Carlos was so helpful and quick to respond. He came out to assess our roof within 24 hrs of calling him, in the middle of a winter storm! He is very knowledgeable and informative, making sure to explain every detail. He followed up after his visit to make sure everything was ok with our home after another storm. Fantastic job and great workers!! We are honored to be their first customer. Carlos, the owner of the company, was very hands-on the process from the start to the end of the project. He explained every detail of the process to us and answered all of our questions. He kept us updated on when the materials will come, when the workers will start, and once all the paperwork and pictures were sent to the Adjustor/insurance. He was quick to respond to any of my messages. In addition, he considered the weather condition before starting the project. He ensured us that the work will get done right and in a timely manner. His workers even mowed our lawn a few feet from the wall of the house to make sure there wasn’t any nails left. We definitely recommend his company if you have any roofing or siding repair. He is reliable and dependable. We will definitely use his company again if we need to.
