We contacted Miguel for new gutters but upon inspection, he suggested repair, instead of replacement, and with all the rain we have had, the gutters are now working perfectly. We called on Friday night because our ceiling was leaking and the insurance didn’t have anybody to tarp the roof. I called around and they were the first to answer and they said they would be here in about an hour. Now this was during the flooding rain. They found the problem and caulked it so it wouldn’t leak anymore and then came out a couple of days later to fix it. I was very happy with their service and honesty I will definitely call them again.

Legacy Renovations has done two projects for us. Their work is solid and finished in very reasonable timelines. They are not overly pushy and will help to keep a reasonable budget. They also review concerns with you and follow up to make sure things are done well and to your satisfaction. They are also very conscientious about their work and worked to keep spaces safe and cleaned up well, taking extra care to remove even the smallest debris.

We had wind damage on our siding and he did an excellent job of working with the insurance company and getting our claim approved. Installed a new roof for us. In and out in a day, cleaned up the mess, very professional start to finish.

I recently had a new roof installed by Legacy Renovations and everything went great! Miguel was so helpful and accommodating and patient with me. The cost was very competitive also. They showed up when they said they would and he always called me back when he said he would. I am very happy I chose them!

This experience was great. I never anticipated having such an easy time getting major work done on my home. Everything was quick and accurate. Miguel (I think is his name!), who initially helped with my estimate, has been a great communicator. Everything happened when they said it would, and I was followed up with throughout the process. The team that did the work did an amazing job. You can see how skilled they are and how much they know their work. It was really neat to see the process with the drone photos.

Very professional, reasonably priced, and performs grade A quality work. Miquel and Gracie also.went above and beyond anyone else in helping us go through the agonizing process of having to deal with my homeowners insurance and convincing insurance to pay for the repairs which they had no reason in denying any of the coverage. You would never imagine how difficult it was to convince insurance to pay to fix the damages done when a large tree smashed through my roof during a storm. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who asks. Excellent quality workmanship and materials used and very rapid in completion of the repairs.

I can not express how amazing this company is. The owner and his workers go above and beyond on projects. He installed an outside door for us, and knowing that we have had water issues with water coming in from that doorway in the past, he put steel sheets lining the whole door with extra sealer around it to make sure nothing came through. He always shows up on time and makes sure we were happy with how things came out. They also have really great quotes and I always felt what they charged was very fair and the lowest of quotes. Go with them and I'm sure you will be really happy too, I am glad to have found them.

Definitely recomend, there work is top tier, if you want great work done i would call them forsure, appreciate everything they have done!!

Solid company!!!! Legacy Renovations helped us tremendously when a tree fell on my daughter’s house during a storm. Miguel was very knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done to make it right and didn’t try to add anything extra that was unnecessary . It’s always good to run into people who are honest during a low point in life’s unexpected ordeals. I’m so glad we were blessed to have Legacy on our side and highly recommend them . I needed Drywall work done in my bathroom which ment moving the hot water heater and toilet, and alittle plumbing, etc.. plus frame my back door. The work was done very good and the worker was in and out ,no playing around, for a very decent price. If you need some work done, seriously, give them a call. My Brother has them install a metal roof on his house along with replacement of some drywall in a bedroom from damaged by bad windows. Anyway. I am very happy with there work at afair decent cost. 2 and 5 .

Legacy Renovations, headed up by Miguel Morales & Crew were an excellent group with whom to work. They were eager, arriving early each day from out of town, ready to replace roof quickly & neatly. Legacy Renovation replaced our roof after storm damage and they did a great job. Prep the area around the house for removal of the old shingles. And was very thorough with the clean up. Everyone was very nice. Great over all company!!

The owner and his workers are phenomenal and do excellent work. After a bad storm ruined my parents’ roof and door, Miguel went above and beyond to help them through the insurance process and was extremely fast and efficient in their repair and clean-up. Cannot recommend this company ENOUGH! Miguel is super communicative, prompt, and goes above and beyond expectations. They replaced our old green metal roof with an amazing matte black metal roof. They worked fast and always made sure our property was cleaned up before leaving for the day. We have dogs who potty outside, they would often do a roof nail sweep of the yard throughout the day. Thank you guys! We are extremely happy with our new roof!

Legacy Renovations replaced all of the siding on my house after it was damaged in a wind storm. Miguel was very patient with us and clearly explained the process as far as insurance and the siding replacement . We were also slow at deciding colors but we never felt rushed. The work turned out great! In fact many people have stopped and commented that they did a first rate job and didn’t cut any corners. I’ll be calling them in the future for some interior renovations.

Homeownership: Replacing the roof.

Back in late June, we were hit with a pretty bad storm here in Richmond. Roof took a little bit of damage, and it was needing to be replaced. Being a first time homeowner, we had no real idea on where to begin.

I was then introduced to Legacy renovations. Miguel, Gracie, Hakeem, and the whole Legacy Renovations team were so helpful the minute I called. They worked with my insurance company and made the whole process a breeze.

I can not thank them enough for their amazing service!

I would recommend anyone to go to this company! Very professional and responsive. My insurance company refused to pay due to a storm damaging my roof. They worked so hard to get it approved. My roof makes my house look so much better and they was so consistent and helpful with helping me pick out the color of my shingles.
