HIRE HIM! Rob was professional, (showed up right on time ... even before I rolled up!), and was already on the ground using his drone to check the roof of our 100 year old home. He conducted his role in a thorough, meticulous and conscientious manner--qualities you want to see in an inspector! He was kind and courteous to a number of other contractors who came in and out of our home during his inspection--I never sensed he was bothered but very gracious and friendly to everyone. Rob never gave me the impression his mind was anywhere but present and working for us and looking out for us, which really shone through at our catch-up conversation at the end. Beyond his professionalism, he was just really delightful to work with. He is no-nonsense, good humored, knowledgeable and came fully prepared. At the end of his job, he made himself available for a lengthy summary chat sharing his major findings and things he wanted to point out but also to capture any other questions or concerns I had--even in that time I did not feel he was rushing the time but there for us. He also encouraged us to reach out if we thought of something later and if we wanted any recommendations for contractors. Having a thorough home inspection of an old home like ours requires a lot of trust--you want your home in the right hands and that is exactly what we got with Rob. HIGHLY highly recommend and so glad we got connected to him.

Rob is a true gem. We originally chose him due to all of Wolff's glowing reviews and were not disappointed. Rob is a local who is generous with his time and knowledge. He was thorough and extremely service-focused. Our inspection was after we closed so there was a good bit of anxiety. He did a great job walking us through all of our questions and concerns in a way that was easy to understand and digest and provided valuable suggestions. Rob returned to the property multiple times and was ultra accommodating with our schedules. We cannot recommend Rob highly enough!

Eric performed a home inspection for me and my wife when we bought our first home. He was friendly, responsive, and took the time to show me all the little details of the house and what I should be looking for. I felt much more confident in purchasing the house and I felt much more prepared to manage the systems and little projects that needed to be fixed. I also called him a few months later to do a radon inspection and he penciled me in the next day for a great price. I couldn't recommend his services more!

I was working with another firm for my house inspection, but they didn’t do radon testing. I found Eric via recommendation. He responded promptly and we set up the radon test right away. Test was done and results were in my hand 2 days later. He called to explain the results and answered any questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed and felt very comfortable asking his opinion on another inspection matter that I didn’t have any knowledge about. He happily answered those questions. If you are looking for a very thorough home inspector, look no further! I preferred to give a smaller business the work rather than a large company where you don’t even know who is being sent out to your house. Eric Wolff was so thorough, he spent extra time inspecting our unusually large home. I have all the confidence in his inspection skills. He is patient, he explained everything very well and answered all our questions. The report he provides is very detailed and he does a full water quality panel as part of his standard inspection process rather than having extra fees tacked on to check radon, uranium, arsenic, etc. as other companies do. When our radon test came back high, he did not hesitate to offer to do another test to double check this free of charge. Some of the best customer service around! His prices are reasonable as well. We will use him again in a heartbeat if we need another home inspection.

Eric is the consummate professional and I was fortunate to have him inspect two homes for me. Eric is VERY meticulous and his attention to detail unearthed many issues / repairs that would be needed for the first house we put an offer in on.
