If I could leave zero stars I would. We bought our truck from the dealership in Winfield. We dealt with Paul who was very dismissive and dishonest with the problems that were going on with the truck. He gave a 30 day warranty and assured that it was fine. Within a week or 2 oil was leaking and it needed a new crank shaft seal. We also raised concern about all the transmission codes the check engine light was throwing. Again, assured that it was fine. Now, 60 days later, the transmission has gone out and will need to get a new transmission. Thank god we bought an extended warranty. Don’t walk, RUN the other way from these crooked people.

Paul is very kind and nice to work with but I bought a car April 2nd and the alternator was bad they knew the alternator was bad upon selling it, it hasn't even been a month and my car is already having electrical problems and at the moment I can't even drive it I would have been better off buying a car from Facebook market

I do not recommend doing business with this company. It pays ZERO dollars to be kind to someone in need of a little help. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by just being in their presence. I understand they can't just drop everything to help right away but nor did they offer to help with a solution. Customer service is key and they failed miserably! You wonder why people don't keep using local companies. They don't want to be treated like dirt! They deserve negative star review!

I've been a customer since December 2002. Apart from what you'd expect (selling and servicing cars) they also are the best price around for tires. They are all amazing. Love the whole team.

Bad experience. Bought 4 new Ram truck tires and had them install them. They ruined two of our truck rims. They asked us to bring the truck back (over 20 miles) so they could "read the rim number". Upon returning, they tore apart the 2 rims so now we have broken rims with flopping chrome covers from the factory. These were factory rims with chrome coating. First they broke out pieces of them installing the tires and then they tore them apart, breaking the seal on the factory glue. The manager told me he ordered replacements on Ebay and gave me the parts number he ordered, not a RAM part number. I called two other dealers and they both said you have to order the rims in tact from the factory and cannot replace the front pressure-glued part. They ordered knock-offs. I told him we don't want those on our truck. It's a 2019 Crew-Cab Classic. Two wheels look horrible now, not to mention no way to balance something with things flopping off and chips out. We've had two other tire shops fix flats and they did zero damage to them. Winfield Motors ruined them and so far are not making things right with us.

Went to just look at a truck. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and just loved the small town feel! They made us a deal we couldn't turn down and left with the truck. I am very happy and will return.

We purchased a new vehicle last week. We were not pressured to make a purchase and Paul, Larry and Jack were great to work with. They answered all of our questions and never made us feel like we were taking up to much of their day. After we made the purchase, Paul went over the vehicle options and answered more of our questions as he set up the options like we wanted them. He mentioned several times to give him a call if we ever had questions about or vehicle or the technology features.
We had one of our trade in vehicles serviced at Winfield Motors in the past.
Shelly in service and Dave in parts have also been very accommodating .

I recently purchased a "new to me truck" from the brother store in wellington. I had an outstanding experience there during the purchase process. Had a minor issue with the truck after buying it. I took it a local body shop to diagnose and repair it, where I had an absolutely terrible experience. I decided to bring it to Winfield Motors to have them look at it, not having much hope since it wasn't a mechanical issue. The service advisors (both) listened to me and talked to the service manager (mike) Mike then went on a test ride with me and immediately knew the issue, had me pull back into the parking lot, came out with some supplies and fixed it on the spot. We went for a test drive afterwards and the concern was resolved. Mike and his crew took the time to listen, had the knowledge and resources available, and I left a very happy customer!

Traded in my car for a small subcompact SUV (KONA-2018). Within 3 weeks of having the KONA, it failed to start. It was in need of a new battery. I contacted the service department and was told I needed to replace the battery on my own that they would not cover the cost. 220$ for a new battery, plus 75$ for Winfield Motors to install. Following this issue, the check engine light came on. I got the code read and was told it was an evap. leak. I called Winfield Motors and the service tech said it was probably my gas cap. Come to find out the car had a large evap. leak and it needed to be repaired, which was covered under warranty with my portion being 217$. On Friday, 05/06/2022, I took the vehicle in for an oil change and asked if they would check the brakes since they were squeaking a bit. Now I need new front brakes! Rough estimate 175$ plus labor. I haven't even made my first payment and I have already spent 687$ in repairs. I understand it's a used vehicle; but they stated the vehicle was "inspected" with no issues to be noted. Odd the inspection didn't check for brake wear, emissions issues or check the age of the battery. Today, 05/09/022 the rear-view mirror housing came off the mirror. All the clips are broken. I am assuming the heat melted the glue that was used to secure the housing above the rear view mirror. I called service and asked them to check if that was covered under warranty since the antenna that came flying off the car after I got it back from the first set of repairs was covered. I was told they would look into it and get back with me. The service people have been friendly and helpful; however, I should not be paying for so many repairs within 120 days of owning the vehicle. Lesson learned. I will not be purchasing any vehicles from Winfield Motors in the future. I expected for Winfield Motors to be more apologetic and offer to cover some of the costs! Just business as usual at Winfield Motors....I guess.

Truly zero stars-I took my car because my engine oil light was on. They charged me $800 for spark plugs and coils, then sent me to a dealership- admitting that they don't know what is wrong with my car- and come to find out it had nothing to do with plugs and coils at all. I called and instead of offering a refund, they wanted me to schedule a service to fix what they should've fixed in the first place. Extremely unhappy and will not use them personally ever again.

Follow-up: They only offered to give back the cost of the diagnostic which was nothing compared to the money I spent on the wrong services. If you plan to go there, DON'T DO IT!! You're much better off going to a regular dealership because they will never be able to do accurate work with the lack of proper equipment. If you do, be prepared to spend a lot of money that you don't actually need to spend.

I spent about $1400.00 in a matter of a couple weeks. When I got my car back there was a squeaking noise after struts were replaced. I called after waiting awhile to see if that noise would go away. The lady was really rude but told me I could bring it in to have someone look at it. I left it there at 8am and at 5pm had yet to hear back from anyone. When I finally reached someone on the phone I was told they did not hear any squeaking noise. I was told if I did hear the squeaking again I could come by and they would listen to it. I get in to drive my car and what do I hear, squeaking!! Very disappointed in the quality of their service.

Had my van in to get some work done. Several things wrong and it took a little over a week. I don't mind that it took that long. After all it had been sitting for awhile before i could afford to fix it. The people there in the service dept. are really nice.

Visiting from out of town and my tire got a air bubble on the side wall so had to find a place to fix quick. They got me in quick and got the new tire on in no time! Really great and friendly staff! I will use them again

Just bought a car 3 weeks ago. On test drive the seller was talking up the bluetooth features telling us how great and handy it was and where the mic and speakers were! The very next day we realized it wouldn't work. So we took it in and they told us they weren't sure if they would fix it. Asked if they'd fix it the day after we bought it. Still waiting on a response. 3 weeks to tell us whether or not they'll fix it or not... cant even call us. We've called 3 or 4 times and have left messages with Monica. She has yet to call us back.
