K P Lamarco and Associates did a wonderful job on my mother's roof. They were competent, courteous, and cleaned up the work site beautifully. They finished this big job in just 2 days and the price was fair. I would hire them to work on my house anytime.

Our project involved upgrading a one-hundred-year-old summer cottage, in Old Saybrook Connecticut. This involved installing several windows. an entry door, replacing wood trim, soffits, and facia. Kevin also replaced the old roofing on both the cottage and detached garage. We wanted a particular look for replacing old asbestos shakes with a weathered cedar shingle product. Kevin worked with us to find the exact product that fit the bill for us and his crew installed it all perfectly. The end result is dramatic. Our cottage now fits perfectly into our neighborhood of upgraded year-round homes on Cornfield Point. Our neighbors have been impressed with the "rebirth" of the old structure.

Kevin kept us aware of every step as the project moved toward completion. We had his cell phone number. He met with us several times on the site. His crew was competent and cleaned up perfectly at the end of the job.

I have to say that what we got was even better than what we had hoped for. The price for the work was fair and reasonable and the project was completed on schedule. We are totally satisfied with this project and are happy to give K P Lamarco our highest recommendation.
