AJ came to our home to access our roof. Friendly and efficient are the two words that come to mind to describe him. He took photos of the exterior of our home, all sides. Then he sent up a drone to capture photos of the entire roof. All photos were sent to me quickly via email to download. I would highly recommend!

After having a terrible experience with a contractor, AJ and his team visited my house and not only got me the RIGHT roof installed, but also helped me get my fence covered as well. An honest team, that is effective.

The owner took the time to walk me through every step of the claims process and helped work with my insurance company paid for all the damage done to my property. Wish I could comment about their service but this is due to lack of response. Camron was quick to set up time for an estimate and afterwards, I reached out to Camron via email and phone multiple times. After 6 weeks of zero return calls or emails, I needed to look elsewhere.

This was my first time to use Wilco contractors services. I am truly impressed and grateful for their professional services and how quickly the job was done. I had some shingles that had blown off my roof and had a leak coming into my home. They came out immediately found the problem. I thought they were coming over to do the work after two days passed but he came to collect for the job already done. It rained and no more leaks. Truly impressed with this company and if needed, I definitely will use their services again.

Aj worked hard to get what we needed from our insurance company after they gave us the run around for weeks. He was able to get them to pay for the damage that they were responsible for but were neglected. He repaired our entire downstairs and part of our upstairs in a timely manner and it look amazing. Fast, affordable, and friendly. Will definitely call him again.

They did my roof installation in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic (summer 2020). They were very professional and the process went very smoothly. They worked with my insurance to get me the best at no additional cost to me. They even sent the necessary information to my homeowner’s insurance agent and I received a pretty nice check since my new roof decreased my premium. It's so incredibly refreshing to deal with a contractor that does what they say they are going to do. AJ came to my home and laid it all out where I could understand the process of installing my new roof. No surprises! We had contacted our insurance company regarding a leak in our roof and they referred us to Wilco. They were prompt, professional and effecient. We were especially impressed with the timely way they handled the project. They worked daily until the project was finished. AJ and his team were incredible. They were on time, extremely detailed and efficient. In one day they tore off three layers of composition roofing, repaired damaged decking, cut new ridge vents and reroofed the entire home. This crew ran like well-oiled machinery without a moment or movement wasted. A crew leader was on site at all times and every concern was immediately addressed. A leaking skylight two months later was immediately corrected and sealed with only one phone call. I highly recommend Wilco Contractors. AJ is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Wilco Contractors. They did an absolute amazing job on my roof and gutters. Ciara Rackers helped me every step of the way. I was denied 3 different times when I tried to file a claim with my insurance carrier. Wilco came out and worked with the insurance company to get them to see that a new roof was needed. We were very happy with our new roof and his team was very professional and easy to work with.

I gave Arthur J Williams $20600 worth of business to do repairs on my house.He put on a roof which is not suppose to be used in this area because of the wind in the Mansfield/Grand Prairie is too strong. Aruhur did offer me a roof for $800 more but he said this was a 25 year roof and it is if you don't live here. Of course he is out to screw me so he didn't tell me how poor this roof was. I noticed how poor this roof was when I was cleaning out the gutters with a battery powered blower and I saw the shingles flopping like crazy. Be advised you don't have to have any experience or knowledge to be a roofer or a roofing company. You would think after I gave him all this business he would have given a roof that was to be used in this area. Well $20600. Don't take my word for t look up Owens Corning supreme singles.DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

My property was damaged during the October tornado that hit North Dallas. Having never been in such a situation I had no idea what to do - it was crazy! Luckily Wilco was out assessing my neighbors damage and I asked if there may be time to take a look at my property. My neighbors highly recommended them. They were able to take a look that day and provided a very detailed summary of what they identified and suggested they be present when the insurance does a walk though to ensure nothing was missed. From that moment on I did not need to deal with the insurance company and AJ kept me updated on everything that was being completed and the timeframe. I had the entire roof replaced, internal and external painting as well as other repairs. Everything was completed at the highest of quality and on schedule. I appreciate everything that Wilco provided and would no doubt recommend to anyone!
