I leased my 2022 Compass from Wilson's 3 years ago and decided to buy the lease out. In 2022 they were great to work with and again in 2025. They go out of their way to help you and make the process of buying fast and get you on your way. I highly recommend them.

Have to say these guys were great. Had small accident while on vacation and could not drive my vehicle back. They were able to fit me in straight away and take care of me. They were very thorough and made sure everything was good to go before allowing me to continue home. Joshua Porter, the service advisor, covered all the bases, keeping me informed through the whole process. He even had me call his personal number so I would be able to get him in a timely manner. Again I am extremely thankful for these guys and their hard work taking care of me and mt vehicle. Thanks guys!!!! ✌️

Rick(service department )was very helpful and knowledgeable about the warranty that I presented to him. He kept me updated with diagnosis and continued progress on repairs! This was the one of the easiest purchases I have ever encountered. Chantz reached out via email after a google search showed me this location had the car that I wanted. We continued to text, he told me a few details about the car, sent over the Carfax, and we set an appointment. He kept in touch up to the day of my appointment. When I arrived, the car was out front and waiting. After a test drive, In less than 30 mins, I was signing the papers. Highly DO NOT recommend!! Poor customer service & employees will insult you when trying to get your vehicle serviced. I went to get a diagnostic test on my Durango & was asked did I get it from their dealership. When I stated no, he then asked me if I got it from a buy here pay here place. I instantly felt insulated!! Then when I stated that I got it from Dodgeland, he then walks around to look at the back of my truck to see what dealership sticker was back there. Like really?? Was told that my truck was showing 8 codes but I took it somewhere else & only saw 2!! Be careful!! They will scam you out of your money!! Use Wilson’s at your own risk!!

Went to pick up a 2018 Ram Dually a they were bolts in the back tires an badly dry cracked. They would not change the back tire to sell me the truck.This dealership will never get my business or my friends business this dealership is a joke.I do not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership they will screw you over.

Wilson’s is a great “old school” CJDR dealership. High level of service, fair pricing and work done when promised. There are closer dealerships to me, but travel a bit further to Wilson’s.

The service I received was both prompt and courteous. Parts where there when they said and service was quick in and out in less time than projected

Updated, the dealership offered no help and has left us with no recourse but to accept the financial albatross they sold us. Please do not give these charlatans your money, find another place to get your major purchase of a vehicle from.

As of now couldn't have been more disappointed in choice of dealership. Bought used 2019 Diesel truck with less than 150K miles on it and within the first 45 days of owning the truck with just over a thousand miles put on it on the first long trip out of town with the truck the engine seals went out while driving down the interstate causing what is believed to be severe damage. Spent over 2K dollars to get the truck from where it broke down in Florida to the dealership and they've now had for over a week without touching the vehicle or giving any form of help or resolution and no communication from them to me as of yet. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for the service that your hard-earned money deserves if this is how they value customers.

Great experience with Billy Nash at Wilson Jeep. My husband buys his trucks at Wilson Chevrolet. Nice to know that professionals still work at Wilson. Will continue to praise them.

Good selection of cars and prices are great the staff treats you like family. I purchased a Dodge Charger from here and I feel in love with the car after hitting 80 on the interstate.

Experience with your service department with definitely not good for something that they. Told. me would take 35 to 45 minutes to repair. I was there five hours and 32 minutes!! I was suggested to be there at 10 to 1030. I walked in the door at 10:05 AM -five hours and 32 minutes later. . I walked out . I was told there were four or five people ahead of me, even though I was given a suggested time to be there. !!! I was absolutely not pleased. I was totally inconvenienced lost a whole day of my time because of your employee not honoring the time that was suggested and being deceitful to me about suggested I’ll be there at a certain time, leading me to believe that my car. would be taken care of when arrive or in a very short time . I and my family have liked Wilson Motors for many many years and have suggested it Friends, which has come up there and bought an automobile. I wonder now should I continue to Wilson to my friends. for a new automobile or a used automobile because Of the service dept and its lack of timely scheduling . This is my first time This pleasure with Wilson motors. And I surely hope it will never happen again.

I found it interesting that "The Wilson Way" states no hassle, no gimmicks, no games, yet the first statement made by my salesman after coming back from the sales manager was "unfortunately, this vehicle was mispriced on the internet". Yet, somehow the price on the internet hasn't changed. It seems like Freddie and Vernon have resorted to doing business the way most other dealers do.......games

I wouldn’t buy a car from any other dealership. I’ve been buying all my cars there since I was 18 years old and now I’m 70 and I still love their cars and their service.

Comparing my experience with Wilson to a dealership about a month ago was like (2) different worlds.. the 1st experience with this company in Tomball TX was very awkward..they were unattentive.. liars..cheaters.. and just pulled my vehicle up to the front and sent me on my way after giving them my business and them lying to me.. but then there's Wilson C.D.J.R. that came through a month after and excepted my trade with no issues at all.

The salesman by name which I can't fail to mention was Jason Parsons whom I've never met but can tell that he has a mind of business and sales, but also a heart to help his customers. I was treated with respect, kindness, and very courteous. I dealt with mainly him.
Jason and the finance manager there both worked together to get me in the area where I felt comfortable with on down payment and monthly note. I very highly recommend this dealership over all others.

If you're looking to trade or buy... take your business to Wilson. I know there are other great sales reps there, but I haven't had any personal experiences with them.. and I'm sure they will take good care of you.. but my brother Jason gave me the impression, though as if we knew each other for a very long time and I saw myself as being part of a great family.

Drove down to get parts that the charlotte area dealers didn't have. Almost hate to share because I don't want to share them. They are worth the 40 minute ride to avoid fort mill dealer.

Coming here after dealing with frustration of not having a vehicle, me and my wife were delighted to be greeted by warm and welcoming staff. The one who stood out the most was Ms.Cathy. From my original review I have an update and highly recommend you do not utilize this dealership. They do not honor their word nor do they disclose when they negligently damage parts on your vehicle. In addition to not wanting to reimburse in a timely manner when they promise to do so. Thank you for showing your true colors as salesman and businessman and I hope more people see the lack of honesty and disservice you all provide. Communication and upholding your word could have avoided all of this but you all decided to lie to your client. If you decide to uphold your promise and pay for the undisclosed defects that you all were aware of in my vehicle then we can have a discussion but until then have a blessed day! :)
