We got new siding and windows for our house and they did an incredible job. The workers worked very hard and took their time with everything they did and even kept checking with us to make sure we liked how everything was looking. The owner stopped by every day as well to check up on the project (which I’ve never seen an owner do before). From the beginning to the end of the project, everything went perfectly and I’m so happy I went with them. I’ll definitely be using them again for other projects!

I apologize to Alan for taking this long to get to this. We were interested in upgrading our builder grade, poorly installed such that you could see daylight if you didn't pull it tight just so. Provia embarq vs signet is what we were considering and we sought comparables from 3 other local companies. Alan absolutely kicked the competition to the curb. He came prepared, he was the most knowledgeable out of anyone else, and he was professional. Our pictures speak for themselves. He even figured out how to best incorporate the home's trim to keep the aesthetic tied into the rest of the house. Everyone else couldn't figure out what features or colors came with each door much less a detail like that. Don't waste your time with other companies if you're replacing your door. They delivered and figured out all the problems before they ever happened. What you see pictured is a Provia Signet door in English Chestnut and the glass I believe is the pebble privacy glass.

I recently had my windows replaced and it was so easy working with Window Depot. They got the windows quickly and installed them without issue. The installers were nice, fast and did an amazing job. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

I spent much time researching the various products for a tub to shower conversion. I did not want tile and grout. I settled on Innovate Building Solutions because they had the panels I wanted.

Rather than go with a local contractor, as this product is fairly new to the USA, I asked Mike Foti at Innovate for a contractor who had experience installing this product. He recommended Window Depot of Annapolis. An amazing team to work with.

Nick was the salesman who came to my home with samples. He was thorough in explaining the product. There was no hard sell. Alan, the owner, came out to measure for the install.

I can’t say enough about the installers. They knew what they were doing, they knew how to overcome obstacles which were encountered, and did an excellent job. The installers were professional and cleaned up at the end of the day.

Because the walls where the walk-in shower was to be installed were not square, level, or straight, the job took two extra days to complete. I am not sure another contractor would have put in the time and effort to make it right. The men worked hard and were diligent. A shout out to Enrique, Jonathan, Alex, Juan and Alex#2.

In my life, this is my fifth bath renovation and the best. I would use and highly recommend Window/Bath Depot of Annapolis for any project you plan on undertaking.

From our first meeting with Nick, the sales representative, we both agreed that he explained the details of both the doors and their features as well as what to expect from the installation crew and the timeline. In short, we felt confident that we were getting both quality products and service. We were not disappointed - the sliding glass door, the storm door and the special kitchen/garage door all look great and operate so much easier than the old ones. The final treat was the installation team: Alex, Alex and (I believe) Richard. They laid tarps down and were extremely careful and thorough with their cleanup. Very pleased with Windows Depot USA of Annapolis. They replaced all 20 custom windows in my 5th floor condo. They were professional and had the windows ready for installation in a few weeks. We had our old bathroom remodeled. Replaced tub with a shower, new floors, vanity, toilet Very pleased with the quality of work. They even found a leaking valve and replaced it .

Just had 14 new Triple Pane windows and a patio door installed. The new windows and door are fantastic. The interior frame of the new windows (Cherry) matches the existing trim perfectly. The installers did a fantastic installing the new windows laying down drop clothes while removing the old windows and removing all debris. Thanks to Alan the owner and Nick the sales person for making sure everything went well. We are very pleased with the finished work. One of the best contractors we have used over the last 5 years of home improvement projects. We had complete window replacement in our Huntingtown home. From our initial contact for estimate to the installation, everything moved efficiently. The installation crew did an excellent job leaving no messes behind. The windows are very nice and already notice a difference with eliminating outside noises. Highly recommend this company.

Window Depot is a wonderful company to work with. From the first call asking for an appointment, to Nick coming to the house presenting 'their' ProVia Energy Star Windows and Doors. Meeting Alan (owner) who came out to review the order and took measurements for the 19 Windows, 2 Doors, a Storm Door and a Slider. All these are custom made in Ohio.
The crew of 6 came out with all my order, each item well wrapped and protected.
They greeted me, reviewed my order, remeasured and coordinated the placement of the windows. Covered the
Floors with cloths. The crew (Freddy, Alex, Kenny, Enrique, Smiley and Maria) worked quickly, efficiently and cooperatively, installing my Beautiful windows and doors in one day!
These ProVia Windows and Doors exceeded my expectations. They are Beautiful, Sturdy, solidly built. Installation was/is neat and clean! Definitely Top of Line Product with a Lifetime Warranty!

I am very pleased with the outcome of my French doors. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Heidi was awesome and communicated with me every step of the way letting me know where they were in the process. The salesman was great. We had a great conversation and he explained every detail with me. I really like that everything is digital allowing me to make changes up to signing the contract. I didn’t try after the contract was signed because I was happy with my decisions. The installers were courteous and professional. They were very quick and efficient. They walked me through what they had done and how to operate the door and a few other details. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Clear and concise information concerning work needed and to be performed instilling confidence in awarding the job. Our search for windows began with a very friendly call fielded by Blaze. We were set up with an appointment with Nolan, who came out to our home and ended up spending a lot of time with us thoroughly going over the products and answering any questions. Nolan was patient, thoughtful, and most of all, very professional throughout his time with us. We made the decision to purchase windows from Window Depot USA of Annapolis, for our entire house. Alan came to our home and measured everything, also keeping us informed of the scope of the project along the way. It was a big job but once our windows arrived in their warehouse, scheduling was completed, the install team came out and they were fantastic! They were also very professional, friendly, willing to answer any questions we had, and finished the job much quicker than we anticipated, especially due to the size of the project. Once everything was completed, we were able to follow up with Window Depot USA of Annapolis to come back out and resolve some very minor issues, which they quickly did. The office staff, both Heidi and Felicia, have also been very responsive. Overall, our experience with Window Depot USA of Annapolis was excellent! If we have any other related projects in the future, we will use them again without hesitation! Also…we love our new windows!! They look amazing!!

We needed help when our top story window which was soggy from water damage. I called Window Depot USA of Annapolis and they found the problem quick and fixed it with in a week. They were great and I am glad I called them. I now understand why they get great reviews. They are a great company and when I need my roof to be redone, I know who I am calling. They were great!

We recently used Window Depot to replace six very large picture windows, and they were fantastic from start to finish. The person who gave us a quote was very nice and not the pushy salesman type. In fact, he was the only one of 4 different places we got quotes from that didn't insist we needed to replace other windows that were in perfectly good condition, and their quoted price was by far the best of the bunch. Then, once we placed the order, they gave us an accurate time estimate for when the windows would be ready, and they were very responsive in scheduling the installation. The workers who did the actual installation were professional and did a very impressive job of maneuvering the windows into place in a room with extremely high ceilings on a second story. Finally and most importantly, the windows look amazing, and match perfectly with the other windows in our house so you can't tell at all that these particular windows have been replaced. We therefore highly recommend Window Depot for your window needs.

They did a great job in removing the bathtub and installing a new one. The lead person was helpful and the project went well.

Initial interaction with Alex was excellent.. He provided all the options and provided great pricing. He never pushed through or over marketed. Windows were installed perfectly, quality is great. Window Depot is very professional, with the primary goal of getting customer happy with competitive prices and great workmanship.

I have just had an excellent experience with Alan and his team. He came highly recommended to me by my neighbor but now I have seen for myself. He gave me a thorough, fair estimate, stayed in touch with me while I worked with the owner of the property to sign the work contract, and scheduled the project within just two weeks of first seeing the skylights. (He said he did not want any more damage to occur on account of the leaks so he was going to prioritize the repair.) He explained every step of the process in a clear way so that I could see and understand what he was talking about. When his team showed up for the actual repair of the roof and replacement of the skylights, they worked non-stop for an afternoon and had the whole thing done by the time I got back from work. There have been NO LEAKS. --what a relief it has been to have this done. I cannot recommend Window Depot more highly.

The windows I purchased were of very good quality as I rated against the top window companies in the area. The installer were on the job until finished in (1) day and were very professional and neat. I would and will recommend these windows and company to anyone who inquires.

The people who work at this business know their stuff. They were attentive to making sure everything got put in correctly and done right. We are pleased with the value Window Depot offered us and the quick turn around time for all 16 of our windows.

If there was a 4.5 star rating that's what I would put. Only reason it's not 5 stars is there was lack of communication from the company who said they would be at my house to install the last of my windows (that were broke when the others were delivered). Unfortunately I took off that day and no one from the company called me to tell me they were unable to make it out that day. It took me calling the company to figure this out 3.5 hours after the appointment time.

UPDATE: Changed initial rating from 3 to 5 because of the way the owner took charge and repaired the minor damage no questions.

They showed up on time, and got to work with a proper sized crew. Cleaned up mostly afterwards, I found some metal left behind and a few of the windows where not cleaned on the interior sill. Did not vacuum carpet, I did after they left. A few windows still had hand prints on them on the exterior. Not a big deal to me. The removal and installation of 17 windows was done very quickly.

There was some exterior brick damage done when they pulled one window. Foreman stated he see's it all the time and it is nothing to be concerned about. "No need for me to contact a mason." I don't build houses, so I will get a second opinion on this matter. UPDATE: Upon reading the review, the owner came out to inspect. He immediately sprang into action and within 2 weeks, he had a mason out who inspected and repaired the damage. More contractors need to be like him. I did not need to recontact for updates as it was handled in a timely manner.

Time will tell how the ProVia windows hold up. They look good, I just really wished there was insulation added around the windows. UPDATE: After some use, we have noticed a marked improvement with solar heat not radiating inside the home. My office would easily hit 82-85 degrees with a blind in place. Now, the air temperature is normal with the rest of the home. Also, no more drafts! We have noticed a decrease in our electric bill as well.

The installation was OK, just not above average. UPDATE: The owner came back out and laid any of my initial concerns to rest. Included in the cost of the windows is also an installation warranty. This raises the installation up to pretty good. Fast. Cleanup could have been a little better, but not bad. As I stated above, not a big deal to me, and definitely not worth a negative review.

Due to budget constraints, we could not replace 5 other windows and a door. Once that has been remedied, I will be reaching back out to Windows Depot to finish the replacement window project.

The front door replacement and the fix to our living room french doors made all the difference. My home is 10 degrees warmer this winter and I cannot wait to see the energy savings we will get come summer. Our electricity bill has gone down about 10% by simply making these changes. Totally worth every penny. You'll love working with Window Depot of Annapolis, they do great work. Looking forward to our next project which includes our sliding glass door off our kitchen and our garage doors. Thank you for doing such a great job!

The installation team was professional and completed the job on a timely manner. Alan was clear and thorough explaining the product/design options I had during the initial consultation. Throughout the whole process, Blazej has been very responsive and helpful with the questions I had for the project. Overall, I am satisfied with the Provia products and the installation and customer service I had with Window Depot. I have a siding project going on with the team and Mitch has been focused and efficient in handling some insurance issues I had. I highly recommend the Window Depot team!

Good quality windows and installation team was professional and took good care of the home and furnishings as they worked

I vetted 6 companies for windows and this company had the best sales rep. The pressure from others were unexpected and distasteful. The office staff was also professional and pleasant. The installation was good. This was the first for me replacing windows and the installers were efficient and respected my home. The craftsmanship was good internal and external. Do not discredit installers it is a big job and has an impact on the outcomes of the window. I used Provia triple pane windows and replaced 10 which was better priced compared to Window Nation (awful sales rep), Pella and Thompson Creek. The windows took 4-5 weeks for delivery (quicker than expected and better than others which were up to 12 weeks lead time) and was installed 1-2 weeks later. I would strongly recommend this company and expect to do business with them in the future for my roof.

Everything was done professionally and quickly. The prices are very good and made affordable with their financial bundle. The whole project was well done from the start to finish. We so appreciated from the beginning, we did not get the hard pressured sales pitch that the other companies did. We are very pleased.

Mitch is a wonderful and personable salesman that spent half an hour informing me on the company and another 20 entertaining my doggies! They loved him and so did we. Contract process was spelled out for us, and he responded to late emails promptly as well as texts. When we had questions, he helped us through. Lovely company and representatives.

Could not have asked for a better installation.
Greg did an awesome job. Our flashing was not installed properly. Old door frame had rotted. He put the door in while it was raining outside. Greg was here after 8pm. He came back on his day off on a Saturday to finish the flashing for the door. Of course this was an extra fee, but we would gladly do more business with Window Depot. Family oriented company. I feel like we met most of their family. When we replace our windows we will be calling Window Depot.

Clear Choice replaced our front entry door and rear patio door. From the time I made the appointment until the install of the doors, Clear Choice was completely professional. The doors are absolutely beautiful and professionally installed. To my surprise, they even sent us a wonderful thank you gift for using their business. Now that's service! This family owned and operated business is your choice for your window and door needs in Calvert County. Will certainly be using them again.

I ordered a patio door with internal blinds from Clear Choice. The price was the same as another quote received, but I chose them because Blaze has excellent customer service! It was a horrible snow storm and Blaze braved the storm Until He couldn’t reach me before he called to reschedule. He almost made it that day but he came as soon as the weather broke. Promised and delivered. Door had some kinks after installation but Alan and his team made it right! I’m happy with my door and experience.

They installed James Hardie siding on the back of my house. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for similar or related work.

Update (Sept 2023)

One of our skylights had started to leak. Alan and crew was able to inspect, order and replace within a couple of days. The following weekend we experienced a tropical storm. The quality of the skylight was terrific, and it continues to work perfectly. We will continue to use the company for future projects.

(Sept 2021) We had all of our exterior siding and multiple exterior doors replaced with Hardieplank siding and ProVia doors. Alan, the owner, was thorough explaining our options and their price was among the best quotes received. The Window Depot of Annapolis ( Formerly Clearchoice) crew installing the siding was professional, timely and detail oriented. The finished product looked as if the house was brand new.

I plan on using the company again for future projects.

The biggest part of my job, which included windows and gutters, was HardiPlank siding. Many contractors won’t even try it. Depending on availability, colors and finish it may take a while to come from the factory. Not a ClearChoice issue.

ClearChoice provided a first class job. I was very pleased and it’s was done in a timely fashion. Follow up (minimal) has been swift and courteous. Alan is a gentleman. I highly recommend them. CH

Clear Choice replaced/installed several windows in our home and we could not be happier with the results. After explaining the process to us, ordering the materials and scheduling the installation, Alan and his crew worked hard to update the original windows that came with our home (from 1969) to a type of energy efficient Provia window. There did end up being a slight issue with one of the windows having a size defect, but Clear Choice quickly addressed the issue and made the process painless. We will definitely be recommending this company in the future!

What a wonderful company to work with! Very professional and the installation went flawlessly. I even went behind them afterwards to get any debris they missed cleaning up- and there was none. We went with them because the pricing was in line with other companies and even a bit cheaper but they really took the time to explain the products. When we need more work I will def be calling them back. Thanks Again!

Company was responsive at first, but did not return calls when service was to be performed. Half of an installation occurred while I was away for a few days, and I called again to ask what happened and they told me the installer had an emergency. I get it, these things happen. Alan (the owner, I guess) responded that they would be out asap to finish. I had paid 1/3 of the installation at this point. Once everything was finally finished maybe a week later, I sent final payment by check. The check was cashed, all was done. Then a month or so later I start getting calls and emails about payment due. I respond that I have already paid. Then, the worst part - they send me to a collections agency that was ruthless! I paid IN FULL at this point and suddenly me, and my wife start getting THREATS on the phone. I won’t go into details here but it was inappropriate. I don’t recommend using this company for anything. STAY AWAY.

Recently purchased and had a patio slider door installed. Had a few quotes (some cheaper), but the customer service from the beginning was better with Clear Choice. Blazej and Alan were both responsive, answered all my questions, gave advice about things unrelated to the door in my home. The install was fast and clean up great. Installers were polite. After the install, I had a leak near the door and had some major concerns, but Alan came ASAP and it turned out to be relating to the wall caulk under my siding (not the door). He still gave me a hand fixing and promised he wasn’t going anywhere if I had any more issues. Really wish they did repairs and not just full installs, because I have so much more work I need on this house:-)

Clear Choice replaced our rotting front door, which was long overdue! Alan was super helpful in educating us on the options and in working within our budget. He was responsive and quick to provide quotes and callbacks. The installation crew was polite, friendly and clean-up was amazing - they even repaired the rotting threshold. We loved Alan's service so much, we had them back to replace our side door!

Excellent service from beginning to end. We replaced the siding on one side of our townhouse. Alan, the owner, was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He did not try to up-sell or to apply pressure tactics. Once we decided to go with Clear Choice, he was extremely responsive to our questions. Alan of Clear Choice is an excellent and responsive contractor. He and his subcontractors built a new porch, installed Hardie Plank siding, replaced the gutters and replaced the roof of our house in Maryland. All of the work was of high quality.

Clear Choice worked with another contractor at our home to coordinate some details of their work with simultaneous siding replacement. They were professional, informative and the work appears to have been of high quality. One small thing that I really appreciated: They were very meticulous about cleaning up. Removing an old roof is messy and the source of a lot of small debris and nails but they were careful during the process and, most important, very thorough after completion. I've looked very closely and have only found one or two small items. I suspect that's indicative of the quality of the rest of their work and it speaks well of their attention to detail. I recommend them.

I'm very interested on giving Clear Choice a chance but I can only afford clear Choice only on a payment planned Because I really need Dental implants Done so I can smile again.

The team did a great job from sales to execution. The installation team was professional, fast, and didn't mind moving our stuff out of the way to get the job done. The price was right for us, and we are very happy with the gutter installation.

Had 3 estimates for the job, he wasn't the lowest or the highest, but had the better quality door.
Order and install was good, it came with the wrong door knob, but he came out and replaced no issues.
All in all a good experience.

Window shopping is like mattress shopping, it’s hard to compare products and services, replacement vs. inserts, etc. The owner walked us through everything, so we could understand what we were getting. Their crew was amazingly conscientious of our home during the install. Great experience

Couldn't be happier. They we're part of a string of 5 quotes we got for repairing the siding of our house. They made an appointment within a week, and came in $2500 less than the other 3 companies. We signed up, they got the siding delivered and installed within a week (shorter than their expected timeframe of 3 weeks) and everything looks and was great. Everyone was responsive, respectful, and competent.

Alan and Clear Choice have put in numerous windows on many of our projects. The windows are great and the aluminum wrapping of trim is top notch. They are our standard window installer, and can install basic to premium windows in openings that are less than perfect. We have never had a single call back from their product or installation.

Alan took his time explaining product to us. Door and transoms delivered and installed when he said they would be. Had an issue that wasn't Clear Choice's fault and they came out anyways and fixed it immediately. Will use again and recommend highly.

We hired Clear Choice to install Hardie Siding on our house and are absolutely thrilled with the end result. We loved working with Alan and his team so much that we hired them to do our roof as soon as they finished the siding. Alan provided us with a very clear quote and beautiful rendering of our house. His pricing was up front and there were no hidden fees or changes once work began (though possible additional fees are clearly stated in his contract).
