Wildcat just finished building our home. Brandon was great to work with. He was attentive to make sure exactly what we wanted was done. He was easily reachable if we had questions or a concern. We worked with Wildcat Construction in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We took a 1950s cottage down to the studs. Wildcat did an amazing job reconstructing the house and addition. The craftsmanship is remarkable! Brandon, the contractor, was very personable. No details were overlooked.

This is the first time I've ever built a house from the ground up, it's an insanely complex and at times stressful process but Josh and Brandon at Wildcat have made this process enjoyable and smooth.

Wildcat has been completely transparent and insanely helpful with all of the questions that we've had about the process. Even with a few unforseen issues that have popped up that were out of everyone's control, they've been absolutely phenomenal.

If I ever build another house, Wildcat will be who I build it with, I can't recommend them enough. Google limits me to 5 stars, otherwise I'd give them more stars.

I will update this review with pictures once the home is complete, can't wait to see it!

We used Wildcat to build our new forever home and it's turned out better and more beautiful than we hoped it would!!! They're always quick to respond, professional and they've been incredibly patient with us throughout the entire build and allowed us to be as involved as we wanted to make our vision a reality. My husband and I are in the process of buying a house Wildcat is building. This is an exciting time. They are doing such a wonderful job. We have an office space with ceiling tiles and needed part of the grid removed so our HVAC contractor could maintenance an AC unit. These guys made quick work of removing it and of reinstalling it afterwards. They are straightforward in their business, and I don’t think I could’ve expected better overall.

Here’s our follow up review, as promised. If you can take a pic with your builders on closing day and still be smiling, there’s your sign that things went well!

All of the positive aspects we spoke of Wildcat Construction before we even got started building … continued to hold true throughout the building process!

One of their best assets is responding to our needs and concerns as they arose. Every time we texted them, we could expect a prompt response. Very reassuring and comforting!

We are very happy with our new high-quality, well-made, safe home! And we are so thankful for Wildcat Construction, a team of people who stand by their promises and gave us the consistent support we needed.

1st REVIEW:
This review is a bit unusual in that we are giving it before we have even broken ground on our new home. But we have been so impressed with the professionalism and kindness we have been shown by every single person we’ve met at Wildcat Construction, that we decided to give a pre-construction review. After much prayer and careful consideration (including checking out some of their beautiful well built homes), we are happy to say that we have recently chosen them to be our builders.

When I spoke with Owner Mike Morgan in my first phone conversation, he repeatedly said that one of their company’s greatest strengths was that they were very big on good communication. He was absolutely correct. Every single person has responded promptly and courteously to every single phone call and every single text we have sent to them.

They all (Mike, Steve, Josh, Brandon, Fermin, Ty and Joe) seem genuinely interested in us, and in making our dreams come true.

Josh has been gently persuasive from day 1. He let us know from the beginning that he was confident Wildcat Construction could build the home we wanted in the price range we wanted (well, close to the price range … prices are coming down, but still fairly high). But we believe both Josh and Brandon sincerely listened to us, and were aware of our financial constraints … and did everything in their power to meet our price expectations.

We are super excited about this new venture with Wildcat Construction! We have every confidence in them in every way, and we plan to give updates as the process progresses…

Our experience with Wildcat Construction has been amazing. From our first call until the final work was completed has been pleasant and hassle free. I work in an office space that was recently expanded to include the adjacent offices in the suite next door. We had these guys take care of the work for us and they were outstanding. Always on time, respectful, did beautiful work, cleaned up after themselves, and were super patient with me when needing to cut power to move an electrical line. They came out before we opened and took care of it so none of our work was interrupted during business hours. Just stand up guys all around. Joe, Tyler, and Logan are truly a dream team. If we ever need further work done, or if I have something in my own home, I WILL DEFINITELY be calling Joe and his team back in. Stop looking - these are the guys you want working in your home or office. They’re amazing!

We had a tree fall down on our roof and destroyed our deck. They came in promptly and started work right away. Very communicative and always on point to let us know about delays. Worked well with my insurance company. Very profesional company and definitely will be requesting their services again!

Joe with Wildcat was awesome! They came out and remodeled our bathroom here @ The RJ Marshall Co. It was just one bathroom and it was old and outdated. They completely tore out the old bathroom and designed 2 bathrooms accommodating both men & women. We were very please and highly recommend Wildcat Construction.

Wildcat did an addition for us at the Westover Fire Station. Their work was timely, stayed on budget (lower than other contractor responses) from the start, worked with us when discovered we needed to make changes without having to redo the whole process or budget, quick communications and responses, cleaned up after themselves, and had employees/subs with professional work ethic and positive attitudes. We are happy to have them hosted in our city and look forward to the opportunity to work with them again on our future projects.

Great company!!! They came out to fix some problems that another company left behind on our deck and fence. They made it look great!! They were very professional about everything! They came and got the job done quickly and we were very pleased!! We will definitely be using them in the future for several jobs that we need done. We also saw some work they did at our neighbors house that was amazing!! We Definitely recommend this company!! You won’t be disappointed!

Called to get a quote on doing Sheetrock work. Was basically told they didn’t have time to fool with me and my smaller job and anybody in this world could easily replace Sheetrock themselves. Very unprofessional would never deal with that kind of attitude from a company. Thankfully found a good company to deal with to get my work done.

I hired Wildcat construction to add drywall and replace ceiling tiles in my basement. This company responded quickly to my request for a quote. They were reasonably priced and showed up for the job as agreed.

Joe, Tyler and Logan worked closely with me to finalize my basement plan. They were respectful and kind and I appreciate getting to know them. Once I get my furniture back into the rooms, I plan to post a picture of the completed project.

We hired Wildcat to help us in building our home. Budget was our number one concern because of the high inflation and Josh has worked very hard to get us competitive and reasonable, affordable options. The crew that framed our house, was beyond the best we have ever seen. Their attention to detail well surpassed our expectations. We are still in the building process and hope that the remaining phases continue to go as smooth as these first phases. Based on our experience so far, I would not hesitate to use them again. I will reevaluate my review once the house is complete. We are very pleased so far though.

Josh, Mike,Steve and all the Wildcat employees who worked on our Driveway replacement were very professional and responsive to our needs and questions. They were on time and stayed as late as necessary to insure a quality job. It is rare to work with people who take as much pride in your project as you do.
Spring of 2022 we contracted with Wildcat Construction for the replacement of our driveway. My review of this work is above. Spring of 2023 we contacted Wildcat Construction to talk about the total renovation of our master bath. Steve with Wildcat introduced us to Gary and Susan,Interior Designers to help us visualize what we wanted in our new master bath. After we decided upon the design we contracted with Wildcat for the renovation.Joe, project manager joined the team to oversee the construction. As with our previous experience with Wildcat we found them to be very professional and attentive to what we were trying to accomplish. Joe is knowledgable of all aspects of construction. He always listened to our questions, input and critique without being defensive. He shared our vision for what we were trying to accomplish. Putting the client first is a goal of Wildcat and this philosophy begins at the top of their management team and is demonstrated by their employees.
Given our experiences through two projects with Wildcat, I empathically rate Wildcat Construction and their people 5 Star. We have met many people at Wildcat Construction and count them as friends.

Wildcat was very prompt with their estimate and gave me a timeline for repairs that they met. Needed home repairs such as dry wall, general painting and deck work done. Didn't want to sell the house after it was completed it looked so good. Outstanding job. Have used them again in our new home and would highly recommend.
