I needed a maintenance cleaning of our roof and house wash plus windows. I got three quotes from three professional companies. Window Hero Triad was not the least expensive, however, they have an extremely professional process and people. They clearly explained the process they use for roof cleaning AND clearly identified the risks. Window Hero Triad is a great company with strong core values about taking care of their customers. Pretty remarkable program. Had exterior windows,frames,gutters and 6 garage windows(interior) which had been buggified! This is a 4600 sq.ft. Two story dwelling so you can imagine the work required. This is our second visit-last time they did the interior windows as well. Great guy here and he was happy while still managing a rather warm Summerfield summer. Great folks, great non-damaging products and equipment that allows them to work smart. Highly recommended!

We had our outside windows washed today. They arrived on time, were very friendly and courteous and did an excellent job cleaning the windows. We have use Window Hero several times in the past and they were always great, can only recommend them.

Micah, the service provider was friendly enough. The window washing went well enough, but the exterior cleaning of our log house did not do a good job. Pollen was not removed and there were water marks (little powdery white droplets) all over the surface of the logs. I'm back to hand mopping my log house. Oh well!
Does anyone know of a product that you can spray on /rinse off that actually will clean a log house???

Guys came to clean our gutters. Took very little time and they were polite and respectful of property and our dogs.

Not only did they. provide excellent service - they were polite, courteous, worked hard, got the job done on difficult, older cottage paned windows with screens/storms - they were a joy to have at our home! Very pleased with services from Window Hero, have used them several times for house washing. Always do a great job with our 2 story home which includes a front porch. Staff from person answering the phone to person doing the job- both friendly,helpful. Would definitely recommend, services very affordable.

Trying to book an estimate with this company is not customer friendly. They tell you if you need to relay information, you'll need to call them back to do so closer to the appointment. But the main reason for a low review is that they left big streaks in my windows that stands out more than if they would have not cleaned them at all. I called the sales person to get them back out again and they never followed up. I was hoping this could be our go to company for our windows but no.

Had window hero wash my house today. It hadn't been done since we moved in 18 years ago.The 2 young men, Micah& Nick did a fantastic job. They were not bothered by me watching & asking questions & were on time to do the work. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing crew who holds to their word, they showed up on time, extremely nice and unlike any trade job i've ever hired. They cared about me and my home and that meant everything.

Photos after this company cleaned my house, driveway and patio and gutter. $1010.00 for this. Was it worth the price? Owner of company says this is extremely clean.

very poor job. will never use again. Have plenty of photos. Left the concrete dappled and stained but owner of the company states “it looks extremely clean”. Charged me $1010.00 left debris from the gutter piled where it fell. Told me the dirty they left on the house would dry and blow off. Did not properly clean the gutters just wiped the top off and that was it. the two men spent 90% of the time drinking beer on the East side Of the house out of the way of security cameras. Found empty beer cans left in the creek. I don’t drink beer and would never throw trash in my steam. I will say with the exception of the partial sticker they left on a front window that clearly should have been scraped off the windows are clean. The siding was kind of cleaned but the bricks were apparently not capable of being washed. Too delicate. I was told the dirt and debris left on the sides were because the siding was dirty. I am serious. I paid to have it cleaned but they couldn’t clean it properly because it was dirty. They did spray their super strong bleach everywhere which is why there is dappling of the concrete and pavers. There were loads of excuses as to why they did a poor job All of them the fault of my dirty house and concrete.

I am beyond impressed by the interior and exterior window washing and house pressure washing done by AJ and Nick. They are incredibly knowledgeable, diligent and kind. True professionals — I never thought my windows/house could look so clean. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

We had a real problem with big, heavy desks blocking the windows in our office thus preventing us from cleaning them. The gentleman who came figured out a way to clean them. Our problems were solved, our windows are almost invisible they are so clean, and we were very appreciative customers.

First, I was impressed by Brent coming so quickly to give me an estimate. Then his office staff promptly replied to every question and gave me a date and time that worked perfectly with my schedule. Today, nice & professional young men pressure-washed my house & cleaned my windows. They worked quickly and neatly. The trim of my house is sparkling white. My windows are streak-free and my window sills are clean. I have very high windows and they did an awesome job cleaning them. I would highly recommend Labor Panes!
