Window World of Lynchburg

My experience with my Window World door installation was great. The installers did not speak English, but they had a translator. They installed the door and the storm door exactly as I wanted. I did have a concern about a gap under the storm door. I am severely allergic to bee and wasp stings and the gap was large enough for wasps to get in under the door. The translator relayed my concerns and they were able to adapt perfectly to suit my needs. They are literal life savers. Thank you Window World.

Install crew was on time and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up everything both inside and outside. The installer gave us a detailed explanation of how the windows worked

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We walked into the showroom and the salesman was out of the office, within 2 hours he was at the house with samples and information! The salesman Marc was great explaining the product and very thorough measuring to ensure the sizing was correct!

The install crew…. I would lose your attention explaining all the good things I have to say about those guys and gals, there was zero trash left behind, the windows were spotless with not a speck or a finger print in sight, the metal work is second to none!!! Dennis and crew were above excellent!

They offered 18 months 0% interest financing… actual humans who answer the phone when you call and ask questions, install was very neat and easy. They take everything out and put in new. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for, I have no problem paying more for quality and good communication. Highly recommend.

Window World did a great job for us! From the time Doug arrived to discuss options until yesterday when Richard came to adjust some tight latches, everything was perfect. We love the windows; installation was seamless and was completed in two days (one inside the house and one outside.) We are 100% satisfied!

Crew started working at 9:30 and by 3:30 they had all 18 windows professionally installed and all debris in my yard cleaned. Thank you to the crew who installed our windows!

The work looks beautiful, we had cedar siding put on our house, it enhanced the house immensely, the technicians were polite and worked non stop and cleaned up the debris , when they were done!! We are absolutely thrilled with our new look!!

My daughter had 16 new windows put in last week. Her consultant, Marc Neale, was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful from the very time he came out. I met with him and within 4 weeks ,her windows were installed. A crew of 6 came out and all windows were in the same day. The crew were like " clockwork ". Every man knew his job, working as a team. So this was a job well done. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Window World.

We are very pleased with our install. The installers were very professional and went to great lengths to make sure the install was done to OUR satisfaction. They were very respectful of our home and were always cleaning up behind themselves. Doug and Chris did a great job overseeing the install and making sure any problems were resolved immediately. We were most impressed with their continual inspection of the house and returned multiple times to correct small issues their keen eyes were able to spot.

Installers were neat, efficient and did a great job installing the patio doors…. it seems to be a great, durable product!! Nice Job!!

I attempted to schedule a window consultation for 10 windows with Steve & Mark-on two separate occasions. I was told that, because I had a home consultation Pre-Covid-2020 or 2021, that it would be "a waste of their time " to come to my home to provide a home consultation, now in 2024, for black premium double hung windows. According to Steve, if I did not have 1/2 down today to purchase the windows before being given the courtesy of seeing the window selections (an actualhome consultation), this would be a waste of his time. He would not be willing to come to "my" home if I needed to "think about" spending $8-$10,000+ today. According to Steve and Mark, their notes show two visits was made to my home in 2020. This is false. Only one home visit has been made to my home. From that 1 home consultation visit, a sale was gained. My mother, who was also present, ordered a $7-$8000 Bay window. She paid cash. Didn't need financing. Mind you, I'm pretty sure this is a discriminatory practice to be spoken to and treated in this manner. Alot of bias l, assumptions, and stereotypes occurred. Why demand that I tell you over the phone, the day of my schedule home consultation, and while I'm at work, whether I have $4-$10,000 today in hand, without a proper home consultation, when I'm certain the windows would not be installed today. Additionally, neither Steve nor Mark ever asked me if I was still interested in the same type of windows, additional products, or anything. I was treated as an inconvenience to their time. Not a homeowner seeking a service. After I placed this review, Steve continued to text me to inform me that he sent a quote to the email address. How? You never asked what "I" the customer was interested in. Not to mention, Window World is promoting a special (see the picture). I was not given the opportunity to hear or discuss what Window World has to offer. No. Steve and Mark both were too concerned about the fact that I had a home consultation in 2020-Pre-Covid. So what?? Covid-19 became the focus. Aren't sales reps supposed to try to make sales?? Not drive them away. Black and brown people be aware that Window World does not value YOU or YOUR business or $$, and they definitely do not stand on their advertised principles. It's a shame that I was subjected to this discriminatory treatment.

Our experience with Window World was great from beginning to end. They were competitive in price, and we chose them for the service we know they will provide for years to come.

Best experience. The process from start to finish was immaculate. The gentleman who came out to give us a quote was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The crew they sent out was very professional, they definitely knew what they were doing. Replaced 18 windows and a sliding glass door in one day! You can’t beat the replacement warranty.

We had a garden window and needed it replaced. It was starting to leak and had Window World come out and give us an estimate and then someone else also did but Window World was a great estimate. The sales person Mark was good and he explained everything. Then the installers came about 7 to 8 weeks after we ordered it because the window actually had to be made. . The installer and his team Dennis were very friendly and they knew what they were doing and it looked really good cleaned up their mess and actually had to come back to fix some damage that was done to it. Not sure when it was damaged. They came Back and fixed it the same day. After fixing it, it looked like nothing was ever wrong with it, They did a great job would recommend them

I ordered and had installed all new Windows and Window World did an Amazing job. The crew explained everything from beginning to end and you would have never known they were even there the cleanup was awesome. Doing business with Window World was a great experience. Customer service representatives were very courteous and informative. The greatest part of my experience with Window World was the installer. I recently had a window installed by Noah. I cannot find enough words to say about this young man. He was very professional, very polite, very attentive and very thorough. After completing the installation of my window he then demonstrated how the window worked and how convenient it was to clean it.To have someone to represent Window World as Noah did on that day causes me to have no reservations in recommending him to others as their installer. Please know that I do not take from the product. My window looks absolutely beautiful however I am a firm believer that products are only as good as the service provided. With that being said, if you need to purchase windows that are beautiful and of good quality, stop by or call Window World today, you most certainly will be glad that you did. Got new windows at my mother's house in appomattox.The old windows were really bad. Chuck and Jamie went above my expectations. They were awesome. They had to do a lot of cutting. I would recommend window world to everyone that need new windows

Very professional service from the initial consultation all the way through install. The whole team that I encountered even in the back office was always pleasant polite and provided excellent service. They took great care during installation and close attention to the little details that made everything go so well. Great value. I would highly recommend them if you’re considering replacing your windows. Good product line, well manufactured high-quality. We had over 20 windows replaced in the house and both front and back doors, including side, lights, and transom. Very happy with quality and installation of all!

Window World of Roanoke did a great job of coming out and giving me an estimate, then setting up a time that worked for me to do the work. Came out done the work in less than a day and the windows look great.

The team showed up on time at 8:30 a.m. and had 14 windows replaced by 3:30 p.m. They were pleasant, courteous, efficient, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I now have tight windows with no air leaking through. I would highly recommend Window World!

I have worked with many contractors over the years. I have had to deal with sloppy work, delays, over pricing, and just bad workers. HOWEVER, Window World has been the best company I have ever hired! The windows are installed fast without damage to the home. They keep the area clean and the staff are nice. If something needs to be fixed they fix it, no arguing about. My windows look great and it improved the look of my house 10x over. Highly recommend!!!

Their pricing was the best of everyone we checked with, the windows came in when they had estimated, installation was quick. The two doors they custom made for us weren't quite installed properly, but they are coming back to check on it. Overall a good experience with Window World.

Note- new doors will take 3 months to build and install because it’s a custom size. They took my information and scheduled the appointment quickly. The salesman arrived on time and he was polite, knowledgeable and professional- not pushy at all. He brought me a product sample and explained how it was built and operated. He took measurements and gave me a quote on the spot. He came back later for more detailed measurements.

Mark from Window World was waiting for me when I arrived. He reviewed the window problems and determined they were still good and then fixed the falling sash lifters. He quoted my siding etc. and gave me an on the spot quote for upgrades and install. I have used these folks twice to complete my home in phases and will call them again when I renovate the farm. Best integrity, quality and happy to pay up for their awesome installation. No frauds or scams here. Trust them and they will deliver.

The window world crew came out to our house this week and installed all new windows. The instillation crew was efficient and professional. Loving these new windows! They help insulate the house so much better! Highly recommend these made in the USA windows!

They were priced fair, and the gentleman that did the quote, took an adequate amount of time to listen to what I needed done. He even gave me another quote for other services they offer. They were very upfront about, how many weeks it would take to get to us, and I believe they were earlier. Installers replaced 5 sliding windows in a basement in about 4.5 hrs. I am very pleased with the service and quality of product they used. Would def. Recommend! Hope this helps anyone on the fence about who to go with.
