Chase was right on time and did a thorough and professional and quick job cleaning my carpets. Carpet was dry in know time and looks beautiful.

I have worked with First Call Cleaning and Restoration since they have opened as I manage an apartment community with 288 apartments. First Call Cleaning and Restoration is always there for our needs at Edgewater At Virginia Lake Apartments. They help us daily with carpet cleans, they are very accommodating to any schedule changes we may have and are able to get the toughest stains out. They are also very communicative and will inform us if a carpet is not savable per their professional opinions so we may then do a replacement. They have also been right on water loss jobs that we have experienced from a resident accident creating a leak helping immediately to extract water and start drying to reduce the amount of loss for us. They have done such a good Job we have referred them to our sister properties and they have been helping them out too! Great service all around!

They responded quickly and professionally. Their prices are very competitive. First Call Cleaning was able to come in and determine how much moisture was in the walls and cane up with a plan to dry them out. Saved us many hundreds to thousands of dollars!

I called Carl and First Call after the drainpipe for the kitchen sink came unhooked inside the wall. It had been leaking for some time and developed a good amount of growth inside the wall and under the tile. Carl helped me with the insurance estimate, advised me when trying to negotiate with insurance and was working THE NEXT DAY after we gave him the go ahead.

His work is thorough, careful and contained. Any questions I had were answered quickly and concisely.

My crawl space was flooded, and they came out within about an hour if calling, got everything set up right away.

Discovered black mold in our water heater closet & was in a panic because we are new to the area. My contractor recommended First Call Cleaning and Restoration as the best place to call. Carl & Charlie arrived as promised, took care of the mold, cleaned, sanded, dried out the walls and left the infected area perfect! Carl made himself available for any questions I might have after he left for the day. He also helped me get a bird out the front door one day! The best restoration company! I worked with Carl on a job where mold had taken over a home. It was amazing to see how he and his team systematically went thru this hometo eliminate the mold. Readings went from crazy to non-existant with his solid plan. 5 stars!
