FCIS was very helpful to us when looking for insurance for our new RV. We use a local insurance broker for most of our insurance needs, but they were not knowledgeable about RVs, and had very few options to offer us,. We searched for RV specialists, and even though we live in another state, FCIS was able to assist us, and offer us a more affordable policy. Contacted Caryn thru the FMCA after hearing a briefing on the service at the intl convention... Caryn responded to my inquiry almost immediately and had quotes for me within 2 hours. I hate to sound like a bad commercial, however she literally just saved me thousands on RV insurance! No qualms recommending to all my RV folks. 1st class all the way.

Met Carryn at the 2025 Escapee Escapade booth. She produced a quote that was $400 cheaper than the existing Progressive policy I had. She then was able to reinstate the agreed upon purchase price value for my RV which was dropped when Progressive rewrote my policy when we reported we were full timing. It was a bit pricier but well worth it as I now have an agreed upon replacement value of $149k which was the original sales price. This agreed upon price is good for 19 years from the policy date.

Great company focused on customer service. Mindy was thorough and helped me decide on the best options for me. Her depth of insurance knowledge built the level of confidence I needed to get the right policy for my motorhome.

Spoke with insurance agent Jen Corad this morning about RV road side assistance, she was very knowledgeable of the coverage and in answering all of my questions as well ending up with a save from my other road side assistance. PS hope that I don't have to use it.

I have worked with Jennifer Conrad to obtain liability insurance for a trip to Mexico. Jennifer was outstanding in her knowledge and expertise of what is required to drive a motorhome in Mexico. She developed a plan to insure my motorhome for 30 days while in Mexico that was $350 less expensive than a competitive quote. Jenn is the best!!

Great customer service from Jennifer C. she helped me to update my RV policy. The FCIS Insurance team has been great to work with through Winnebago RV Insurance.

I acquired insurance for a RV fifth-wheel in early 2023 with National General (an Allstate company). My insurance agent was FMCA RV Insurance. My documentation states the policy was underwritten by Home State County Mutual Insurance Company. While trailering the rig in Texas during the first week of July 2024, the roof membrane started peeling back from the front and stopped at the first roof top air-conditioning unit. I filed a claim with National General. It took about six weeks for National General to send out an inspector (who actually lived only two miles from where my rig was parked). During the months of July and August, I did manage to speak twice with my assigned insurance adjuster Zoe Brown. Both times she stated she would know more by the following Wednesday. Never called me back. It is now October 23rd (3 months) with no communication from insurance company as to whether the Claim is approved or denied. I called my insurance agent a couple of days ago and the manager called back yesterday. She made several phone calls (3?) to National General, but was unable to talk to the adjuster or even a supervisor. I can only assume National General is utilizing a "stall tactic". Needless to say, I am very disappointed with National General. About five weeks ago, I reached out to RV manufacturer and discovered I did have roof warranty coverage, but they would not cover total cost of repair. At least I have that, but it doesn't excuse National General's unprofessionalism handling my claim. Please note, I have no ill-will toward my insurance agent (FMCA RV Insurance). The manager called me back within one day and apologized for not being able to find out more information, but they may need to assess who they broker insurance to in the future.
