Willis & Son Roofing and Seamless Gutters

Drive by 609 berger and look at the roof on my house . That Willis and son do the worst roofing I've ever seen. Pulled decking nails out did not replace the decking on my kitchen has turned up and created leaks. He did none of the extras i added, but he charged me over $2000.00 extra to do .
Started patching leaks 3 years after the job was done. Still patching leaks.
I will never recommend them for anything. He basically stole over 2000.00 dollars for work bid and charged that was extra over thev7500.00 he charged for the roof .he also charged me for 2 layer tare off.and theory was only 1 layer on my house. I added a kitchen in 1989. The entire house roof was torn off and put back in 89. 33-year roof still not leaking even with hail damage.
I owned and operated Buckholz construction for over 22 years.
My grantee on all work was a minimum of 20 years. I never hadv1 complaint.
Had I not had 4 deaths in my family in 12 days I would have filed a law suit against the company.
He knew it was not right, i believe that's the reason he would not put a wills&son sign
In front of my house.
I wouldn't allow this company to put a roof on a dog house.

Heavenly father through Jesus and the Holy spirit i send my rear that the men of this company, Realize the wrong and or wrongs done unconsciously or accidentally by being too busy to realize what happened..Amen

Chuck did an amazing job on the roof. I’ve never seen such a straight job on the roof and I’ve seen a lot of roofs done a lot of roofs he was the perfect man for the job.

The work was impeccable! I am so very proud of the way my roof, gutters and siding. All the employees were above professional and shout out to Kevin Caldwell for all you do for the community!

Called them on the phone and they had someone out the same day. He gave me a good estimate. 4 days later a team of men showed up and tore my roof off and re-shingled it that same day. Very happy with new roof.

This company was prompt and professional.
The insurance company initially denied my claim, they fixed that. I can't say enough good things about the salesman all the way to the installation crew.

In 2021, Willis & Son completed the installation of a new roof. Unfortunately, within the first year, we experienced a roof leak, and in the subsequent year, we encountered a drip edge issue. Initially, Willis & Son assured us they would address these problems, but despite waiting for weeks and months, no action was taken. Eventually, we had to seek assistance from another roofing company to resolve the issues. Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Willis & Son Roofing to others. Their lack of commitment to honoring their work, coupled with nonexistent customer service, is likely to leave you disappointed

Great experience from beginning to end. Ritchie did a great job explaining what I needed from picking out shingles to cost of replacement. The crew worked quickly, professionally and was respectful of my property leaving nothing behind when they were done.

LEFT THIS WONDERFUL REVIEW IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE JOB. A FEW MONTHS LATER HAD A HAIL STORM AND USED THEM AGAIN FOR THE SECOND ROOF. NOW THAT ITS LEAKING….NO RESPONSE!

Had roof and gutter replaced a year ago. Have issues with down spouts and they put in these 90 degree angles that are causing rain to just flow like a faucet. Called multiple time and sent email and no response. 5 year warranty is a joke. Definitely not a Christian company.

I contracted this business to fix a leak on a rental property. They did not respond in a timely manner at any stage. Their quote was 48 hours late, their work was supposed to start before weekend storms move in, or they would tarp the property to prevent damage. The did not start work and they did not tarp the property. When I called to ask what was goin on the guy got abrasive with me so I canceled bid and will be going with another company.

I agree with several people here, if you have a small repair, Richie & his wife do not care. I called Monday, and they promised to come look at my leaky roof that day, no one showed. Then they promised Tuesday, still no one. Then another promise for Wednesday morning, I needed it repaired before rain came again, & Richie finally showed, only he didn’t have any caulk or anything to do repairs. He promised to come back later in the day, & he would text me… nothing. It’s a good thing I got someone else to come. I texted and called Richie. Still no response. I do not recommend this company at all.

They just installed a new roof and gutters on my home and I can't think of enough kind words to express my satisfaction with the service I received. Everyone was so professional and kind and FAST! You would have never known they had been there but for the beautiful roof and gutters they left behind. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Mr Whitten for everything! These guys know what they're doing!

They were the lowest of 3 bids. Excellent work very quick and cleaned up well. I was not home when they did the work. My ring camera let me know they were there, and I am very pleased with the work!

I used Willis and Son Roofing to replace my roof on my current home. Thomas and the team were absolutely amazing! Thomas came out to the house, inspected my roof and walked me through the entire process. Every question I had (which was a bunch) he was patient and explained everything thoroughly. The team worked from sun up till sun down and got my entire roof completed in one day. I am amazed and highly recommend them! With me selling my current house, I was in a time crunch to get the roof replaced and they came through. Now, I’m going to work with them to replace the roof on my new house too. Cannot say enough positive things about this company and I highly recommend them!

After a tree fell on my roof during a storm, I needed to get it repaired. Richie came out to my house on a Thursday to give me a bid, and, after our discussion, I decided to move forward with his company. After getting the bid approved by my insurance adjuster, I attempted to get back in contact with him to discuss moving forward. I called every single day for a week with no call back. Each time I was told by whoever answered the telephone that someone would get back in touch with me. Nothing. Finally, a week later, after the receptionist had to blow up Richie's phone, I get a passive text letting me know that I was on the schedule. After no followup for nearly another week (6 days, to be precise), I called again, only to find out that they couldn't get a crew to my house for "just a repair" and that they would get to it when they had a crew. So, clearly I wasn't actually on a schedule. No one would return my calls/texts to discuss, if not a specific date, then a realistic ballpark timetable of when they might be available. So, clearly my business was not important to them. I should've known better by the amount of runaround I've gotten the last two weeks. Who knows, maybe if you need an entire roof replaced, they'll treat you like they care about your business. If you need "just a repair," then you should probably look elsewhere.

This company came and looked at my roof, but never returned to do the work. I still have tarp on the the top of my roof that they placed there 8 months ago. At least they did that much so it wouldn’t be leaking in my hallway. I have called several times, and I never get a call back. They actually placed a door hanger on my front door a few days ago soliciting their business! Like did you forget you were suppose to be fixing my roof? Very disappointed in this company.

We were very disappointed with Willis & Son Roofing Company. They installed our roof approx. three years ago. After calling three times regarding leaks and never getting a return call, we had to get another company. The first question asked after checking the roof, who did this roof? We replaced the roof, however, we are concerned since we recommended our friend to Willis, they replaced their roof. Overall, poor quality work.

This company hire people to sell you sweet dreams. Don't buy them I'm warning you!!!! They don't return calls. They say they will come fix what the team messed up but never show up. When you call to do a complaint broken promises again. Once they get paid you never hear from them. "Once you text the person that sold you a sweet dream they are very rude and the only thing the owner say is I hope we learn from this experience". Never did he say we will make it right nothing. I also contacted the BBB and they have yet to respond to them. Never will I recommend them to anyone.
