What happened to Wolford. They used to be so great! They told me to come in for a quick repair that would take a couple hours. We decided to leave it over night. Next day they said to come back in a day or two. I came back in three and still hasn't started. They promised me it would be done the next Tuesday by noon. Went to get it and they were just starting. I took it and left. So sad. They used to be fantastic

I took my Jeep here to give the local body shop the business. So grateful I did. They did a fantastic job, stayed in contact through the process and works with my insurance to give me a lifetime warranty.

Huge thanks to Wolford Collision and especially to Kayson Wolford who helped me with removing items from my totaled vehicle while in the lot. At one point, I needed a tool that I didn’t bring with me. He took the time to go into his shop to get it. He must have spent almost an hour to help me out.

Not sure where to start here, however took my vehicle to them for a collision repair. They submitted estimate to insurance and insurance decided to total the vehicle. Wolfords advised my husband that we shouldn’t buy it back. However after understanding that all the damage was only cosmetic. Vehicle runs really good so why wouldn’t we buy it back. Long story short they billed the insurance $800+ dollars to put the truck back together so we could pick It up after re-assembly. When we picked it up it was having some electrical issues, that it wasn’t having when we dropped it off. It was missing weather stripping that goes on the roof, and the windshield wiper hose was not put back together, missing miscellaneous other things that they didn’t care to put back on. Overall not a great job re-assembling the truck. Finally got the weatherstripping 3 months later that we had to call multiple times to get, it was on back order so that part wasn’t necessarily their fault, however overall not a great experience and if they are getting paid to put the vehicle back together they should have done it the right way.

Roy did an absolute fabulous job. I had a few little dings cause life happens in a Jeep. He touched those up beautifully and then put a clear bra on the grill, hood, fender flairs, door hinges, etc you have to really be looking to see the actual clear bra product and his attention to detail was bar none the best I have ever encountered. I will always take my vehicles to Wolford Collision Repair they are the best from the guys doing the job to the office staff. Just great to work with. It was a pleasure!!!!

This would be my 2nd time getting my car tinted at Wolfords and they did an amazing job once again! I will continue to come back and would recommend them to anyone! Super nice and easy communication with the staff!

This was my first time ever using Wolford Collision Repair. My insurance company recommended I use them. Friends also referred me to use them, so I did. I am very pleased with the service I received personally, as well as my vehicle. The repairs were made to my vehicle very thoroughly. They looked over the whole vehicle and made the required repairs. They were very busy with many vehicles from accidents due to bad weather, that they had told me they will do the best they can to get me back on the road. They called me within the week and told me our truck was finished. The work was done professionally and with care. They know what they’re doing here. I highly recommend using Wolford. The staff are most helpful and really put you first. Thank you for taking care of my family and vehicle.

Penny at the end of the process was very rude and totally hostile disclosing her total and evident desire to not help. She even said we don't want to do this job with an arrogant attitude that only requires to admit that her and her shop didn't know how to do the job. I rather deal with honest people to tell you they can't do the job than arrogant and bad attitude trying to cover the sun with a finger

I have used Wolford's several times over the years and wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. They are upfront with me, communicate throughout the process, and seem genuinely interested in me being taken care of. Penny and Nicole in the front office are so helpful and they seem genuinely invested in my experience. Auto body repair isn't anything anyone wishes to need, but when I do, I'm so glad to know I have a reliable resource to help me get back on the road.

I don't know much about cars but the woman that I talked to Penny was so amazing! She was able to help me fast and efficiently!! If I have any problems in the future I'll be taking my business here!!

After hitting a deer with my truck, this repair shop was able to get my truck in and out in a timely matter. It was even done early. I would recommend this body shop to everyone

We used them to our truck when we broke down. Tyson was very nice and fast and after calling sever other places ther were the cheapest that was available right away. We would recommend him to anyone.

Our car had to be towed off the freeway in Willard late over a holiday weekend and we we’re referred to Wolfords by our toe tuck driver. We had just moved to the area and didn’t know any repair shops. They were amazing and helped us out from start to finish. Their location is clean, lit up at night and secure. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Our repairs were done in a timely manner and helped us with our insurance. Wolfords is actually an approved repair shop with our State Farm insurance which is great!
Our vehicle was repaired 100% and looks beautiful, also returned clean! All the work was written out in a packet with warranties.

The Wolford team of Brigham kicks a$$! They handled my lowered sports car in the middle of the night and the price to tow/keep was fair to everyone. I was worried about it being low and having carbon fiber on the bumper but everything was untouched

We hit something on the road and had to have the whole front end repaired. When we picked up the car they drove it around front and left it running. We live in Idaho and on the way home the check engine light came on and the car was running rough. We got home and after we turned it off it would not start. No electrical power at all. The battery is in the trunk so we use the emergency trunk release to open. When we looked in the trunk the battery enclosure was open and the battery terminal protectors were open and the terminals were loose. The battery would not charge and when check it was bad so I replaced it. The OBD2 reading said we had problem with oil pressure and an evaporator leak. The garage said the oil filter had been knocked loose and it was draining oil. The wheels were damaged bad and all 4 had to be replaced. The alignment was also way off. The A/C also stopped working.

They are very honest with their customers. They do awesome work on your vehicles. I have been a customer for years with them. They get your vehicle done when they tell you it will be done. And they work well with you and your insurance company. I sure appreciate these guys. Thanks for everything

They did a great job both times I've been in there to have my jeep fixed, the first time they had to redo part of the roof but they did a great job and they stood behind their work, I would recommend them highly to anybody.
