Incredible results and a great experience with Bill and his team who artfully managed every supply and logistics roadblock imaginable during covid. Highly skilled, communicative, efficient, flexible, and above all they were excellent human beings to have on site. This was a large addition/reno project managed while my family still lived and worked in the home. The team was clean, respectful, and helpful throughout what was likely not the easiest project to manage with family on site. Lakeview exceeded my expectations in all areas and I love my home.

Bill Adinolfi and the Lakeview team did a great job in completing multiple major remodeling and renovation projects in our home in Guilford within budget and ahead of schedule. The costs of the project were the most reasonable compared to other contractors bids that we received. Bill and his crew and subcontractors were all experienced professionals who kept us updated at every stage of the project. Besides being a master carpenter, Bill was very courteous and provided practical solutions to all of our questions along the way. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate in engaging Lakeview again for any future building or remodeling projects.

My wife and I are thrilled with the work that Bill and his team from Lakeview Builders completed for us. Actual Bill missed one charge and refused to accept payment for it. That is unheard of in todays business environment.

We had the pleasure of working with Bill and his team on a fairly comprehensive deck repair project; from start to finish they exceeded our expectations. Our family moved in last year but only recently realized the deck was in pretty bad shape (rotting joists, stair stringers, and boards). Bill not only responded quickly to our call but also fit us in to complete the project before summer. The team was incredible. The "new" deck is gorgeous (beautiful, wide meranti boards), and more importantly, safe for our kids. We are looking forward to working with Lakeview for our future projects.

First, the owner Bill is hands on and involved in every detail. He’s a great person with integrity, he’s responsible, trustworthy and has the best team of installers. From Paul, the “tile guy”, to the electrician who ran out and replaced all the lights I bought with much better ones in every aspect, everyone was good, decent, and had expertise. Do not misunderstand that “good value” means cheaper or lesser quality. If you’re looking for cheap, you’ll find cheap and get cheap and your project will be cheap because that’s what you paid for. Good value to me is that the job fit my high standards and expectations. It also got done in the time promised and we are so happy that we will now be adding a bedroom renovation of adding hardwood floors, radiant heat and a complete renovation for a primary bath and closet.
He will make everything right, you can tell him your design ideas and he has the experience to do it correctly if not better than you asked.
He has good resources so doing your own design work isn’t that complicated. I like “my style”, not what a salespersons style is, so doing that myself is part of the process.

Lastly, I can only say that renovation is never easy or simple (or dust free). If it’s important to have someone that’s going to be in your home be top notch, NEAT, honest and responsible to do it right, then this is your guy. I’m still doing a custom glass partition but the photo here is what we chose and designed and was expertly installed.

Bill is an absolute professional old school craftsman who only uses people who get it right the first time. He renovated one our bank buildings that required extensive structural modifications. He was able to keep us open during business hours and the end product rivals anything you will seem in commercial retail. Extremely happy. We will use him again.

Lakeview construction recently completed a primary suite addition to my home. I was really nervous having never done anything like this before.
The project involved tearing off my gararge roof and gutting my existing bedroom in the middle of February!!
Bill and his crew kept the 2nd floor protected and livable. They showed up when they said they would and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
Bill responded quickly to any questions I had. The project never ran over budget, Bill stayed true to his contracted pricing.
I now have a beautiful bedroom, bath and walk in closet. When friends and family visit we each have our own space. So happy!! Highly recommend Bill and Lakeview.

We had Lakeview remove walls between dining, kitchen and living rooms. They also refinished our wood floors on the first floor, added wood flooring and recessed lighting in our kitchen and dining room. They did an outstanding job and we were thrilled with the results. Bill remodeled our new house with incredible expertise and professionalism. We needed a bedroom and two sound-proofed offices constructed in existing lofted spaces immediately upon purchase of our new house. Bill met me at our new house an hour after we closed, got me a quote within hours, and started work the next business day. He had a bedroom built for our toddler in two days, and by the end of the week, my husband and I were able to start using our new home offices. The subcontractors he brought in have all been fantastic, too—they’re now refinishing our basement! I cannot recommend him high enough. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, early and right on budget. He and his team showed up at 7:30 every morning, just as they said they would, and worked clear until 5. He’s incredibly professional and is clearly very skilled in his craft: the new rooms he built in our custom-built home look as if they’ve always been here. We are so grateful for his availability, talent, and kindness in understanding the urgency to create these spaces. I recommend him without hesitation!

We had our basement finished by Lakeview and are extremely happy with the results! Bill was extremely professional and was great at putting our idea into real life. The communication was great between us and when workers would arrive. We will definitely use Lakeview for any of our future projects and highly recommend for any remodeling/building projects!

We were looking at buying a house, but knew we would need some extensive remodeling done. Bill was able to meet us on inspection day to walk through the project and get us a quote. He understood our vision and had great input. Once demo started, he was quick to communicate and help us troubleshoot a few surprises that came up! Most of the work happened while my husband and I and our two small kids were living in the house, which was quite an adventure....Bill & Adam were friendly, considerate and communicative, making it as painless a process as possible. We were also impressed by the subcontractors Bill worked with that came in to complete various aspects of the project and how well he managed that end of things. Lakeview was able to bring our vision to life and really helped us transform our home. Looking forward to getting Bill & Adam back for phase 2!

Bill Adinolfi, his crew from Lakeview Building and Remodeling and the roofing crew from What's On My Roof, did some structural repair and reroofed our home following a tree strike. Very pleased with the work they did. Professional and responsive, Bill answered all my questions as we went through the process of quoting, preparing, and completing the job. As the scope of the job changed significantly midstream, changes went smoothly. He added crew when necessary to push the project along, and completed the work in a highly efficient 2 days, including replacing 16 rafters, 4 roof panels, and stripping and roofing the entire house. I highly recommend them.

Bill and his team were such a pleasure to work with. Bill is extremely responsive and had a quote back to me very quick which is such a relief when beginning a construction project. We were under a tight timeline to get our bathroom complete (it was a full gut down to the studs job) and the guys finished exactly on time.
Adam and Mike were also a pleasure to work with, Adam helped answer ALL of my questions and aimed to make sure I was always happy with the progress of the job (Thanks Adam!).

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship that the friendly crew displayed on my patio door upgrade. As an experienced DIYer I am familiar with the many difficulties with my job. The expert crew sailed thru them all and quickly installed the odd sized double door and transom and buttoned up the trim so it looked like it came with the house. Then they cleaned up so it was as if they werent ever there. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars. I wish i could give them 6. GREAT WORK!

Lakeview is top notch in every way!! We had a large healthcare renovation and they were always willing to tackle any task that we had during the project and in a timely manner. We had Bill Adinofi owner of Lakeview Building & Remodeling renovate our bathroom. We knew of his reputation of doing great work. There are other's that claim they can remodel your bathroom in a day by covering over your already in place tub etc., but, if you want a correct job done that includes gutting down to the studs and making sure there isn't any mold or leaks anywhere then call Bill. We can sleep at night knowing that the job was done right. From the beginning Bill made it easy, from helping us to know where to get the tub, fixtures, flooring etc., making sure deliveries scheduled and to know what the process would be. As you can imagine anytime you remodel and have to live in the house at the time it can be stressful. Although our job was small and at the time Bill had a big job to be at, he had Adam at our house every day doing a fantastic job. We were not disappointed at any time with the expert work done and on a daily basis Bill was in contact with us by phone or text keeping us posted on what would be done and what to expect. Bill even came one Saturday to do some work to move things along knowing we were needing a bathroom as soon as possible. All of the crew that came were professional and friendly and experts at their jobs. They were always respectful and thoughtful when it came to keeping things neat and clean.
We would highly recommend Bill and Lakeview Building & remodeling to anyone. We love our new bathroom and we will not hesitate to call him when we want another project done. In fact, we have contacted him a few times to ask who he would recommend for some other work needed that he doesn't do and he is very prompt to reply and offer us information.
