I just want to say that jake Did over and above what was expected of him. If there was.
Such a thing as ten stars I would rate him ten stars. His philosophy is If a job.
Is Worth doing it is worth doing it to the best of your ability And he does he does an excellent job You will not be disappointed in his work nor his character he Is one fine young man. I highly recommend him.Larry Crowder says this.

Jake did a great job- would recommend his company for refinishing hardwood floors to anyone. From start to finish he was careful and professional. He even matched the color of the laminate floor it would be laying next to. This young man takes pride in the work he does and it shows. The pictures are before and after shot of room. Very pleased!

Jake, with Wise Guys maintenance, has done a variety of work on our older house. He installed a new door knob and deadbolt, recessed lighting in our hall, set up some insulation panels in our attic and blown insulation into the attic, and pressure washed our basement walls and deck. I wish he lived closer, we'd hire him for more work needing done.
