We had WOW clean out gutters and clean exterior windows Oct 2024. Did a great job on the gutter clean out getting rid of all the old debris, flushed them out, patch a part where there was a leak and made sure they were clean on outside. I've had other places do clean outs and outside gutters stayed dirty. Windows are done a little different than other places - they use deionized water and brush to clean them versus squeegee. Turned out well. Very good communication and price is fair and competitive.

Gary gave me a reasonable quote for cleaning my gutters inside and out, cleaning my roof and installing gutter covers. He was down-to-earth and professional. He came this morning, pressure washed my gutters but found pin prick holes. He could not in good conscience install covers or clean my roof knowing this and would not accept any payment, saying it was his mistake. He recommended new gutters before cleaning my roof. It was impressed by his honesty and humility. If needed, I would use him in the future.

Very satisfied with all aspects of this service. We had soft washing of house, concrete pressure washing and exterior window washing. The response time to my initial inquiry was immediate and he responded by phone which I appreciate so that I can have all my questions answered at one time instead of several texts. We then texted to arrange times. He came out within 48hrs to assfor an estimate and was able to complete the work a few days later. They arrived on time, we're friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Excellent experience and I would recommend this company.

Gary and his son did a fantastic job power washing a patio, two walkways, big driveway, and larger concrete pad. Mold, moss, grime, drek, all gone! I dont think the concrete here has been this clean in the last 30 years, it looks great! Communications were excellent, follow through excellent, quality of the work and the price all excellent. When they were done the place was as neat as a pin. They even powerwashed my Heiberg bins, no charge! Gary was good enough to point out a few places where I had drainage problems, and noted some moss growing on one side of my roof. It wasnt a "sell" let alone a "hard sell" it was much more "I noticed a few things and you might want to know" kind of thing, which I was most grateful for, I was oblivious to the roof moss starting up, and the drainage problems. All will be tackled, and I've asked Gary for an estimate. I'm 99% sure he will be doing the job for me. The best part of all is knowing that I am working with local, reliable, honest people that stand behind their work, & go the extra mile to help the customer. Now that I know how good Willamette Outdoor Washing is, they will be getting a call from me every year. If you need power washing done, do yourself a favor and at least get a bid from them. I am old, cranky, and have high standards. My standards were not just met, they were exceeded with flying colors, so I am far less cranky today. Still old, but nothing is perfect.

These guys are amazing did a wonderful job. Hosted my daughters wedding at the house and needed the house and patio pressure washed they were very understanding of the time constraints I was under. They even noticed some of the patio furniture was dirty and cleaned it without charging me any extra, I can't say enough great things about these guys they really went above and beyond. The house had been painted many years ago and the paint is still good, but had layers of soot covering the siding, trim and porch. Gary and his crew worked nearly three days, cleaning gutters on the house and garage, removing moss from the roofing, washing the siding, windows and additionally spray washing all the paved surfaces, plus cleaning off the old juniper deck.

It looks great.

After 3 months and 2 different companies giving us a estimate then scheduling and waiting but they didn't show up to do the job we finally found Gary and Outdoor Wash LLC! Every thing about dealing with this company was prompt and professional. He got right back to us when we called. Scheduled the estimate and came over when he said he would. Scheduled the appointment and again they showed up and got right to it. I felt very informed. He sent us the estimate per text. Texted to say when they'd be here AND did a better job than any of our experiences before. I recently had Willamette Outdoor Wash LLC come and treat my roof for moss and do a soft house wash. Gary Babcock and his team did a wonderful job. The house looks so much better. It hasn't looked this good since having it painted about 10 years ago. They were very mindful of my plants and shrubs and covered everything and moved my potted plants so they would not be exposed to the cleaning solutions. They worked really hard to give me a really great final result. The moss removal is guaranteed for two years. Should it come back within that time Gary will come and treat my roof again at no charge. You can't beat that!!
