Day was awesome. She was very helpful and spent plenty of time with me to make sure i got the car i wanted.

So much better than MH Chevy in Carson City, where I purchased my truck. Very much worth the extra 45 minutes each way from Gardnerville. Will be coming back for all service and next purchase.

Dakota was so helpful and answered all my questions and there were a lot!!. Hillary in finance was patient and very helpful. Great place to get a new car thanks !!!

I brought my 2017 Chevy Camaro to the service department last October, 2024 after purchasing it from another dealership. In addition to explaining the problem that I was experiencing while driving the vehicle, I also provided the service department the documented service bulletin that was recommended to be performed to alleviate the on-going issues. After two days had gone by with the service department never keeping me informed about the status of the vehicle, I decided to call them. They had not even looked at the vehicle at that time. Soon afterwards my wife received a call stating that they could not find anything wrong with the vehicle. At this point I told them that I would be there the next day to pick up the vehicle and take it to another place for service. The next day upon picking up the vehicle, I was informed that I would need to pay $179 for the diagnostic if the vehicle. The service receipt did not have anything written on it at that point. I told them that this was unacceptable as they only test drove it and could not detect anything wrong. The service lady then excused herself to speak with the manager and came back a short time later with something written on the receipt that was not even what we originally relayed to the service department to begin with. I was then provided with a bill of $75.00 which I reluctantly paid. My wife wanted to establish a relationship with this dealer to take our vehicle there for future services, however with this terrible service we will never do business with this dealership again. The following week we took our vehicle to a specialty transmission shop in Fallon who immediately recognized the problem our vehicle and had it fixed within a day. This goes to show you there are better mechanics elsewhere than what dealerships can provide.

I went in yesterday for the oil change special, greeted by name from Tessa with a smile and friendly professionalism. Then I met Omar! What an adorable man! He came to the waiting area, sitting down to discuss a few things my truck needed. I did agree to my air cleaner cleaned knowing it needed it and would have taken care of the other suggestions if my budget allowed. He made me feel like I was a personal friend and the only customer that mattered at the moment. I will definitely be budgeting to schedule my truck with the awesome gang at this location, especially Omar!☺️

Long story short! My family and I were driving through from Sacramento to Vegas. Our truck a Silverado started giving us trouble. A mechanic across the street from McDonald’s also an awesome place told us it was probably our radiator and to take it to this place . The moment we got out they welcomed us and made us feel at home. They told yes it was indeed the radiator. The parts/service guy Jack was so amazing he checked on our family more than once as we were told it would be 4+ hours. Excellent customer service and had our family on our way to Vegas in no time. Thank you Jack and team!

Wild West Chevrolet is worth the drive. Wanted to look at a truck, Gavin got back to us and I told him what we were interested in. The courtesy and professionalism from Gavin was a breathe of fresh air. He listened to our wants, budget, and we drove away with a great Truck!!! It was an easy process with no pressure. They have our business for sure in the future.

Jimmy and Nathan helped me out so much! didnt think I was gonna get a new car today and turned around and found a badass Subaru on the lot! They both helped me out and kept a eye out for me with this car! You guys rock would definitely recommend these guys any day!

I genuinely had the best experience buying a car from Wild West. I want to specifically mention Dayanne, she went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible- after years of searching for the right vehicle we fell in love with what they had to offer at this Dealership. In the future we without a doubt will be going through Wild West, and if we’re lucky we’ll go through her to buy again. I recently had the delightful pleasure of purchasing a new Chevy pickup from Wild West in Yerington, NV. I dropped in at the dealership on a Sunday morning, primarily out of curiosity, to see if I could upgrade from my Trailblazer. Sierra Aiello met me in the lot, asked all the right questions, and eventually sent me home with a brand new Silverado! Sierra was very pleasant and very efficient ... she helped me select the perfect truck for my needs! And that requires great natural skills ... when you're dealing with an 80-something feller!!

Im not much for leaving reviews but in this case I feel the need to do so. I would first like to express my gratitude for Dayanne my sales lady. She was amazing from greeting me as soon as I stepped foot on the lot, till the moment I drove away. Her knowledge of the the bells and whistles of the truck I was getting was excellent and her ability to show me how it all worked was great. I was next greeted by a sales manager Cory, and I hadn't been there 5 minutes. Let me express they were not pressuring me at all. Both of them just letting me know they were there to answer any questions and thanked me for the giving them an opportunity to find what I was wanting . When I decided on the truck I wanted and asked for an out the door price without any extras,that's exactly what I was presented with. What a difference from a big
dealership I'd gone to a couple of day's before in a neighboring town. An issue came up that definitely hurt there side of the pricing, but being of high integrity they stood behind the price. This kind of integrity is hard to find when purchasing a new vehicle. Chevrolet should be proud of how Wild West Chevrolet is representing the Chevrolet product. Do not make the mistake of forgetting Wild West Chevrolet when shopping for a vehicle. I can only speak to my buying experience. But if the service I get from the service department is as good as my buying experience, I will have hit the jackpot. Something said for small town honesty and hospitality. Thanks again team at Wild West Chevrolet for a great buying experience.

The service department is top notch! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Appointments are easy to make and the work gets done in a timely manner. I live about an hour away and will drive to them even though there are other Chevy dealerships closer because the customer service in the service department is that good.

Just friendly people helping me get what I want, that was amazing to me for real. No games like Lithia or Dolan garbage!! The only place that didn't try to force that added stuff, knowing I didn't want it, but politely offered but as an option if I wanted it, which made me consider it. Jerry Bryant was upfront and open about all the costs, absolutely professional, intelligent, and funny in a real way, not the smile because it's my job. He was able to get me a lower rate than any other dealer. The important thing right Thank you for that! Dayanne got and saved the vehicle I wanted, so I didn't waste a trip. We can't recommend Wild West highly enough! Hands down the best dealership experience ever! We were just picking up a car on a courtesy delivery from another dealer, so WW was not even the selling dealer, but they still treated us like royalty. Jerry, the General Manager is extremely professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. The owner Tony went out of his to say hi and make us feel welcome. We got a chance to speak with Cory the Corvette technician, and he was also professional, very knowledgable, very helpful and generous with his time - not the usual surly mechanic type. In fact, everyone there gave us the sense of being a team that takes great pride in their work - certainly not the typical dealership experience. Great outfit! It's an hour and a half drive for us, but in the future we will go out of our way to purchase from them and recommend them to others.

Dayanne was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so caring and thoughtful throughout the whole time we were buying our 2023 Honda Passport. Whoever is lucky enough to get her when it comes to buying their new car, will wholeheartedly enjoy the whole experience.

Sales personnel were friendly and responsive - purchase process was simple and easy. Unfortunately my new 2023 Tahoe was delivered with an inoperable "infotainment" system and Wild West was unable to schedule a repair appointment for over a month from the purchase date - unsatisfactory!!
