Winterproof Roofing

Tye, Xavier, Ed, and I am sorry I forgot the other guys name already and I just asked it!!! The crew did an amazing job. My roof had sprung a leak during our last big rain in early May, I called 30+ contractors with no answer and had a couple of them say they would come out but never did. Finally after weeks of contemplating of dumping a bunch of money for tools and trying to figure it out myself I came across Winterproof Roofing. Ty called me after his work hours and set up a time to come out the following day. He walked around and pointed deficiencies out and I showed him where the leak was. The culprit was those pesky dishes from a bygone era that people just leave behind when they move out. I requested that the dishes be removed (x4) and the plywood replaced and re shingled. We also found some pretty damaged corners of the home from ice damming. We set up a time and they came out 2 days later. Xavier (co owner) and crew arrived promptly and went to work. Totally repaired/replaced the damaged areas of the roof all in the same day. I can now rest a little easier knowing I will not be hearing drip.... drip... drip in the middle of the night. We just had our shingle roof replaced by Winterproof Roofing Company here in North East Anchorage. After the storm on February 21st 2024 we had shingles missing and various other concerns. Here is our experience.. First of all the owner Tye listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions. We ended up needing to replacing 5 sheets of delaminated plywood at a very reasonable cost. It was a relief to have chosen a Professional reasonably priced roofing company that did their job without any drama! Definitely a 5 star experience..

Tye and his team were efficient and professional in the installation of my new roof. He was easy to contact during the job and his employees were very respectful of my property. They were also very polite and answered any questions I asked. Tye was informative about my sky light issues and gave me good advice on it. I highly recommend Tye and his crew. Excellent workers.

Winterproof Roofing provides a great service! I had them service two of my properties recently. They did an excellent job clearing snow and ice (ice dams) from my roofs. When they cleared the ice dams they were very careful not to damage the roofing. They also were willing to snowblow the snow to where ever I wanted after removing it from the roof.

I will definitely use this company again. I have already made a few referrals to my friends. Thanks!
