After the loss of my mother, in a tragic car accident, we were left with her “stuff”. After 10 30 cubic foot dumpsters were delivered to the property, filled and removed, we were left with nothing but walls. After a tough decision, we decided to keep the property and started looking for a contractor to do small “small things”, like paint walls, upgrade kitchen, you know small stuff. A neighbor of ours mentioned Mr. New Mexico. I was skeptical at first but my other half was leaning to hiring him. After meeting Mr. New Mexico, I agreed and so he was hired.
I can tell you one thing about this guy and his crew. AMAZING!!!! I’m a very difficult person and have asked so many things from him and his crew to do, and without any hesitance, they do it. I have gone through so many changes in plans, design, lay out, etc., but he is patient and will give his opinion as to why it may or may not work. I live in another state, Michigan, and while we were gone Mr. New Mexico and his crew did an amazing job with a complete renovation. Adding his own personal touches and keeping/respecting the property, because it has memories of my mom, I couldn’t be happier. When we came back for the winter, it was truly a “fixer upper” moment where I cried happy tears. Mr. New Mexico is truly a genius and his ideas are FANTASTIC. I/we plan on keeping him working because I love everything he and his crew does. I cannot tell you enough how amazing he is.
I, and I’m sure my mom, am proud of what he has and is continuing to do.

Felipe did an amazing job on our deck. The previous home owner had done a pretty bad DIY project on the deck. Felipe added the much needed support and leveling of the deck, He is very knowledgeable and pays a lot attention to detail. Prices were reasonable but most of all he is trustworthy. We highly recommend Mr New Mexico and will probably choose his company again for future projects.

Felipe framed and installed windows in two bedrooms for us. He had to tear out a brick wall to do it!! He did an excellent job, was available and answered every question/concern we had, was on time, left out place spotless post install and didn’t charge us enough for the great wok he did. We felt like we made a friend in the process! We’ll use him again for any and every project we have in the future.

Felipe did such an awesome job repairing our old 50 year old rotting deck boards. He responded to our call very quickly, showed up and looked at our deck, gave us a very reasonable price and quick timeline to finish it. Even made extra effort to help the appearance with some added decorative metal work that really upscaled our deck. Replaced boards and restained. Went above and beyond what we expected any handyman to do, have him lined up already for future projects. Don’t hesitate to call Felipe!!

He tore down my old deck that was falling apart! He gave a time line that he would start and finish the job. He started on time and finished 2 days early. The job he did was outstanding. He’s the best we have ever seen.

I had called them about repairing or rebuilding my deck while Felipe was here to measure I showed him the problem I had with our floor. He realized it could be serious and and made time to come out to fix it the very next day. While he was here he saw I needed insulation under the house and him and his fiancé came out and installed it the very next day. He did a wonderful job on both. This man is very professional and he takes pride in his work and takes very good care of his customer's. I'm looking forward to him starting my deck.
