Loved whole process with this company! Jeff came out to create estimate and was the only one of three firms to actually get up on the roof and look in the attic. He quickly answered all my follow up questions and scheduled date right away. The crew was thorough and efficient, and graciously dismantled a 1960s era antenna too! I'm terrified of roofing nails as I have experienced many flat tires over the years, but they conducted multiple magnetic sweeps and I feel confident that they caught/removed all the old nails. My well known insurance company low balled me when I needed a new roof. They were only going to pay approximately one third of the actual cost, expecting me to pay the remaining two thirds and my deductible out of my own pocket. I contacted Texas Precision and Josh Sanchez, the owner, listened to my dilemma and sadly said he had seen this happen all too often. He explained he would contact an independent adjuster to thoroughly go over my damage at no charge to me and require my insurance company to review their claim proposal. It did take time but in the end the insurance company paid the proper amount, withheld the deductible so I did not pay anything out of pocket. Josh and the independent adjuster handled the back and forth negotiations so I did not have to deal with the insurance company that I was not happy with. The work itself was done in one day and his team was professional and cleaned up everything afterwards. Josh was always polite, professional and is a fine Christian business owner. If I should ever need another roof, I will automatically call him. I will positively be recommending his company as well.

It took State Farm almost an entire year to do right by me. If you can remember last year, we had several wind & hail storms. My roof was pelted pretty heavily. Everyone up & down my street & neighborhood was getting a new roof. But State Farm dragged their feet. I contacted them around the 1st of October. They responded middle of November & said they could fit me in December for a look. I had contacted Josh Sanchez of Texas Precision Roofing & Construction who, in August, had put in a new roof for my mom, as well as replacing a sky light damaged by hail. They had done an excellent job for her.
We tried several times to set an earlier date but State Farm ignored us.Their representative came in December & met Josh. The representative stayed less than 10 minutes.(no lie) 2 hours later, he sent an estimate minus my deductible & it stated they owed me NOTHING‼ They said I only needed a patch up job! I was so upset. Josh convinced me to hang in there and he got an adjuster to help out. Meanwhile, Josh put tarp over 3 large areas of my roof as we pursued State Farm. Christmas & New Year's came & went. The adjuster came & took several pictures & videoed the roof. State Farm refused to even see the adjuster's proof of needing a new roof! State Farm continued to ignore us. By March, I was crying, wanting to give up & just pay out of pocket for a patch up job! But Josh Sanchez Begged me Not to give up! We got an appraiser.
The appraiser, who is impartial, came in April. He also believed we needed a new roof. He contacted State Farm & was very persistent. State Farm after "misplacing" the original notice of Need for an Appraisal, agreed to also hire an appraiser. In June, both appraisers met & agreed that I did indeed need a new roof! State Farm finally notified me at the end of July that they would comply & Josh quickly got started. August is here & the roof is complete!

Wow! Josh at TX Precision Roofing is beyond unbelievable! I have NEVER had a company treat me with such respect! Josh came to me highly recommended after State Farm had denied my hail claim on my roof numerous times. Josh & his team met with appraisers, adjusters, “experts” & arbitrators multiple times over several months. He proved his case without fail. My claim was fully approved with the addition of my damaged fence, gutters, & windows! Josh did ALL of this without any payment of any form from me! In fact, he has never asked for any payment! I needed a gutter and fascia replacement on one side of my house. Josh & his team got it done in no time. Even though it was a small repair, I felt prioritized.

We needed the roof replaced as a requirement to sell our home, and this had to be accomplished on a very short timetable between Christmas and New Years Day to accommodate our scheduled closings. Owner Josh Sanchez performed the initial inspection and appraisal of our roof, and then consulted with our insurance adjuster during their visit. The TX PR&C proposal was very detailed and professional. The roofing team was on-time, was supervised on-site, was more-than-adequately staffed for the scope of work, and were absolutely first-class. Prep was effective, replacement was accomplished in about 8 hours, and cleanup was thorough. Walk-around with the supervisor upon completion revealed no issues of concern. We are very pleased with the workmanship, and color and appearance of the new roof!

We had some major hail in Fate TX this year and suffered the normal non-stop stream of roofers knocking at our door. The guys from Texas Precision Roofing were the exception. They weren’t as pushy and were one of the few companies (two I think) who had gotten the required permits from our city. Because of that, we let them inspect our roof. Turns out we did have significant damage. They worked with our insurance company to get the replacement roof approved while keeping us informed about everything that was going on throughout the entire process. We now have a beautiful new roof. They were so nice and it was an stress-free experience. Fingers crossed for no more hail damage but if it does happen, we will definitely call on them again. We highly recommend them!
