood on chimney, soffit-fascia, steps. Also replaced seating in our pergola. What can I say? Isai did amazing work, reasonable prices, always on time. Very friendly. Always conscientious. Honest and forthright. Always informs us if he uncovers any additional items to be addressed, discusses pros and cons of each decision point, only does tasks that we have pre-approved. We will continue to hire Isai and his crew for future work - indeed, we already have an interior paint job lined up with I&A. Obviously, five stars. Thank you, Isai.

We contracted with I & A Home Improvement to paint the interior of our home. We are extremely satisfied with Isai and his crew and would highly recommend this company. Isai was very responsive and helpful when providing color suggestions. They did a fantastic job with the painting and the house looks great! We changed the interior color of the home and we had all the trim work repainted which was not easy. They took their time and did not rush to get the job done. We plan to use I & A Home Improvement for any future projects.

We had a few small roofing repairs done prior to listing our house for sale. Isai and his crew were great! He was willing to work us into the schedule so we could go ahead and get our house on the market. Very prompt and professional service! I would highly recommend this company! I have been using I&A home improvement ever since we moved in our home, which constantly needs works and repairs. This is the 3rd time I hired Isai, he repaired my old siding, and did a great job matching the paint, he also fixed the fascia boards in front of the house that have been rotted out. He also redid the chimney flashing, which looks great. I am always impressed by the work of I&A Home Improvement. I will continue to use them, Isai is definitely the right person for the job. Hire him, you won’t be disappointed.

It's hard to find a good general service 'fix it all' contractor who is actually good at everything they say they can do. I searched high and low for some talent to take care of a whole bunch of projects involving roofing, siding, gutters, painting, chimney repair, vent fan installation... And after much deliberation, Isai was the man for the job. And man did I make the right choice!

Isai, and his crew, can do it all! A litany of skills and trades are at their disposal. This knowledge proved invaluable when they found more rot in my chimney that required structural repairs, his suggestions of adding ice barriers and gutter kickouts easily saved me thousands from having to re-do the work at a future date - which is probably why he's so confident in his work he can offer a 10 year warranty. Oh, and he cleaned up so well after he left it was like he wasn't there at all (he even used a big magnet on the lawn to check for leftover nails!!)

And you may think that I'd pay a fortune for this top notch service, or I would have had to wait a month for him to be available, but you'd be wrong! He came in significantly lower cost than the competition, he did it all on time, and he communicated throughout the entirety of the project spectacularly.

I recommend Isai to you, to your family, your neighbors, and anyone else. I can't thank him enough for his beautiful and hard work.

Isai was awesome! His attention to detail and his patience to do the job right was just what we needed. He refinished And painted our cabinets, painted our living room (with cathedral ceilings), and painted our front door and shutters. It was a job well done and totally affordable. Would highly recommend!

I call for an estimate for roof repair I&A was quick to respond. His estimate was reasonable and hired to do the roof repair. The work was completed in one day and they did a great job. When the roof needs replacing I will call I&A Home Improvement do the work.

I & A is a great choice for your home improvement needs. He fixed the rot and damage around our chimney and also took photos of the damage that was occurring inside. He could’ve fixed what we paid him to repair and just left. Instead, he chose to go a step further and brought to our attention additional damage that was fixed by the previous contractor and would need immediate repair without driving up his price. He wasn’t fishing for me business at all. They just care about your home as much as you do. We’ve hired I &A for the rest of our projects due to their great work and customer service! Would give 10 stars if it were possible.

Very professional, excellent work, very personable when it came to explaining what needed to be done. Repair work on our chimney, roof and siding. Reasonable but very good work. Very clean work site. Areas were cleaned up during repair and at the end of every day!!

While preparing to sell our hose, we had a roof leak form around the chimney. We were in a pinch and needed someone to repair the roof in a timely fashion. I&A responded to our search for the repair and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Within two days the repair was done; replacement of shingles, repair of damaged plywood and repair of flashing around the chimney. The owner of I&A was a pleasure to work with and his rate was very fair. I would highly recommend his services to others.
