I had two fences and a gate repaired, as well as my front porch re-built and steps added to the back door. Bryan was prompt in coming out to do a free estimate. He was able to schedule my project a lot faster than expected. Kyle did an amazing job with building everything. He was very polite and was happy to show me what he was doing and answer any questions. The total price came out to more than quoted, but Bryan provided receipts for everything. Definitely recommend!

Chugach Contracting, Bryan, addressed the issue of degraded foundation waterproofing and additional steps to prevent any water entering daylight basement in the future, adding R-10 rigid insulation and french drain. Entire project from structural engineer's assessment to design, product selection and implementation well orchestrated according to stated plan. Bryan and his team are very talented. Bryan are very knowledgeable especially on the standards and some municipality code of house contracting. Your house is in good hands. They made sure that everything works fine, testing multiple times before they leave the job. They won’t leave a mess, they clean up every day before they call out a day. Bryan is very responsive and active on communication update you all the time good or bad then he will look/find a solution for you. All you have to do is sit down and wait till the project is done. He will give you a good quality of their work. My kids love their new bathtub and toilet same as we enjoyed our new handstand shower. Loving my laundry room as well.
