After learning that the heavily hail-damaged roof on our 2022 View could only be replaced by the Service Center, we called to make an appointment. Although it took four months to get in, both the wait and the two trips out and back were absolutely worth it. From the initial assessment to the completion of the repairs, we always felt that we were in good hands with the staff. They demonstrated concern, good communications and - not surprisingly- a high level of skill in connection with the repairs themselves. We were extremely pleased with the results; the View looked like new!

WOW!!! Cannot be more happy with the service we received. People were incredible, did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. We definitely will be back when we need further services. We will COMPLETELY avoid General RV and Camping World.

They helped us when we were extremely stressed after a local dealer with whom we had an apppintment, did not assist us properly. Had we known this place even existed, we would have went here first!
They were kind, acommodating and understanding. They took the time to properly assess and repair our vehicle.
Thanks again to Becca, Adam and Paul our mechanic. You guys are great! We would definitely make the long trip back to Iowa for your expertise if we need any repairs in the future and highly recommend your facility to our fellow RV travelers. God Bless!

Service here this trip was great. Staff were very helpful and the technicians were very knowledgeable. If you have a Winnebago motorhome that needs service, this is the place to go. They have all the parts you need in most cases. Very much worth the drive for us as compared to getting service at our local dealer.

Have a 2021 Winnebago Minnie Winnie.
One year ago slim rack rail from the passenger side snapped. One month ago a slim rack rail from the driver's side snapped.
Winnebago's response, due to the fact that you're rv is in his 3rd year, we cannot help you. Really the rv is only 2 years and 4 months old. These rails should never snap.
Nobody nowadays stand behind their products.

What a great experience at the Winnebago Service Center in Forest City, Iowa! Rebecca welcomed us at the front desk, helped us sign in as we had no appointment, and gave us clear directions on where to park and what to expect during our visit. The factory tour from the Visitor Center was educational, interesting, and a terrific way to spend an afternoon while waiting on service. Our RV was repaired in two days, and our service technician, Brenda, was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. Way to go, Winnebago Industries!!! Five stars for excellent customer service!

Jeff was our service advisor, and he was awesome! He was patient with all of our questions, and addressed every issue we had. Everyone at the service center was polite and helpful. So impressed with Winnebago! We also enjoyed the factory tour. Thank you, Bryce!
