Jennings construction & waterproofing was very helpful.
I knew something was going on with an outer wall and flooring. Slugs were creeping in from some unexplainable place and I could smell that moisture smell. Finally there would be actual water puddles in that area.
Contacted Jennings. David was able to come out and do some tests and come up with a solution to our problem. Very pleasant to speak with. Very understanding. The work was started and completed in one day. They explained what they were doing and filled everything back in and made it as tidy as could be.
Nice pleasant family ran business. I would definitely recommend them and have work done by them in the future.

Done Crawlspace Encapsulation in house for me, had a musty, mill dew smell due to moisture under house. Had water coming in on front side of house. David gave me a good price and the job was completed the smell in house is great moisture issues are address. Thanks David

Jennings shows up when they say the will. They give honest quotes. They dug out part my crawlspace, waterproofed entire crawlspace, added sump pump under house, helped with plumbing issues, helped with hvac issues, and quoted an additon. If I need something done, jennings is my first call.

David is honest and great has NEVER let me down, very trustworthy and does what he says he is going to do. Come out on a Sunday morning to replace / repair a sump pump that had failed and I had water coming in. Was in and out quick and problem was fixed …. Thx so much. I highly recommend him for all your water proofing needs. He is very knowledgeable and quick to respond
