Wild West Plumbing is the absolute best! John came out and was fantastic—knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. Shelly in the office is wonderful to work with. Their pricing is very fair, and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Another great job by Kalin!! Called to repair leak in pool equipment pipe. He solved the problem- above and beyond an easy part switch. He made pipe line more efficient with less plumbing parts and elbows, thus decreasing risk of pipe leaks.

Highly recommend. Fantastic diagnostic and installation skills! Kalin just finished getting our two water heaters up to code re: condensation lines. The person who installed them in 2009, did half baked job. He used aluminum pipe and did not cap the outflow pipes. Kalin first diagnosed the issue, then explained necessary updates that was easy to understand. He was professional, efficient and neat. He also saw a venting pipe that another plumber did not see- the best and safest option.

Super Happy! They showed up in only 20 minutes after calling with an emergency roof leak, Brent was able to repair the issue in short order and facilitate getting the restoration tem out shortly thereafter. Very satisfied...Thank You!

Great service. Came out same day on a Saturday even though they were pretty sure it was not something they were going to be able to fix. Needed septic pumped! In a world of disappointing service and people who don’t care…. Wild West Plumbing was the exception to the rule!!! I have nothing but praise for this company and employees. We ended up needing an emergency after hours call out. Several people referred Wild West Plumbing. We had no prior experience with them, and no reason for them to jump on it, but from the lady answering the phone and booking the appointment to John showing up, quickly and in a pleasant mood getting us up and running after hours, that’s exactly what they did!
Employees any employer should be proud of! I can’t imagine how they could have been better or more professional!!

Brent installed a new tankless water heater and a R/O filter in the kitchen and fixed some small plumbing problems and did a fantastic job. Competent and friendly. Has my recommendation!

Wild West Plumbing did a fantastic job when I had a broken water pipe in my ceiling. They were here quickly and found the leak right away. They referred an excellent water restoration company who was also here within 20 minutes. The job was done well, they were professional, very neat and clean, and had very fair pricing. Brent and his crew did a great job identifying a slab leak and performing a reroute. They completed the work faster than I expected, and put in effort to keep our house clean. Communication was great and they are very professional.

I contacted Wild West Plumbing when I was switching out my washer/dryer and realized I had a leak with the cold water shut off valve. Even though they were swamped (things always happen on a Friday or weekend!), they had AJ and Drais out at my place in an hour. AJ and Drais were SO polite, competent, and friendly. If you are in need of a plumber, I would recommend Wild West Plumbing. I was able to get same day service and with in a time frame that worked for me. The tech provided several suggestions/options to fix my leaky faucet. He also gave me prices for each option. My leaky faucet was fixed and at a reasonable rate.

We have used Wild West several times and their team is always amazing. We will definitely be using them again any time we need plumbing. Even my in-laws are using them now

Friendly and knowledgeable young tech came to our place - on time - and did the job we had called for. Professional and courteous, ensured no mess or marks were left.

This is a family-owned business (mom takes the bookings) that shows integrity. Not cheap, but explained why to our satisfaction - and who wants a cheap plumber who does a shoddy job? We got a good plumber who did a clean and tidy job with quality parts.

Kalin came out by himself to address my first issue and I liked his demeanor/service so much I had him come out again to address another issue. This time with a partner, whose name I forgot, but equally as likeable. Communication, service, knowledge and promptness to schedule and do the work was all top notch. Wild West and Brent, the technician, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They responded to my water emergency quickly and efficiently . Highly recommend them!

Wild West Plumbing saves the day!! After waking up to our main sewer drain backing up into the house showers/toilets.. I immediately called our usual plumber (who did not answer the phone). I started doing some research and saw nothing but good recommendations about Wild West plumbing from many of my neighbors. 5 star reviews everywhere I looked! Shelley immediately answered the phone and told me Kalin could be out within a few hours. Kalin arrived on time and was very professional listening to the issue and then getting to work to try and solve our problem. After trying for over an hour (in the 110 heat no less) to snake our main line, Kalin let me know that it looked like a larger issue. But, luckily he had connections with another plumbing company that could hydro wash the drain and they could come out same day as well. After much back and forth (and patience from Kalin explaining everything to me) we did get the hydro wash of the drain. At this point, it's 6:00p and I'm expecting we'll have to finish up diagnosing and fixing the issue in the morning... but no. Kalin came back to our property and ran a camera 100 feet through our drain to confirm that no further work needed to be done. He even stayed to show us the video footage of how clear the drain was. He answered our stream of questions, was patient, professional, and friendly. I really feel like Kalin and the entire Wild West team went above and beyond for us. From our point of view, this was an awful, stressful day that was only remedied by a team of professionals who cared and worked hard to get our home back in working order. So very thankful for finding this company today. We will be calling in the future with our needs and referring to anyone who asks!

John Kenny took on a monumental job for us. Water heater, water softener, leaking pipe, repipe of water lines, toilet rebuild, and new bathroom faucet. Exhausting list as the issues snowballed, but John took care of everything with care and professionalism. We are now set for years to come with the assurance that our plumbing is in excellent shape.
