Amazing we had two inspections done on our home one was from a nobody the other was from ABSOLUTE CLEANING AND RESTORATION a guy named Scott came out said we had no mold & no water damage said it was safe to take our kids home I’m extremely grateful for following my gut & ignoring that man because we got in touch with Jake from Bennett Home Inspections & there was mold in my 9 year old daughters bedroom walls right where she lays her head down at night thank you Jake we are forever grateful

Top of the line tools and equipment for better inspections. Price was very reasonable for what is being done and presented to you in the report which probably isn’t being charged enough in my opinion because of what all I seen in the report. Very professional and local. This was no 30 minute inspection they took their time to really study the house and that shows they take pride in their work. I will always call them for any future inspections hands down.

For my first home purchase, "nervous" is kind of an understatement to describe how I've felt about the whole process. The home I'm interested in buying seemed like it was almost too good to be true, but to my surprise, Jake was able to put an ease to my worries by thoroughly describing and explaining key points that would be essential in making an informed purchase. He provided thorough advice for us moving forward with any needs pre/post-purchase, and was sure to provide lots of information on topics we weren't familiar with, and advice for far in the future. His "house-side" manner is fantastic and he's great to be around. Will definitely recommend him to any person looking for a thorough inspection with a down to earth guy! Jake with a Bennet home inspections, did an amazing job inspecting a home I am trying to close on ! He was able to provide equipment other inspectors in the area did not provide. Equipment included drones, robot with camera ( for crawlspaces/areas that are not physically accessible), a thermal reader, etc. pricing was very fair. The inspection report was put together very well and detailed all aspects of them home, I myself overlooked and didn’t notice. He provided ample pictures/videos. Very polite and patient to answer all and any questions I had. Definitely recommend !

This review is long over due. Jake did two separate home inspections for me while I was shopping for my first home. I cannot be more thankful for how honest, detailed and trustworthy he is. Because of him and his detailed inspection Jake saved my husband and I from making a huge costly mistake on the first home he inspected. The first home we loved, but everything Jake found that we didn’t see was $$$$ we would have had to pay. Jake conducted the inspection on a house we were looking to buy and did an excellent job. We’ve been burned by home inspectors in the past because of a lack of thoroughness and that is certainly not the case with Jake. All I can say is WOW!!!! From start to finish, Jake Bennett provided me with the most incredible professional service experience possible. I contacted Jake for a quote and services description regarding an inspection of a home that I have a contract on. He fully explained the entire process and what I could expect from him following his inspection. His company website is extremely user friendly, which streamlined the process. I retained his services on Thursday afternoon and received a call from him later that same day. He had a cancelation for the next day, so he contacted my realtor about conducting my inspection in it's place. He invited me to meet him at the property at 9:30am Friday morning. He was prompt, well equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and scoured every inch of the property for almost four hours!!! I left the property prior to the inspection being completed. That evening, Jake called me to provide his initial feedback on the property and indicated that I would receive his comprehensive inspection report the following day. At 8:50am the next morning, I received a 118 page electronic inspection report from Jake via email. After 2+ hours of reviewing every page, I was struck by its depth, thoroughness, and attention to detail.....every single detail! I'm happy to say his inspection revealed no significant discrepancies and the sale continues!!!! The additional bonus is the inspection report contains dozens of very minor punch-list type items that were documented, to include photos and videos, that I will correct myself after closing. If you or someone you know needs to retain the services of a home inspection company, Jake Bennett should be your only choice!!!!
