What a transformation!!! We had a very rough 20 year old van. We debated trading her in, but I'm so glad we decided to paint it instead. The whole team was really great. You can tell everyone loves what they do, and they are really good at it too. We were impressed by the whole process - addressing her many scratches and dents, the fantastic design, the weekly progress pictures, and the finished results! Now we have something special that is uniquely ours - and has all of our memories from our trips too! Honestly can't say enough good things about our experience with CDI. It is well worth the trip to Iowa!

We had CDI remove the front protective film off and repaint. They also repainted the front and rear caps as well as the roof radius. The job was finished in less than 2 full days and the coach looked like new. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone is friendly, helpful and courteous. Thank you CDI!

My wife and I live in California. When we decided to get our 2004 journey 34H painted, we checked around locally and discovered that it was going to be extremely expensive. We then checked with CDI knowing that they do all of Winnebago painting for their Forest City factory and discovered that they would be less than half the price which made a trip out there worth it. They did a fantastic job and our rig came out looking brand new. We are very happy. In addition the whole group there are extremely nice and very professional. When we got there for our appointment we had not yet decided on a color pattern. A team of four people, including the manager, spent a few hours with us helping us decide Including using their CGI program to model it. We were also taken on a tour of their place and shown how they do the painting. They made us feel like family and that they truly cared about making us happy. I highly recommend them.

We bought our RV used with a 2 ft gouge on the passenger side. CDI repaired the gouge and repainted a large section. Unfortunately, because we live in it, we could not leave it as long as they needed it. The body putty shrank and we had to bring it in to have it redone a few days later. They were great about it and were a great group of people to work with.

Excellent communication, service, and quality. Very well run operation. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. CDI will get my business the next time I need painting. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this place to all RV'ers! We had the front cap of our Motorhome painted. They did an amazing job. Staff is wonderful! We are not full timers but it was worth it for us to drive from Colorado to Iowa and we will happily do it again for any other paintings needs that arise.

The work on our coach was excellent. It was finished on time and as promised. I will definitely use them in the future.

We had the radius’s repainted on our 2017 Winnebago Journey. The Florida sun after 8 winters caused the radius’s clear coat to separate from the paint and flake off. Also it left a white residue that was pretty ugly. CDI cleaned up both radius’s and repainted them over the course of one day. We were very impressed with the speed they were able to complete our project.
I would say it was a job well done!

Outstanding service and people at CDI. We drove our 1993 Newell Coach from Phoenix Arizona to Forest City Iowa where we met Dan, Jason, Dave and Deb. We were given a fair estimate on a complete color/design change which their numbers never changed when we actually showed up and they had a chance to see what they were working on. We were given a full tour of their facility and then began the color choosing for our design. They were patient with us as we had a few minor changes but it never halted progress. We were promised the coach in a months time and they were right on target. I couldn't believe it was our coach when we went to pick it up. The finish was well done and they left nothing forgotten. We flew in to the local airport where we were picked up and driven to the facility. Service was absolutely spectacular. It's nice to know that there are still really good people in today's world that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional care in what they do. There's not a moment each day that I do not walk past the coach parked next to our home where I still can't believe it is my old Newell! If you need your RV or bus painted, give these guys a call. So worth it and you'll be happy as we are.

I purchased a new 2023 Winnebago Travato. CDI did the trim paint for Winnebago. It has dirt, scratches, missed spots, thin base coat, and thin clear coat. CDI denied my warranty claim. CDI stated they only get paid to do a quick job. i have 51 years of auto body experience. Pathetic company.

Met them at the FMCA International Rally in Gillette Wyoming. Called and made an appointment for the days following another FMCA chapter rally being we were in the area. Dropped the coach the morning of the appointment. We were going to have them remove the clear masking that had been damaged. Things didn’t go as planned, paint came off with the masking which wasn’t their fault. So we ended up having them paint the whole front end from the windshield down which involved three colors, we also had them reapply a clear mask over the new paint. They had the whole thing done as promised and within budget. Everyone that we dealt with at CDI were friendly and helpful answering our questions. I would recommend them on any motorhome body repairs.

Had paint work done on our coach in August. They redid our roof cap that was showing age and also some panels on doors. Great job. This is the second time they’ve done paint work. They replaced our diamond shield on the front back in 2020. If you need paint work give them a call. Very reasonable pricing too.

These guys are great to work with and my paint looks brand new. They fixed everything in a very short amount of time. Great Job. So appreciate your work.

We had some damaged areas (2 minor, one a little bigger), and 5 other areas that needed buffing out or repainted, and they did a wonderful job. Our 7 year old diesel pusher looks almost new once again. And for all they had to do, the price was very reasonable. Good job guys!!!

I had an exceptionally good experience working with Dan Johnson and all the people I met at CDI. They took our rig at the appointed day and time and had completed the repairs/repainting about eight hours later. The fixed/repainted damage to our Navion 2010 and the RV looks brand new (great color match with the paints used by Mike’s in Indiana) all at a fair price. So, if I need more work done on our RV, the extra miles are all part of the investment! (We’re from South Florida.) Thank you’ll.

Third time at CDI over past 5 years. Good work, promptly completed at a very reasonable price, especially compared to the Winnebago service center nearby. Diamond Shield replacement, calking, this time buffing scratches and touchup painting.

Dan and his staff at CDI are wonderful to work with and are very supportive. The work done at CDI is top quality and my expectations were met. The estimate was right on target and even though there was an unexpected extra day of work , it was no problem for our schedule since we anticipated that possibility Cannot say enough good things about our experience with CDI.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We had the moldy Durashield removed from the front of our MH. CDI removed the shield and repaired all paint damage. The front of our MH now looks new. Work was done perfectly, efficiently, and at a very fair price. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to all the great folks at CDI!

Excellent communications and service..a rarity these days! I contacted CDI in October of 22 (Dan) regarding a dent/scrape we had just acquired on our 2017 Winnebago motor coach...we were crushed that a short wood post had struck out at us (that's my story and I'm sticking to it). I sent Dan pictures and he replied with a couple of options..New door painted to match (most expensive) or they could try to make it look better. We opted for number 2 and scheduled an appointment for May 2023 to coincide with our travel schedule. Today was that appointment and I can't say how very pleased we are with the results...you can't tell there was an altrucation with a post at all! In and out as promised, work completed better than promised! Highly recommend CDI for your paint/body work needs! Can't make the add photos work or I would share this transformation!

What a great experience! We had the moldy clear mask protector removed from the front of the coach. The difference is astonishing! Everyone involved was pleasant, friendly, and were as helpful as they could be. Work was done quickly and efficiently. If I need coach body work or painting, DCI is the place I will bring my coach. This shop is just down the road from the Winnebago factory. Like a 10th of a mile. They paint all the Winnebagos that come out of the factory here in Forest City, IA. Winnebagos are some of the most beautifully painted RV's on the planet! And it all happens at this place! More than likely, they can repaint your Winnebago too! Call them and ask for Josh Faber.

Can’t say enough good things about CDI! Josh Faber went way above and beyond to get our Winnebago warranty work done. Our unit looked way better after they were done than it did when we bought it.

Working with Josh Faber was a great experience and a fine example of how customer service should be. He bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. It was worth the 2.5 hr drive to have CDI work on our coach. The crew did a fantastic job taking care of our front/rear cap and radius edges as they were faded and peeling. Josh recommended an alternative to repainting with base coat, clear coat. It was painted with custom colered Raptor chip guard/bed liner. It has a light texture but this is a more permanent solution to fading and peeling. The job turned out amazing and the crew had us in and out in 4 hrs! The price was extremely fair as well! I highly recommend CDI!

My Winnebago Via had a protective mask which after year of the Florida sun, lovebugs and blind mosquitos, needed to be replaced. Some of these peel right off but sadly mine did not. Josh put three men on the job which took hours on Thursday afternoon. I returned Friday morning for completing of the removal, some touch up and application of the new mask.
This business is well run, very professional and they know what they are doing. In this time of Covid 19, the employees are all wearing masks and when speaking to you keep a respectful distance. The men are hard workers and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
I highly recommend CDI to any one who needs this type of protection for their vehicle.

Josh & Dave are the men to talk to for motorhome paint touch ups and many other items. He makes sure the job gets done right and that you are satisfied. Also charges a honest and fair price. Have gone for various things with various motorhomes and will continue to do so.

Took my RV to them for some paint repair work. They were very professional and the work was absolutely beautiful. They repaired a 15 foot long deep scratch (to the primer) that was 1/4 inch wide and went through 3 separate colors on the paint design. That and some other smaller nicks and scratches through the clear coat into the paint plus a total repaint of both roof radius-es for a crazy low price and all done in 1 1/2 days. I can not say enough great things about them. It was well worth the over 1,000 mile trip to them.

Staff here is Super Great to work with. They do great work, best of all they have very good rates that they charge. We will defiantly bring our Motorhome back when we need body work done.

My first contact with Josh Faber at CDI was several months ago when I experienced a paint problem on my motorhome. Josh responded and the problem was taken care of promptly. On a recent trip to Forest City I contacted Josh regarding multiple problems with my motorhome. All of my issues were taken care of within 2 days, I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received from Josh and his staff at CDI. The paint touchup was superior and the repairs were all completed. Their workmanship and attention to detail is amazing and far exceeded my expectations. Best place for custom paint work for RV’s. From the first call to Josh Faber at CDI to all the emails to dropping off my motor home at CDI for the paint work and picking it up. Everything was perfect. Josh sincerely cared about my concerns and addressed them. I am extremely happy with Josh and CDI.
