Our home needed a full roof and gutter replacement after hail damage, and they made the process incredibly smooth by working directly with our insurance company. They handled the inspection, provided thorough documentation, and made sure we received a fair claim—something we truly appreciated.

We sustained some roof damage due to storm activity. Pro American Roofing promptly scheduled an inspection, Ryan Sedillo inspected our roof, and assisted in setting up the claim w our ins carrier. Once approved we set an installation date, and the crew came out and completed the installation. The crew was polite, respectful of my landscaping, and did a thorough job cleaning up any debris, and loose nails. Ryan performed an after installation inspection, and the Senior project manager Christian Salguero followed up with me directly to ensure I had no questions and was satisfied with the job. The roof looks great, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire team at Pro American Roofing.

They were there the whole process, even when the insurance company came to do their own inspection. Even after installation, we had some hail about 3 weeks after, Ryan Sedillo came by to inspect the new roof to put our minds at ease. Hopefully I don't have to replace my roof again for some time, but I know who I'm calling when the time comes.

Proamerican roofing helped me and my family get our roof replaced after a hailstorm we had. The team at Pro American delivered abouve and beyond service for our roof replacement. The roof looks absolutely gorgeous, they fixed the interior leak we had from the storm damage, they power washed and stained our fence and replaced our gutters and downspouts. Initially, the insurance only covered the roof, but these guys submitted evidence and fought tooth a nail for coverage on other items I can wholeheartedly recommend them for everyone in DFW and surrounding areas.

Before our project started, I had mentioned several things to Roberto and Christian about some of the personal property around the yard and mindfulness to working around it. They overdelivered when it came to installation day. Roberto personally came out and ensured that his crew made sure everything I had asked was accounted for and even fortified areas that I had overlooked. They came out and did a FREE inspection to assess the damage. Then they helped me out to make sure I filed the appropriate claim with my insurance to get it all taken care of and then completed the entire project super fast. These guys did an outstanding job on my rental property. I wanted someone to take the reigns and be as hands off as possible and Christian continually kept me updated as the process went by.
