Absolutely fantastic customer service! I needed a quick windshield repair on my car, since we were here on a vacation. They were able to do the repair within a couple of hours after contacting them. Seth did an excellent job on the repair. I would highly recommend White Mountain Glass!

Absolutely horrible company to work with. Like others, if I could give zero stars I would. They were fired to replace a picture window at my establishment a year and a half ago. Instead of doing the professional thing and apologizing for the delay and making a plan, the owner came into my business, was rude to me, and cancelled the service. He claimed they had been contacting us, but they clearly weren't contacting anyone on my team as we've all been watching for an update. He then proceeded to criticize me for having plywood over a shattered window, saying that it prevented him from getting accurate measurements. His employees took measurements twice nearer the time of the accident, so they have had accurate measurements this whole time. Basically, instead of having integrity and holding himself accountable, he tried to blame the customer, me, for his abject failing. Don't waste your time with these folks.

White Mountain replaced a couple window panels on my roof. They did a great job. Very careful, courteous and thorough. Even cleaned some pine needles off my roof while they were up there.

Excellent service and install of our broken dining room window. Came out immediately for the quote. The installers got everything done quickly, super tidy, and they we're extremely courteous. Would highly recommend.

For the two jobs they performed for me they were on time as promised and very well priced. i would recomend them as very good for the work they provide.

I had a broken tempered glass in my house. Call the company for an estimate. At that point I only knew of one company for window replacement in Ruidoso. They came in and evaluated the situation. I was shocked when they said, that they can not remove the broken glass because many times the customers choose another company to do the service and they basically remove the broken window for free. As I mentioned up until then I wasn't even thinking about another company. They gave me the idea. I am 5'2'' tall woman, the door is a lot taller than me. They left me alone with a shattered glass door to figure out on my own how to take it down. If I can give this company a round 0 stars, I would. No professionalism, no safety vision! I would recommend that people stay away from them and reach out to their competitors in town.

1st let me start off by saying the staff there at White Mountain glasses extremely rude no one greeted me when I walked in and then of course all 3 people argued with me when all I wanted to do was cancel my wife's order of glass they promised to be out on Monday or Tuesday I did not hear anything any of them days until I had to show up at their business on Thursday .they set there and argued with me and then asked what 2 businesses do I own once I told them what businesses I own they told me they would make sure they would not ever go there. how rude of service and very rude staff We'll never recommend this company have never had someone talk to me like the woman and man did yesterday.. BBB will be informed as well of this issue.

I just had 2 large picture windows replaced with high efficiency glass. White mountain glass came out, did a very thorough measurement and a week later they installed the windows. Fantastic job! Installers Kelvin and Steve were super professional and could not have done a better job on the install and putting the trim back in place. I am very pleased!

This company is an honest and helpful one. I use them on my personal home (I've had them replace my sliding glass door rollers, repair rock chips in my truck windshield, and install double-pane glass in my house) and I use them for all my managed properties with my company I work for. If I have a concern or problem with their work they are easy to talk with to get it resolved. They take pride in their work. They expect and produce high quality work. They offer great customer service. I do not hesitate to recommend you to them.
