We are so pleased with Aaron and his team. Due to an unfortunate house fire a year ago, we needed help to mitigate any damages and dispose of all items damaged by smoke. We didn't even know where to begin and Aaron helped guide us during such a stressful time. His team was honest and we felt at ease having a team we could trust. Thanks for all your help, Servpro!

They gave us a quote. Low enough that I didn't want to use my insurance and raise my rates. That was great, just what I wanted. They said, just like their commercial, "it will be like it never happened ". When they came back to start work they informed us that "oh, that's just the tare up and dry out cost. We don't do the repairs after. You have to go through other contractors to repair what we tare out." Even the commercials show them repairing everything. It was twice the cost when you add in the repair work. I had to make an insurance claim. Not what they advertise or stated in the quote.

We are 100% satisfied with our flood clean up and dry out. Sonny and his team brought confidence to our uncertain situation. They were thorough in their inspection, taking the time to explain to us each step. They worked hard to dry out our home quickly so we could move on to restoration.

Used IRS before however in my opinion they did a much better job . Plus IRS was just to woke for me

Could not have been more professional or courteous. Kept us continually advised of what was going on, when and why. This was our first experience with extensive water damage, and we had no idea of the process. I would definitely hire this company again.

The team of you men who came by were very professional, polite, hard-working and on-time. Sonny, Cornell and Eddie were great and you should be happy that they work for your company. Tammy Frye and her staff were absolutely amazing. They came out quickly to inspect my property and were able to complete the job same day. Sonny was absolutely professional and walked me through my options and each step of the process. Their team really goes above and beyond. They really care about the customer and go the extra mile to provide great customer service. They don’t just clean up after situations but they understand many situations are tragic to the customer and provide a level of attention to detail which in invaluable.

From the Office Manager, to the Project Manager, to the Crew, they were all so knowledgeable, patient and understanding with what I was going through. They deal with this daily but this was my first water damage and they explained step by step what was going to be done.

Amanda and Aaron was patient and understanding when I called for their service. My home had water damage that leaked through our upstairs bathroom to our downtairs livingroom. They sent out their people quick!

As for their employees Sonny and Domonic, they were informative and effecient! Thank you for helping my family out!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY UNAPOLOGETICALLY EMPLOY THIEVES!

My fiance and I are local teachers and do not earn much money. To save money on a down payment on a house, we moved in with my father.

A pipe burst in a dad's bathroom and flooded the entire house with 2 inches of water. His insurance sent this team out. Since we have a 3 month old we had to move quickly. We grabbed some essentials and left all within 20 minutes. My elderly, retired father was staying to deal with them.

On the second day of these guys working, my dad noticed $100 was missing from his nightstand. We told him he needs to report this immediately. He did not want to as he was AFRAID, because he got a bad vibe from one of the workers and did not want to deal with this on top of a flooded house.

Due to the damp conditions my fiance and I did not return to the house till yesterday (6/8/20). When going through our belongings I noticed $600 dollars from our dresser was missing too. Mind you this dresser was never moved! One of the workers deliberately went into my dresser looking to steal from me.

My dad immediately called the company as he could no longer let this slide. A total of at least $700 was missing! The house is a mess due to the flood and the floor still has to get fixed so we do not even know if anything else is missing yet.

The manager said he would get back to him the next day. My father then got in contact with Tammy (she is the owner of this branch). She and my father agreed to accepting $350. My father is an elderly, retired man that does not like confrontation so he accepted the offer. That's when I got in contact with her because frankly it was not good enough.

My family needs this money. While I was on the phone with her, she did not allow me to speak. She interrupted me every time I tried to say something and would only say, "I already agreed to a deal with your father." That's great, but your company stole from me as well.

Her reasoning was 'there was no proof' so she wouldn't reimburse us the full amount of money. Implying that we could be making this story up. She did not say she was speaking to her staff, solving this mater immediately, or that she was even sorry. There was absolutely no remorse. This is completely unacceptable and not how you run a business.

This money was being saved for our summer travel. My fiance is from London and her family has not had the chance to meet our son yet. This money was supposed to help us with our airfare until Tammy's crew robbed us.

I want everyone to know that this company steals from their customers and hires thieves without remorse. I'm sure we are not the first people this has happened to. BEWARE!

I am going to the police, and to the better business bureau in hopes this does not happen to anyone else.

Please be careful, if you have to use this company due to your insurance, try a different branch or move all your valuables out of the house.

They have been out for a water damage at our home and they made the process so easy and stress free. We had them out again to clean our carpets and they did an amazing job. Our high traffic walking areas look brand new! Domenic and Sonny were so funny as we chatted and very knowledgeable on what i asked as far as when they would be dry and when we could walk on them again. Whoever answers the phones in the office is always so kind as well. Thank you Servpro of northern Las Vegas you guys are rockstars!

During my SERVPRO experience my firearm is now missing-Police report was filed and contacted owner of business with no resolution. Never again would I let them in my home! If you have no choice you best shadow them everywhere. My wife in her haste signed a document that told her to put away all personal items, but she was not thinking clearly due to flood damage, and the document was never explained to her. Don't trust them!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their tech's Jorge and Marcos were sent out to repair another company's botched job at my house. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did a very thorough job of containing the affected area with plastic and tape and left a dehumidifier overnight. They are working directly with my insurance company too, so there is very little I have to do other than let them in the house to work. After such a terrible experience with another mold company in town I am incredibly pleased to have these guys at ServPro taking care of me. I feel confident in their abilities and that I'm in good hands now. If you ever have water damage, call them first, because if another company handles it incorrectly, they can make things worse and spread the mold spores throughout the house.
